Boca Mall is the best Sephora store in S. Florida. I had the best customer service EVER from Shayna last week. It was a busy Friday but she went above and beyond to assist me. I told her my favorite brands and foundation and that I was curious about a new one. She found it and helped me apply it. When I was convinced the product wasnt for me, she wasnt. The store had ran out of sponges so she gave me a sample to try at home and tips to apply it...and everything she said was right. I tried it at home and changed my mind. I found my perfect foundation and will definitely try other products from the brand ! Thanks, Shayna!*I wouldnt recommend the Promenade Coconut Creek store.The staff is too young and give you an annoying-teen attitude.**note to Sephora.com : I tried to complete the share your experience survey but it expires way too fast. Its also hard to complete the required fields when the example doesnt name them or look like a store receipt.
Very kind service in this store. I usually avoid the coral springs location because of a certain snootiness I get. Worth the drive for better help and honesty.
Had a great experience with Kaisha. Very knowledgeable, found matching colors for my skin w/ no effort. Tried a few products & made a decision w/ o pressure. Only reason I gave 4 stars, is because a product that i wanted wasnt here to try. Experience was wonderful & Kaisha is highly recommended.

Sephora is tops when you want designer brand makeup. They have the latest brands. There are upcoming great brands that they do not carry. Sephora is pricey they do carry there own brand. Also Sephora just a suggestion should have makeup application d for less money to make it more affordable to have there face made up for all. There fee is too high for this service i guess if you shop at Sephora you dont have to do this.

Clarissa I believe the associates name was. She was great!!!! Was able to color match me within 5 minutes. I was so pleased to be treated so nice! The location by me is the rudest ever.. so I’m glad I purchased at store 408. She was very knowledgeable and patient about all the products I asked about. However, a different associate rang me up DOUBLE than my actual purchase total and I was able to get a refund once I noticed but it was very rude how unapologetic she was. I was charged $130 when my total was suppose to be $65. Not a little deal.. Still waiting for the money to return to my acc.. 5 stars is for Clarissa!
Friendliest, knowledgeable and cute Clerk or Artist !! CODY!! He is so adorable, attentive and just easy to understand. I have allergies and he knew exactly what products I should use, I was impressed that a man would know so much about cosmetics !! He also found me some shampoo and gave me a natural/ organic face cream sample!! Great shopping day!👍

As a rogue member there is no reason why I should be scolded like a child for testing perfume when you can test makeup in store. And after I told the lady ok she continued to stand near me and keep trying talking. IF YOU ARE A MINORITY DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
The level of ridiculous at Sephora stores lately is beyond frustrating. This is the third time I walk out of a Sephora store because they treat customers like children, telling them what to do. We are all wearing masks against our will, what is the reason that my reason nose needs to be covered?! What am I going to inhale if we are muffled like animals? I refuse to do it and will walk out of any store that enforces something this illogical. Where has common sense gone in todays world? A virus isnt a fume that floats around the air, and if it was, these ridiculous masks arent going to save anyone anyways.
Went today to find a good primer. Stephanie was very helpful and assisted me in finding the perfect primer. She was very patient with my indecisiveness and many questions.

Unpleasant shopping experience. I understand it’s corporate mandating this, but the employees are all over you. I felt like I couldn’t browse around and take my time looking because employees were constantly asking me questions, pushing promotions, pushing the Sephora credit card, giving unsolicited recommendations, etc. For a tiny store, there seemed to be an employee every few feet. I felt (and was) followed around.
Fully stocked. Great selection. Annoying sales people. I told at least 9 employees I didn’t need help before I gave up and left. Some people just want to look and find their own products. They don’t need help.

I was visiting a friend and needed a new facial wash. The cast member who helped me was phenomenal, Antoinette suggested a new line to me that I absolutely love now. Antoinette knew her skin care and and made a perfect match for me. She deserves a five star rating.

