Every time I go, olive usually ends up being there and helping me out. We always chit chat and she recommends a few different things for me. So far everything I bought has become an essential for my shower and skin care. I look for her whenever I’m in, and you should too!

This location has very friendly and attentive staff. Lush always has excellent quality products. A little pricey but definitely worth it. So glad theyre finally doing product sampling in stores again!

I have been using lush for the last ten or so years, love their products and the customer service is impeccable at the Lush in Boca at Town center mall. Olive has assisted me several times and her and the girls were so kind and always suggest new products. My favorite part of the experience is how well they know the products and the details of how each product works!

I came here just to look around for gifts and Olive was the most helpful person ever! Amazing customer service and showed me so many great products. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She went above and beyond! I would definitely go to this location just to learn more from her!

The products at Lush are my favorite. Gianna is an exceptional assistant and demonstrator. She took her time to explain how every product is made and really game my girls and I her personal attention. Ryan was also helpful and informative. I will definitely shop here again.

Wow! This store STILL requires customers to wear masks. They clearly dont follow the science nor respect their customers right to choose. There are better options out there

This place is so expensive but some of their products are worth it. And some products have a better value to them than others. It does feel nice to treat yourself to LUSH though. The employees are also extremely friendly always. I have never had a bad experience here.

Lush is an amazing store, I wish I found it sooner. The service is amazing but better yet their products are high quality and highly fragrant. I went inside the store (prior to Covid) and the entire place has an amazing aroma. If you get the chance, go inside the store to get the full experience of the service, the samples, and the fragrances. Also want to add that the presentation and packaging is amazing too. This makes a great place for gifts. I highly recommend their bath bombs! It’s worth the price.

Only store in the mall still requiring face masks. Thankfully there’s plenty of other places I can enjoy spending my money without wearing a mask.

I went to Lush tonight and Gianna was so beyond helpful and friendly, when I come to this location I know the staff will always make me feel welcomed. They don’t just try and sell products, they give personal experiences and then we go off topic and have nice conversations and it’s a great place to be! Love it and the staff, thank you Gianna!!

Don’t go here unless you want to be harassed by the mask police. Mandates have been lifted yet this store seems to be the only one in the mall that hasn’t gotten the memo. I’ll be giving my business elsewhere.

Id give less stars if I could. This stores employees are not only noncompliant with the governors directives, they are also not nice about it. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. The responses to the complaints are canned, insincere, and unhelpful. This business clearly does not value customers or customer service.

I was referred to Lush by a friend and I was hesitant because she did warn me itd be expensive. My first visit to the store made it all worth it. Despite the products being pricey, my skin has never been better! Ive tried so many products in the past but Lush face cleansers & moisturizers were the only ones that worked. Ever! Not only that, the staff here never fails to be anything less than amazing. Every single visit to this store is a joy, everyone is SO nice, helpful and the free samples are always a plus

Very friendly and helpful staff. The girl helped me picking a gift for my sister in law. She even asked me to describe her so she could find something more fitting for her. All that after a nice conversation about game of thrones since my husband was wearing a GOT shirt. I hate going to the mall and stores in general and today I had a really pleasant experience!

Ryan is so helpful and their products are amazing! They will give you samples if you are interested and if you recycle their plastic and bring it back to them, you get a free mask!

I started getting into Lush because I wanted to be all natural and save some animals in the process. After going in my first time, I was helped and got all my product samples to try out. They did many demos and made me feel at home. The staff members truly enjoyed their work and talked with one another. One person in particular who was absolutely astounding was NIKKI. I went in today due to my skin getting to irritated from the Herbalism. She instantly helped me, exchanged me for a gentler cleanser and sent me more samples and products to soothe my irritated skin. She was so personal and fun and I absolutely loved her. Lush itself is an amazing brand and this store and staff just makes it even more worth it. I have never talked about a brand or store as much as I have LUSH. Period. Either way. Amazing brand. Great products. Best customer service I’ve seen. And very amazing morals at the root of this place. Come here if you like to go natural and take care of yourself and the staff will instantly match you up. I wish I could give this 500/10!

This place has an amazing collection of bath and beauty products. I especially love the fact that they carry a good assortment of organic product. This will be one of my favorite place to shop at. The place was clean and well maintained and the staff was very informative. 👍👍👍👍

Bath bombs, oils, scrubs, they all smell so good and leave you feeling better. The bombs are big, they smell great, and they leave your skin feeling soft and luxurious. Each bomb offers something special. Whether is releasing bits of flowers, vibrant colors, or even a crackle and a pop. Staff is very knowledgeable.

