Amazing staff been coming here for over a year, yes there is a wait sometimes but when you’re a busy location it’s expected, the staff is always polite and handle my medication properly addressing any issues I have, will remain a loyal customer, keep up the good work
My daughter made a Covid vax appt a few days ago and I tagged along for moral support. We arrived 15 minutes prior to the appt as recommended and after waiting about 15 minutes in line we were told to sit in the waiting area and we waited…and waited until finally they brought out the paperwork after about 10 minutes (don’t know why this couldn’t be handed to her at the window). Thankfully there was only one person ahead of us for the shot so surely she would soon be done. My daughter completed the paperwork, returned the clipboard and we waited…and waited…and waited, another hour and a half gone. Finally, after waiting almost 2 hours (and seeing only 1 person vaccinated in that time) at nearly 7 o’clock (for a 5:00 appt) we threw in the towel, got up and left.
Long, long, long waits to get prescriptions both on the drive thru as inside the store. Changing my prescription to CVS for sure
Pharmacy staff here is amazing, especially Stacey, and the store managers. Had an issue with one of the cashiers trying to ask me 20 questions when I said I wasn’t feeling well and just ring up my stuff, but the managers addressed the concerns the next day. I had gone to the Boynton and Lyons Walgreens the other day and the service there sucked compared to this store. Definitely my favorite Walgreens!
I was just at the pharmacy drive-through and I got there at 5:45 the person in front of me took a very long time so I pulled in to the window at 6:05, they literally put the closed sign as I was pulling in......
This Walgreens is a mess. This is the third time I received a call that the prescription is ready but when arriving to the pharmacy, the prescription is not ready. Guarantee you it’s the last.
I requested a receipt for a medication that I bought 2 ½ months ago. I paid for this medication out of pocket. I did not have my insurance information at that time and I needed it immediately. I was not able to go to this store for health reasons and when I was able and requested just receipt so I can submit the claim to my insurance, I was told that “that was not possible”. The person at the pharmacy said they could not go back that far back. I also talked to manager and she was extremely rude and insisted there was nothing that can be done.I called the headquarters and explained what happened and I was connected to the Retro-billing department. The rep apologized for what happened and said this is exactly what they do at that department. She was able to submit it at that moment and I have just received my check for $40I am so disappointed with that manager. She does not know what she is doing and she cut me off when I was speaking saying: There is nothing that can be done” Maybe for her $180 is nothing but for me is a lot of money. I left the store feeling sick