Everyone was so nice during my visit! The man at the front immediately greeted my husband and I and pointed me in the right direction. I was greeted again by a woman when I got to the urban decay area. She made sure to let me know she was there if I needed any help. Once I did need assistance, she asked Carissa to get a sample for me. She helped me choose my mascara and then rang us out. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at a Sephora. The fact that they were so kind even though they were closing really surprised me. I’ve worked retail and understand how frustrating that can be after a long day. I appreciate the customer service. Thank you!!!

I have had the most amazing experience at Sephora this Saturday! From the moment that you walk up to the door, there is someone standing right outside to give you hand sanitizer and explain the updated policies upon entering the store. To say the least, this experience was personally a very big deal to me because going to Sephora was one of my FIRST public appearances since being in quarantine (March)! Not only was I happy about all of the measures and precautions they took in order to ensure the safety of their customers and staff, but Monica was the one person who made my experience truly complete.I have not had too many social interactions since the pandemic situation with COVID-19 but let me tell you, meeting Monica for the first time really really made me realize how much I absolutely love people like her and how much I miss socializing with others.Monica is intelligent, insightful, and oh so kind. Not only that, but she actually took the time to listen to everything that I had to say in regard to my personal experiences with certain skin care brands.So BRAVO Sephora! You need more people like Monica in your team! People like her who engage with their clients make passionate skin care and beauty lovers like me, truly have an overall complete and worthwhile experience.
Maybe the previous reviews helped. I just had a wonderful experience. I was greeted and asked by several sales reps if I needed assistance. My make-up advisor was absolutely Amazing. Dane was very efficient and professional with practical tips for up dating my make-up routine.
Amazing service! I was helped by the sweetest most charming guy named Dane, who color matched my foundation and concealer, suggested the natural instead of the matte, and got me the perfect look. My friend brought me for my birthday, and so i got a free gift as well, and am beyond happy with my experience.
You never can get disappointed with Sephora. I got what I wanted and also what I did not need it :-).

I was at Sephora about a month ago and usually shopping is such a chore but I Anthony helped me with the whole process and made it so much fun! He gave me some samples of perfume (I didn’t know you could do samples of perfume!) and he made my day such a job!!! Sephora is good, but it’s the people like Anthony that make it great:) Keep him around!!
Great store - well stocked, unfortunately the sales help prefer to talk among themselves rather than help customers. They are indifferent,rude and have an attitude I have not seen at retail in a long time.Shopping there should be a good customer experience not one where I wish I never stepped into the store.
Poor customer service. I sought out help to find the appropriate foundation color. The first sales associate told me she was helping someone and I should find someone else. The second told me she had to clock in and would be right back. I waited nearly 10 minutes and she never returned. Sought out someone else and she was just downright rude. I ended up leaving and will just go to Ft. Lauderdale to make the purchase.
I always have great experiences at the Sephora in Town Center Mall. What motivated me to write this review is the assistance I got from Rose! Usually a lovely woman named Kathy helps me and shes great! This time around Rose helped me to find exactly what I needed! The classes sephora offers are also great! Great store :)

