Have a great experience here. I am a regular visitor since I live close by. The pharmacy staff is always helpful and knowledgeable with me. Janet has been the best I have ever met. She calls me when problems arise, they always have my regular done online and even walks it out to the front of it’s too big for the tube system. I appreciate her hospitality. The young Spanish woman(I wish I knew her name) is very helpful and kind as well

Aweful experience at pharmacy, long wait times, rude employee. They told me they don’t take Florida blue insurance, could not give me my prescription back so that I could use it at another pharmacy and instructed me to call Walgreens and request Walgreens call them to transfer the RX which would take 2 days. This is while their phone was ringing which they were ignoring incoming calls. Lady at front desk was not helpful and was turning away customers one after another with reasons why they can’t do things rather than providing solutions. TERRIBLE. This is why brick and mortar is history. Will not return.

Place is horrible. Prices are always marked wrong. Sale prices marked on the floor before taking effect. Causing a lot of confusion. Clerks are very unfriendly. Pharmacy is terrible as well.

Worst experience 2nd dose vaccineIm here for my appointment and there is a huge line, the attendant said that it will take an hour for the appointment, I have my baby here, an appointment made more than two weeks ago and I find the pharmacy full, with a big line for the vaccine that has marked appointment for a long time, this is disrespectful, a shame.You guys text me every week confirm the appointment and when I come I need wait for a line and wait for 1 hour ?

Can to this location to print pictures spend 15mins picking pictures that the store couldn’t print cashier stated she had no clue of how to change the paper because it kept saying paper jam spend a additional 15mons of her at least trying to do it she also stated it was no manager there that could come over to help employees should be trained in all areas. Waste of time

This is a great cvs staff is so friendly and helpful and this store is always clean...very busy store but regardless the employees work efficiently so waiting in line isnt long...also the store is always well stocked and neat... definitely one of the cleanest stores around town.

Horrible customer service. I walked in asked a guy (look like sideshow bob) about rubbing alcohol as he walked passed me and kept walking. He said no but never asked if I needed help with anything else. Then I asked someone else (look like Mr. Burns) still the same thing no real effort to answer a simple question but proceeds to great another customer.It’s young black girl with braids. Excellent every time I go in there. She respectful and tentative to her customers. The pharmacy has Great Customer service.Please retrain your employees because clearly being rude is unacceptable.

Went to the pharmacy on a Friday to drop off a RX for a large amount of a controlled substance which I knew they would not have in stock. The counter person took my RX and handed it to the pharmacist who immediately returned it to me and said no we do not have this instead of saying to me no we dont have this but would you like me to order it for you. I in turn did ask her to order it for me. She stated she would place the order on Monday and the product would come in that Wednesday. I said fine you can keep the hard copy of the script in thinking this would help to remind them to place the order as this was again Friday. She said no you take it Ill remember. I was skeptical so when Monday arrived I called the store to check that the order was indeed placed and the pharmacy tech who I spoke with stated that she did not see my order on the store order that already had gone out earlier in the day. She said I could call back later in the day and speak with the pharmacist who placed it. I called back later and actually spoke with the same pharmacist who I spoke with the prior Friday and was concerned that she would not remember the order. She started giving me reason after reason why I might still not see my order on Wednesday even though she assured me that she placed it. At this point I realized she had not placed the order. Wednesday came and no RX. I had to go to a different pharmacy the next day and get my script paying for it full price as I had run out of time.

My review is to give a compliment to JEANETTE pharmacy tech. that always goes above and beyond to meet my needs with my medications refills. She is a great professional with a vast knowledge of insurances, medications costs and etc. Always with a great smile and so attentive to customers needs. I come from West Boca to East Boca just because of the awesome service she provides. Thanks for being so kind and professional. You deserve a promotion for being so competent.

Dont know how the pharmacy is, but the photo developing is not good. I sent a picture to be made into 4 5 x 7 prints and what I got was grainy and a completely wrong size, it was not even a standardized size so it wouldnt fit under the mat in a frame. Very disappointed. Will go with one of the online services next time.

The only reason I am giving this location 2 stars is because they are very friendly. But I can not recommend this location to anyone trying to get a controlled substance. The past 3 times I have filled my prescription here, it took about 3 weeks to get the meds to the store. They never have my medication in stock, and it takes forever to get it there. This was the last time I will ship here because I went in for my prescription 1 week ahead of time in case they were out of it, and it took 3 weeks for the store to actually get it there. They order it and it doesn’t come. This is a problem.

Cant speak for the pharmacy itself, but every time I visit this establishment, there is this cashier with a North Eastern- 𝘪𝘴𝘩 accent that is very down to earth and hospitable.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Used their atm tonwithdraw cash. Needed to break a 20. Cvs cashier said couldn’t give me change. So I told him okay, I’ll buy a snack. He said no because it’s for change. Are you kidding me???? So he straight up denied my purchase. I’m not allowed to purchase things from CVS? I will showcase this to my 30,000 followers. Hope you guys lose more business

It is apparently this stores policy to violate Palm Beach Harm Reduction statutes and refuse to sell supplies to needy patients.I can only assume they are directly disobeying both corporate and the law all the while causing further detriment to society rather than good.

Terrible customer service, unfriendly cold and distant. Pharmacy gave me no information when asking how to reduce severity of a common cold and when checking the cashier whos first day it was didnt know where the coupon center was and the manager
