Dont expect to receive any order within 3 to 6 weeks. They have no stock. Takes forever for them to order your product and then fulfill your order. They dont answer emails nor the phone. Placed two different orders, and twice the same scenario. Buy elsewhere. Last order was not received, after 5 months! I am still struggling to get a refund. AVOID!!!

Would give zero stars if could. Agree with previous reviews, wish Id read online before purchasing. They took my money immediately but then... No product from Oct to December. Then I received a soap dispenser..with no dispenser.They dont answer the phone or Email so no chance of resolving w the merchant. Hope the credit cards drop them as merchant. What a scam

I ordered a perfume back in December 2017 and even now, after 6 months, I havent received my order. I asked them to refund my $85 but they did not refund it. I tried contacting them multiple times but they rarely replied at first and then completely stopped replying. They are frauds. I wish there was negative rating available. I posted a letter to complain about my order but I received it back after a few days as the place did not exist in Boca Raton. Please do not order from this fraudulent store. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering anything.

I recently discovered this amazing little shoppe in Boca that carries my favorite scent Amber by Cote Bastide.They have other high end fragrances that I cant wait to try.Katherine the owner was extremely helpful and pleasant.

A long time Fragonard customer all the way up in Canada. Never any issues with my orders. Great service and great selection.

BUYER BEWARE! They shipped the incorrect item to me but despite acknowledging their error and saying they would send the correct item, they have not done so and they are now not responding to any emails. I have filed a complaint with Paypal. Hopefully Ill get my money back. I would not deal with them ever again.

Absolute scam! Website suckered me in. Dont be stupid like I was. I didnt even bother to look at reviews. that phony website needs to be taken down. Better business bureau has a ton of complaints on Her.

These people are frauds! I ordered a product over two weeks ago and no item and when I call them I get put on hold and then the phone gets taken off the hook. Luckily I went through PayPal. This is a really disaster of a company. And yes, if something seems to good it is.

Scam! DO not order online or conduct business with these thieves. I purchased an expensive perfume online and was told it was backordered for several weeks. I asked for a refund as they already debited my account and I asked for the order to be cancelled. I am still waiting 2 weeks later for refund- I will have to see what the next step is with my bank. My emails are not being replied too. I have read other reviews on other forums that describe the same experience..

Scam!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!I ordered in September and was charged the full amount. Received a backorder communication a week later stating merchandise will arrive 10-9-15 and never received the merchandise. I have called X 2 in the past week and was told the merchandise arrived and would be shipped. I requested a tracking number be emailed on 2 different calls and was promised both a tracking # AND that the merchandise would arrive before Friday. I have filed a dispute with the credit card company. It is unlawful to enter a charge until the merchandise has shipped, therefore. I will never recommend this company.

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a product and they sent me the wrong one. I attempted to call them several times. Once someone agreed to send the right product and return postal label for the wrong one. They never did. On other occasions, people who answered the phone put me on hold and never came back, or the line was busy or they never answered the phone at all. Emails have not been answered. The order was placed on Jan. 30, 2016. Its now March 8 and still no response.

What a horrible experience. Purchased perfume that was unopened or used and told we could not return it as the policy states unopened and used - BOTH. Well it wasnt used and we wanted to be refunded as it was not UNOPENED AND USED. After weeks of my girlfriend leaving them messages to call us back, I called and spoke to the owner. She told me she would see about a restocking fee and get back to me the next day. As always, no returned call. So my girlfriend said she would use the $90 in credit and order 2 candles and some incense. When the order arrived the other day it was a candle short.. and after 4 calls today we cannot reach them. Absolute horrible experience BUYER BEWARE!!!

Worst customer service. They take your money and do not ship the order. Ive called and emailed several times with no response. Its been 3 months and I still have not received my orders - STAY AWAY!

Please avoid this business. I ignored all the horrible reviews because I was desperate to purchase a hard to find product. So I purchased a Xerjoff (Naxos 1861) Niche Fragrance at a premium price of 225.00.(Which I was confused why they were the only store in the entire US that had it)and it took over a month to receive the WRONG product. I emailed, and called a DOZEN times and never got so much as one word back from them while I was waiting for the product. The only time I got through to them, a woman answered and said she would check on my order and I was on hold for 45 minutes so I hung up. I am stuck with a very expensive fragrance that I did not choose, I wont return it because I fear the return process could only be worse. I guarantee they never had the fragrance I wanted. Finally the absent minded business operator noticed my emails and for some reason decided to send a different product in hopes that by the time I received it and sent it back they would have the original in stock. Do yourself a favor and dont succumb to this type of trashy business. And to you Four Seasons products: go back to selling cheap designer knockoffs in some strip mall because after all these reviews Im reading, it looks like your headed that way.

Awful, awful customer service!! I would never order from here again! I would give zero stars if I could.I did receive my order, but half of it was incorrect. I called numerous times, left messages... no response. I sent emails...no response. Finally, I filed a complaint against the vendor with PayPal for a refund. PayPal was great, I am so glad I paid with them and not my credit card. Within 24 hours they notified me that I was receiving credit for my order. Thank you PayPal.

This place is indeed a scam.I ordered a product through their website because I found a great promo code...should have just listened to all the negative reviews.Heard absolutely nothing from them about shipping or anything else.After a week I attempted to call...and got no answer...then I tried emails...nothing.Finally when I was able to get through..i was told that the product would be getting shipped that friday...which didnt happen.After several more emails I opened up a PayPal case.I then received an email stating that I would receive my refund...whithin 24 hours....which never happened.I am now dealing with PayPal to get my money back.BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered 2 x Penhaligons Artemisia Hand & Body Cream. I received a jar of Artemisia body cream and an eau de parfum roll on stick. No explanation as to why they substituted my order. I have tried calling twice and left messages with no response from them. Not impressed. They dont seem to be able to honor their orders and their customer service is lacking in my opinion. Wish I had read the previous reviews before placing my order.

This place is a scam. I ordered an Item and no shipping update in 4 days. I send an email to ask about my order get no response after 2 days. I open a claim with paypal and they responded via paypal saying the Item is supposedly back ordered. Fortunately i got my money back via paypal. Dont bother with these scammers.

Very unprofessional. If you are used to well run e-commerce businesses using established practices like purchase and shipping confirmations, tracking numbers, back order notices, and responding to emails and calls, dont purchase from four seasons. This business seems to delight in immediately debiting money from your PayPal account but not sending the ordered item for days with zero responsiveness to emails and calls. That is, until you try to cancel the order because you can no longer use it as a gift due to the delay - after which they immediately send the item, and refuse to accept a return. They also seem to delight in alternating between total non responsiveness, and being as adversarial as possible. Its as if they enjoy giving you the run around more than running a legitimate business. There are many websites that carry the same or comparable brands with much better customer service. If purchasing luxury items, it is especially advisable to go through a reputable business with good, or at least existent customer service. Try luckyscent, aedes or beautyhabit, or order direct from the brand you are interested in.

This company is a complete scam. They are nothing more than a cover to steal your money. You will not receive what you ordered. No email response and no one answers your calls or responds to messages. Criminal organization.