I love lush! This store was exactly as youd expect a lush store to be. It smells wonderful and is usually quite crowded as there are so many products to see. But the staff is always super friendly and you can try almost everything before you buy.

Yes, the products are great, and their bath bombs are the best, but the folks who work here are the real stars, because they truly go above and beyond. I only come in a handful of times a year and they always remember me and make personal connections and conversations and are just ridiculously friendly. I always look forward to visiting this mall to stop in here, even when I know I have a backlog of bombs at home, just to see the people.It can get a little pricey but when you consider that LUSH works to ensure their products are ethically sourced, the prices make sense.

Olive and Ryan were super helpful and amazing. Olive helped me get a bath bomb and pair an oil which go together perfectly. Ryan was super nice at the register and gave me a sample soap to take home. The staff is super knowledgeable about their products and I am definitely coming back.

Great place to shop in BOCA Towne Center. Oh, so much fun. Hair and bath items. Shampoo/CONDITIONER, bath balls and soaks. Luscious lotions for the body. Some facial creams. A must store to visit and browse. Smells oh so yummy and good!

It is my go to store in the mall. Stone I have found out that most of the body products I purchased from other brands were all full of chemicals. But Lush is making all natural products. You can even eat some of the products. I use the Sleepy body wash and Sleepy body lotion lifestyle on my 3 little kids who are all under 3 years old. One of them very such sensitive skin tho.If smells great and feels awesome. I also use their body scrubs, face makes, soaps,lip balms and deodorant. Thd prices might sound expensive but it is worth every penny.

Nice products, but the staff is a bit overbearing. Its a pretty small store and every time I touched something a different associate offered help or advice, which is nice unless you just want to browse the soaps and pick out something on your own. I ended up leaving empty handed because I couldnt just look at anything without someone trying to explain the product to me.

Your staff has amazing customer service and immediately made me feel welcomed and excited to be in the store! The customer service and product demos were by far the best in store experience I’ve ever had in any store. I am sorry that I don’t specifically remember the names of the associates that helped me out on Saturday. One was a young lady with dark red hair (I think), she showed me the hand cream and scrub demo. A young man with short brown hair walked me through all of the bath bombs and melts. There was also one more lady that explained all the different shaving creams that day.

Things I love about LUSH: Their products, the simplicity of the layout, the ingredients & how they are sourced. Things I DONT love about LUSH: The companys decision to train their sales associates to be as invasive as possible. They are always trying to sell you something, ALWAYS, and I always have to tell them several times that I would like to browse at my own leisure. Their marketing tactics are to have these sickeningly bubbly workers inform you about products regardless of you expressing if you wanted help or NOT, sometimes to the point where I feel like I need to get rude after telling them several times that I would like to have a relaxing shopping experience ON MY OWN.I know Im not the only person who feels this way. They are so popular now but they treat every person who walks in (regardless of me seeing them over and over) as if theyve never heard of the store before. Like they dont already know that shea and coco butter is good for your skin. 🤦‍♀️I dont mind that the store associates have to watch customers to prevent shoplifting, but this store goes over the top with customer interaction. And its not the workers fault, its the seedy pressure from the higher-ups.

Found everything I needed and then some hahaha Megan was super helpful and sweet. She took time to listen to my skins needs and matched me to a ton of products. I was very happy with my haul :)

I love the store display and the products, my only issue is that it us very expensive, not accessible for most people. They are supposed to have a purpose by handcrafring products to fight animal cruelty. I think they would do more by making it a bit more accessible and reaching more people.

A little overpriced, and staff are very annoying. I had a staff member walk up to me and ask me what Im looking for, which was fine. But then I had about 4 other staff members come up to me and try to help me. One staff even came up to me while I was just browsing shower jellies, not looking for anything specific. He asked Would you like to smell that one? I polietly said No thank you, but then he went and got a sample one, and had me smell it. I was about to leave this store right away, but I still had to pay for the things I bought. So in conclusion, great but overpriced products, and unbearable staff.

I wish I could give this establishment a zero but unfortunately it has to be Atleast one star. I had a terrible experience in this store with the costumer service. The lady screamed at me for simply trying out a product which was supposed to be tried and had try me written on it. This is not the first time this happens. Would not recommend coming here.
