I have been to many Macs but this one is the best Sarah who works there is amazing she blows any other Mac employee out of the water....From now on I will only be requesting her for my purchases she is very knowledgeable.

I was in need of everything: new brushes, new make-up, new look. I was greeted cheerfully by Kaitlyn when I entered the MAC store.Kaitlyn asked about my preferences and how much time I devoted to my daily make-up routine. Quickly Katilyn had options for me and we began a make-up application. The end result was great; just the look I wanted. Im very happy with my purchase and with Kaitlyns advice!

Walked in and opened up a drawer to get the foundation I was trying to purchase and a lady came up to my mother and I, she was very rude to us and insinuated I was trying to steel and told us there are cameras watching us. I usually order online so I wasnt aware I couldnt just grab the products I needed. She grabbed what I needed and then followed us I went to look at eyeshadows. She stood on top of us staring the entire time. I asked her kindly if we could have a minute to look. I was so taken aback at the way I was being treated so I just went to check out. The man at the counter was dealing with another customer who was trying to make a return and he as well was short and making rude remarks as she decided which products she wanted to return. I have never had a worse experience purchasing makeup that not just 1 but both employees on staff were stuck up and rude to the customers. I ended up leaving without making a purchase and have no plans to continue using mac products.

Looking for good makeup to use then this is the place to get it. Its more pricier than your regular store bought one but Mac products perform so much better and last way longer. The place was clean and well maintained and the staff was great. Good products good prices and good service thats worthy of 5 stars 👍👍👍👍👍

Employees are enthusiastic but not always friendly. An employee helped me to try several lip colors on my hand but didnt wipe it clearly. I had to go shopping with my hand covered in red. Ill eventually purchase mac products but not in this store

Da best, they had the new holiday color I wanted that macys was out of!!! I thought I was not going to get it. To my surprise I was amazed they had it. Another happy customer as usual. Love my MAC!!!!

Marvin and Laura (the manager) go out of their way to say hello, introduce me to new products, and fill me in on upcoming events and launches. I feel like a VIP. Im very into makeup but never tried out MAC, finally did and it wasnt a great experience. I loved the eyeshadow I got but the employees were cold and rude, saying just enough to complete the transaction (except tell me my price, the employee rung up my item and stood there silently)Im always very polite when shopping and smile and say my please & thank yous, so its not like the employees were cold because I was. Wont be going to this (or maybe any) MAC again.Also, they probably could have made me buy more than one $16 eyeshadow since this was my first time shopping at MAC, but no one wanted to talk to the customers.

I used to come here every day when I need to buy my make up. When I came on thanksgiving day, and as they sayd in their own web site, they will be open at 5, it was 5:40, and they didn’t open. A guy came at 5:20 and when I asked him at what time the store will be open, he answer so RUDE, and he sayd it’s different for each store and just woke away. Let me at the door without any information. The costumer service should be better in this store even it was a Holliday, they should inform accurately the operation hours and also, they should’ve better costumer service. So obviously I had to leave and I will never be back at this store.

I would miss a lot in my self confidence if I did not let one of professional artist do the make up on my face.Her name is Nilda. She is amazing.She told me what concealer I shoud get that matched foundation as well as all other products I needed.I loved their primer, foundation, blush, eye shadows, lipstick, lip liner.Get a concealer....it is the best thing to cover under eye discoloration.Just love the look that Mac gives me.Thank you MAC

I went to the MAC store at the Boca Raton mall thinking I knew what I wanted, but became very indecisive. There are so many options, so it is easy to get overwhelmed. I have never found the MAC makeup artists too helpful until I came to this store. Every artist working that day helped me figure out the best natural matte lipstick for my color. I absolutely LOVE my lipstick. Every make-up artist here is highly knowledgable on color and inventory. I highly recommend this store!

Thank you to Marvin who helped me find a foundation match being that I have different pigmentation he was able to match me well I came back 3 times and he made sure I was satisfied with true advice not just salesman advice

They dont honor the mac free applications. Called up mac and they do not care or will do anything about it. I spent over 300 dollars in the last month. They are always rude any time I come in and do not like to help