Very nice staff. We recently moved from East Boca to West Boca and were concerned that this would be a much busier store and not as personal. Well, everyone is great. Extremely friendly. I used the drive up window several times and I wish I remembered everyones name. We were most recently helped by Tammy and Tracy. They are great and I urge everyone to appreciate this place. It cant be easy working and such a busy location.
Updated review: Most of the staff is pleasant; a couple are not. The same goes for being competent. I will say that Stacy (an assistant) at the front is lovely, kind, and extremely helpful. Kelly, a pharmacist who is there a couple of times a week, is by far one of the best pharmacists I have come across in my lifetime; exceptional in every way. In addition to her, Sherry is another pharmacist I have only interacted with once, however, seems to be exceptional too.Sherry did go above and beyond the first time I met her which impressed me; in regards to a situation I was having with another pharmacist there; an issue from the previous night.I do believe that I would not have my medication had it not been for Kelly and Sherry; who went the extra mile, taking the time to find out information which she didn’t necessarily have to do.Aside from those two pharmacists, and Stacey, one of the assistants (I have only interacted with three in total), the rest of the staff is less than pleasant, burdened when asked questions, etc.. Overall, I’d say customer service simply isn’t their niche, and perhaps they should find a different field to pursue.I have seen one assistant act rudely towards the vast majority of customers she interacts with, and even made rude comments about one under her breath while checking me out at the register; as this lady asked the pharmacist questions. Perhaps the other assistant that was unpleasant (only engaged with her one time) was just having an off day when our interaction took place; as we all are guilty of those.
I like all Walgreens stores but I think this one is my favorite. Great staff, very helpful and Francisco always makes me smile!
The drive thru is a ridiculously long wait. If there are more than 2 cars go inside.
Very clean store, shelves are always fully stocked with merchandise. Pharmacy Staff are friendly, polite and helpful . They do there best to fill your meds while you wait. They have a nice seating area to sit in while you wait. Handicapped accessible and parking is right in front of the Store. The only bad thing I have to say is that I wish they had more Front Cashiers available. The times I have gone in to purchase a few items, they only have 1 cashier to check out. Other than that, its a good Store.
I had spent over 2 hours trying to get in touch with this Walgreens over the phone to check on my prescription. So I finally decided to go to the store. The problem was that their system had been down. Tracey was extremely helpful, and they had my prescription ready in a few minutes.
This place is always clean and the service is always great. They are always very helpful. Stacy the pharmacist even remembered my name and got my prescription very quickly. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work!
This was our 2nd visit and LAST ! The RUDE cashier in the front of the store has a disturbing attitude that is awkwardly inappropriate and intolerable! Not only was she RUDE to me as I continued to be polite, she was RUDE to my Mother who was checking out after me . This employee was too LAZY to reach a few inches for an item and asked my Mother who is not in the best health to hand it to her ?????? I will be calling the Manager, there is NO WAY that someone like this should be working with the public! My Mother was angry with the womans demeanor and I should have immediately said something but, I will be speaking with her Manager!

I started coming here to get my prescriptions filled instead of CVS because I like how easy it is to open the bottle. The ones from CVS are a hassle. Sometimes theres only one or two people working at the pharmacy counter and theres usually a long line.Im giving five stars because Whitney, who was working the counter today was very helpful and had good knowledge when I asked questions about my prescriptions. I extend my highest commendation to her. She deserves a raise.
Worst pharmacy service ever!! Waited in the waiting area for a prescription patiently for an hour. I noticed I had an email saying my prescription was ready. Never once did they let me know or call me over the intercom (note: I was sitting in the pharmacy waiting room the entire time) When I asked them about this they said that the email notification service alerts the customer before that. OK, I understood this but a 40 minute delay seems a little bit ridiculous. During my time waiting they didn’t have many customers and had downtime. This pharmacy either needs to get more people to work there or lose the ones I have as they don’t do their job. Never once did they apologize for the inconvenience or lack of good customer service rather gave me an attitude.

Went through the pharmacy drive thru to pick up meds ( for the first time in my life) and it was smooth goings, Stacy greeted my dog & I with a smile & fast service and she even came back with a surprise treat for my dog. My dog was pleased to say the least. Not scared of drive thru anymore! Thanks Stacy!

If I could give a 0 I would. This location is the worst I’ve ever seen. Everything single time I go there I’m always told the doctor has not called in your prescription yet and I say but the doctor called me and told me he called it in and Walgreens also called me and said it’s ready for pickup. Every time I walk in it’s the same thing. The girl says I don’t know why that happened. After going and back and forth for 10 mins . the girl finally says Yes we have it. It will take 15 mins to fill. It’s always a 30 min of my time waiting with aggravation. Every single time I go it’s the same story There is always 4 people there and no one wants to help anyone out. They never even smile. Worst location ever. Boca and glades road...Get it together!!! I’ll go to cvs!!
Always has the best clearance prices, especially in the liquor store. Otherwise, its a standard Walgreens.
I come here all the time because its conveniently located near my home but almost every time I arrive theres a bum hanging out at the front of the satire begging for change. I even caught him in the bathroom naked showering. Staff had him leave but hes still around.
This is a poor excuse for a pharmacy. Im tired of all the prescription delays, the phone calls that always seem to take 30 minutes for a simple task, and so on. I just made some complaints about my experience this morning and the pharmacy director literally just laughed at me. That should tell you everything you need to know. Im done.
