Nice experience I needed help and James Lynn was a right there to help me. When you go that Walgreens and you need a hand ask for James he wait with me for 10 minutes till I found what I was looking for.

We like that its 24 hours, the service could be faster, esp in the pharmacy area.

This pharmacy is grossly inept. They make numerous careless mistakes. Need much better staff that works quickly and can read the labels.

Just horrible, last night the man in the drive thru pharmacy told me that my medication was ready, and then took almost 40 minutes to send it over. He actually helped other people who came after me (at the other window) and made me wait. Very disrespectful.

Employee named Tammy needs to be trained before let on the floor making people lives very difficult. When there is a thousands of good people looking for jobs. I don’t understand how she got so lucky to get a job here.

Pharmacy /clinic Staff are excellent. Never had a problem. Pharmacy Always answers all questions. Never rush me. Warned me of a medicine contra indication with over the counter products The Dr. Didnt notice. 24 hrs open very helpful. Ive been there odd hours when ill, every shift excellent. Techs get you your answer and pharmacists are extremely caring, take time explaining and their experience /education is of the highest standard. Glad University or Miami is a big plus for Walgreens Healthcare Clinic. The Clinic is very convenient, best to make and appointment, they have same day appts. If not, reasonable if you need to be seen. Nurse practitioners are knowledgeable, thorough and can take care of many different health situations instead of having to see a Dr. Or until you are able to fallow up with one . Great place for flu shots/ preventive care too. Pics examples of some Items very helpful that were suggestions.

Always here when I need them whether its for dinner or a birthday. Love having this right around the corner.

Excellent pharmacy.

Incredibly long wait times to have prescriptions filled in store or in drive thru. Always seem to be out of stock or can only give you partial fill which makes you have to return later in the week to get the full amount of your prescription. Prices higher than most pharmacies (second highest costs according to good RX). Fail to receive doctors electronically sent prescriptions forcing you to call your doctor to have it filled over phone to pharmacist. Don’t bother calling the pharmacy no one ever answers the phone. Suggest you seek other Walgreens or have your prescriptions filled someone else.

Poor customer service in that its anybodys guess as to when your Rx will be ready. Frequently drugs are out of stock so if you need a daily prescription call at least a week ahead for them to order it. Employees will tell you a drug is out of stock from the supplier and the supplier doesnt know when theyll get it. Some confidence for a pharmacy. You dont even get a courtesy call about out of stocks! Unacceptable. Speaking of the pharmacy, it seems staffed enough but you always see employees lounging about chatting. As for the rest of the store, its very clean and easy to navigateParking is rarely a problem. Stock selection is very good and prices arent bad. Walgreens just needs to clean up the pharmacy and informing the patient about order status. I would not recommend the pharmacy but the rest of the store is OK.

Made an appointment for 6:10 pm, at 7 pm still sitting in the waiting room. In the entire time we were there, only one person went into the clinic room with the nurse. When we arrived, one gentlemen who was there at 5:30 (we were there at 6), was still sitting there. Not sure what’s going on with this facility, but you might want to choose another option. We left.

Dropped off a prescription and it was out of stock. She told me I would have to call to see what store had it instead of helping me. Also told me I couldn’t do a transfer of a medication that I needed filled until the first was filled. I need both! Horrible customer service.

Great local pharmacy! Ive been going here for years. Always on point with my medicine and I usually find a deal or two on something else I need while Im in the store.

Best customer service ever! Kiki a pharmacy technician, used her time and helped me be able to use coupons so I could afford my medications. She was so polite even though this caused her to get nasty remarks and horn honking from horrible nasty impatient people behind me and beside me in the drive thru. So basically she took her time and helped me knowing this would cause her to take unnecessary abuse from other customers. That is dedication. Thank you kiki you are appreciated!

Easy and fast. Had to get a shot, 15min in and out. Only downside is that the doctor walks out in the waiting area and gives you a shot in front of everybody...not a big deal but some people may not like it. Good thing shot was on my arm, not my butt, am I right!?

Clean and well organize store. The photo service is faster then expected.

Andrew (Pharmacy Manager) will go out of his way to make sure you leave this pharmacy a happy customer. Most pharmacies Ive been to just bark a yes or no question. Andrew stands out like no other with his ability to help and serve the Boca area.

I waited for three hours...3 HOURS...to have medications filled. Techs and parmacists have screwed up over and over even the technology with online orders, phone orders have been an absolute FAIL. It has taken months to solve. CRAZY! The only reason they are getting any stars is because finally, when I got Petra (Pharm tech) she was amazing, got things taken care. THANK YOU PETRA!!! I was there last night... I get surprise for a young Girl who works there.. she knew everything! Like a machine..all prices and all brands and she was so nice! Should be more employees like her.

Photo department is beyond slow, they dont acknowledge you and they print the wrong sizes. Walgreens should automate the photo department because that would actually feel more humane than having to wait on a staff that doennt want to wait on people.

Im very disappointed in the way my question was answer from the assistant manager Manuel. I dont understand how he can have that position if he doesnt know the meaning of customer service is ?But any way, Im thankful for the other employer that come to help out with the picture machine.

I love the drive through which makes it very convenient to pick up prescriptions. Its also open 24 hours which makes it one of the few places open after midnight in West Boca Raton.

Chantelle is the absolute last person you guys want behind the counter at your pharmacy. She is so unhelpful, so rude and was constantly talking over me. I will be changing my pharmacy because of this. So disappointed.

Everyone is/has been great...... Stores and pharmacies get busy and everyones patience can get short....especially with prescriptions....I feel they do a great job /for the most/ in doing the most proficient job....they have to work with guidelines to fill pxns......they are multitasking, usually..... I like this Walgreens...... Very convenient to home......

Came to drop a prescription at drive through, it was my turn and the cashier lady somehow filled 3 other cars before she got to mine- while its still my turn. Bad service.

Was asked to come back 3 hours later for a ZPak fill. Horrible service.

Where do I start ... Which Bad Experience do I start with ... Better to start with Ive Yet To Have Any Good Experience Here Ever ..... Wrong supply of medications recived numerous times, each with argumentive attitudes to deal with each time and blame passing going to everything and or anyone they can come up with other than the person you are directly dealing with at that specific time ? ? In correct information recived only to be recanted only 15 minutes later by another person or persons there and then recanted again by the call center calling me which only restarts the whole bad nightmare all over again ... Like a snake chasing its own tail without end ! ! That only implies to the pharmacy group .. Inside store employees have their own set of problems having to be dealt with all together ... Each one above the age of 35 ! ? Bad looks at the counter .. Bad attitudes galore ... No hellos, No smiles and No goodbyes ... As if each one in line there is keeping them from being or doing something else other than servicing you as they should ? ? The place should be purged except for one or two .. with special attention going the ones who make up the 10:00 pm throu 5:00 am shift there who all claim to be the managers and make up the rules as they go along ! !Ive had so many problems with Walgreens ... Too many to speak of each one !! Its only due to some circumstances out of my control .. Im forced to do businesses with them at all ! !

Awful the lead floor person was rude. There was a huge display of pepsi products labeled 3 for $12 I had 3 diet mt dew they rang up at $5.99 I told the cashier the price on the display, she called the lead we went to the display I showed her the tag. I was told that the sale was over. I asked why was the sign still up and the she said it was for pepsi....then why were all the pepsi products on display? I will go back in morning and talk to the manager.

Bad news stay away

Customer service at the pharmacy is awful. Fabricio, a pharmacy tech, lied outright. Over 2 hours and scripts still arent ready when told less than an hour. Avoid this pharmacy.