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. I literally counted less than 10 seconds between each time the old blonde lady would come up to me. This was beyond just an annoying employee, I couldn’t think about one product. Then I hear her telling the other employees about the 2 NARS blushes in my hand.. Then they all came one by one to check on me?! I literally bought a blush (I didn’t even like) because I was harassed like I would have stolen. I will NEVER go back there again
If there was a button for 0 stars I would definitely give this place exactly that. I have been shopping at this location for years and when I scheduled a makeup appointment for prom I had a terrible experience. Although i was running late i tried to call ahead of time and not only did they take 15 minutes to answer my call, they were extremely nasty to me when they finally answered. I told the employee that answered the phone my situation and she rudely told me if I was a minute late they would cancel my appointment and hung up without saying anything else. I feel that no one should be treated like this and that their standard of quality service should be raised.
Had an experience, not nice and need to share it cause, I really like Sephora but associates, honestly need to be trained in customer service, seriously. A week ago, went to the store, cause a friend of mine, mentioned the discount Sephora is giving to their customers and I just wanted to know more abour it. I got there and start checking around on what they have, went to the back and decided to ask one of the ladies about the promotion with the discounts. She said, ooohhh you are probably talking about the rough thing, I said, I dont know, maybe yes, what is the that? she said, oooohhh but I think that promo is for the people that spend a lot of money. I kust looked at her and stayed in silence. I said ok, thank you and I think after seeing my reaction, that I didnt say word, she responded Ooohh you have insider? (Sephoras reward program) I said yes, she was like, ooooohh but go and check, maybe you have the points you need for the discount.I really dont think, this is a good way to explain any promotion that any store could have. Making the customer feels minimized and discriminated. First of all I know Im not one of Sephoras top customers but I do shop there and deserve respect as an individual and as a custome, secondly you cannot stereotype a person because of the look (I went at night time after work)again I really like Sephora stores, but people you guys hire, need to have a minimum of common sense at least to think before they talk to a customer.

Even though this store gets really busy and hard to shop, the employees are super friendly and very eager to help. I also really like how honest they are when it comes to purchasing the best products because it shows that they really care and want the best for the customer.

Unlike my experience at other Sephora’s, there is never an issue here in finding an attentive artist who is willing to listen to your needs and direct you to the correct product(s). Special shout out to Dane who excels particularly at the “no makeup, makeup look” and is always wearing a makeup look that is inspiring and demonstrative of some of Sephora’s best makeup lines including pat mcgrath, ysl & givenchy. I would never have experimented with these lines if not for him.
Bought expired Alterna Cavier hair products. Very baffled by this recent purchase as this location delivers quality service/products and I never had any complaints. I recently purchased the Infinite color-treated hair shampoo/conditioner and the smell in this bottle was horrid (rancid); my scalp itched like crazy after! I would suggest this store to check their expiration dates on their items! Returning ASAP.
I had the absolute worst shopping experience in that store a couple of days ago. I was shopping for vegan makeup for my daughter and the woman that greeted me at the entrance told me that they had no vegan lines; Sephora has several of them. I asked her about a specific line but she said it was not vegan until she took me to that specific display which showed a big vegan logo on it. She is apparently not knowledgeable with the products of the company she is working for but I let it go. As I was trying to explain to the woman what I was looking for, her exact words were I couldnt care less and she quickly called another salesperson to take care of me. This woman is not only unprofessional, she is also a nasty human being. Shameful! Everyone has bad days but unfortunately this is no the first time I had to deal with that person and she is extremely rude. She crossed the line, I will not be shopping at Sephora anymore.
I went in on my 37th birthday to get some skincare with my boyfriend. Boy was I disappointed. Not only was I met with unhelpful sales people, but at some point I caught the floor manager peeking around the corner at us. I guess she that that we were stealing. I let disappointed and now I have to return my purchase, since I’m not super satisfied with my choices. It was very hard to shop for skincare when you’re a newbie to it all. I miss the Sephora at Mall of Millenia in Orlando. They rock!!
I went into the store looking for an specific concealer, after looking and being unable to find it my fiancé asked a girl rep to help us and she just started at him and walked away. We turned to another sales rep that saw what happened and she started at us and left us talking alone too. I went to another rep a red hair older lady in her 60s maybe and I didn’t even started talking and she RUDELY said NO RIGHT NOW! I was so in shocked and pissed about her rude answer I had to leave the store. What an awful personnel this store has. I have never had this happening before in the broward stores. I will never ever go back to this Sephora. I was so pissed I didn’t get the name of the women but she has red hair, petite and around 60s years old. Stay away she is extremely rude and nasty.!!! I scored will be a 0 to this store.

This Sephora location is no where near where I live; however, I prefer to make the drive for the selection of product and sweet staff. Lately, I have had less than desirable experiences at this location which is unfortunate. When you spend a few thousand a year, you expect to be treated with some kind of decency.Sephora - you cant be disappointed with low in stores sales with staff and managers both who make you feel like a nuisance. No wonder ecommerce sales are so much higher. Why deal with the nasty public when it can be avoided.
Keisha went above and beyond the service I expected. I had been in a Sephora before, but never bought anything until today. I have severe skin allergies, dry skin and extremely sensitive skin. I have had the hardest time finding makeup that doesnt irritate my skin. I walked up to the beauty bar to ask for help finding products and ended up joining a beauty class for a winged-eye liner look. The teacher, Dane made sure to replace all of the sample products for me so that they were hypo-allergenic and good for sensitive skin -- HUGE WOW FACTOR. After the class was over, Keisha spent over 45 minutes to an hour with me. She listened to my skincare and makeup struggles and found me the perfect products.I am also very specific in any beauty products that I use - they HAVE TO BE cruelty-free. Keisha did a full face makeover and tutorial with me to teach me how to use all of my new products. She was honest and didnt just try to push random products on me that I didnt need. She kept the tutorial relevant to me and really made me feel so special. She hand-picked all of the products for me and rang me up so I didnt have to wait in line. She also consulted with multiple people on her team and made me feel like she really cared about me. She even signed me up to be a beauty insider and created a special profile where I could find all of the recommended products.I couldnt have been any more pleased or felt any more special. Because of the help and attention I received today - I will continue to shop at Sephora for many years. Everyone of the associates was friendly and helpful.I cant say enough nice things about Keisha! Great job and thank you!!!

Youre wasting labor on lazy and rude sales clerks! Wow, that was disappointing! I am a loyal Sephora customer, but this visit has to be the worst. It wasnt crazy busy with customers, however, I waited to almost 10 mins to be helped. I wanted to purchase the glam glow mask and was told I had to wait for one sales clerk to get a sample of a cleanser while the others stood around gossiping. I ditched my basket and left.
The most pathetic employee I have ever seen.Employee are very careless and so the manager. They gave me store credit card with zero balance where I was supposed to get credit for my return products.When I went and asked for the card where I did not get my money back they said we look into this and took my store credit card. Which they should not ideally and told me, they would get back to me within 4 days but unfortunately girl who took my card never called me and when I went ahead to the manager and employee they literally refused to give me my card and money back. They absolutely said we don’t have records and we don’t have system where we can track anything.So stay away from them and they are absolutely uneducated about customer service. They never got job so Sephora hires them seems. Sephora should save their well known name. And NEVER TRUST ANY EMPLOYEE HERE THEY ARE USLESS.
A friend of mine and I just took the skin care class here and loved it! The girls were awesome and totally made us laugh and learn at the same time.
I had the worst experience at this store. I was shopping and looking at the samples. While I was looking at one of the samples an obnocsious worker comes up to me and rudely screams at me, “DONT TOUCH THAT PUT IT BACK!!!!” While giving me the dirtiest look ever. Not only is this unprofessional, but it is extremely unbelievable that Sephora employs such nasty workers and pays them to act this way.Mind you the “non sample” was already opened, in the sample section, and had the “try me” sticker on it... This woman ruined my experience at Sephora and I ended up leaving buying nothing. I was unable to get the woman’s name because she was not wearing a name tag however she was older, wearing red lipstick, and glasses. If you do go to this store avoid this woman at all costs. I will never return to this store again because of this individual. I really hope Sephora corrects this issue with this woman so I am able to shop there again.
This store had an opportunity to provide great customer service when we bought a bottle of perfume and dropped and broke it same day. Although I understand many retailers would not exchange it for a new one, it would have been the nice thing to do as it was only $38. Theres a Nordstrom in the mall. Its my lesson learned for not shopping with them.
