I went to this location over a month ago to had a battery installed in my I phone X ( big mistake ) they installed an after market battery and now my phone does not work at all, they tried to fix it but no good.( it worked fine when I dropped it off ) So after they attempted to repair there screw up and could not the tech handed me the phone back and said well I cant fix it. I said what is your company going to do the techs reply nothing.110.00 dollars to destroy my phone after a long argument the tech gave me 100.00 back.I have contacting the store many times for a manager to call me back and no call back . DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY TOUCH YOUR PHONE.

Apple told me I had to buy a new phone. Anthony at Fix and repair discovered the cause abs was able to remediate the water damage for 10% what a new phone would have cost! Very grateful. My phone was supposed to be water proof but apple said after the warranty period the seals deteriorate!!!! Beware!!!

Went to get a front and back glass replacement for my phone. My budget was 150. Quoted me 200 with a very thick accent... came back and he had only replaced the front and suddenly the price was 300 but our agreement was only verbal so I had to pay to get my phone back. I felt like I was scammed.

This evening I walked in as the screen of my very old iPhone 6 had come off. The gentleman at the desk offered to give it a quick look and in no time the screen was back in place. The amazing thing is that he didn’t even ask for money. I sincerely appreciate his honesty and professionalism as I am pretty sure a less ethical sales person would have probably made it look a much bigger problem and asked me silly money to fix it. Honesty goes a long way and I will go back to that shop in the future, for sure!

As a young entrepreneur, I rely on my phone heavily. I dropped it and the mic suddenly stopped working. I came in and Hakeem automatically welcomed me with a smile. I told him my situation and he tested the device in front of me to assure me it wasnt a possible mother board issue since he explained that was a possibility. Once he did his quick analysis, he told me he might be able to fix it he has to test a new mic on the phone. I left the phone with him for 2 hours since he told me hes the only on working today. When I came back I so thrilled to learn he fixed my device and for a reasonably price.

Do not do business with thesw people. I took my iphone xmax for a new screen and they charged me 200, put some cheap screen on my phone, i also put a cover and screen protector. The phone never even fell and 3 days later i have a black spot on the bottom of the screen. I take it back and the guy didnt even wanna look at it. Just said the lcd was cracked which it isnt and that it wasnt covered under warranty. I tried reasoning with him but he was just rude and didnt wanna give me the time of day. I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. They only use chinese cheap parts. I had another tech take my phone apart and he showed me the exact screen they put on my phone on ebay for 12 dollars. COMPLETE RIP OFF

Came here to get my phone fixed, and as soon as the manager saw I am a first responder, he offered me a discount. I believe his name is Akim. He was kind and courteous, and was able to fix my phone in under 30 minutes. I couldnt ask for anything better than that!!! Would definitely recommend and come back!

I oriiginally came in on 08/01 to get my device fixed, Jacob was the one that helped me out. He explained how there is a lifetime warranty on the repair and even included a screen protector. All was great until the next day when I took the phone out my pocket and saw both the screen and screen protector cracked. I figured it wouldnt be an issue with the lifetime warranty. I called that day and Jacob told me bring it in and hell take care of it.I had a flight to take so i figured Ill get it taken of when i come back. I called today and manager expresses how sorry he is but pysical damage voids the warranty. I was never told this before today. So after some debating on the phone, he finally tells me bring it so he can look at it and determine if his tech installed the screen incorrectly and if not hell only charge me part cost for this repair.When I got in the manager introduced himself as Akim, he was very professional in the situation. He said he was going to open the phone and see if it was installed correctly. Once he opened the phone he saw what the issue was and covered the repair under warranty. When i asked if Jacob installed the screen the right way, he gave me answer that made me feel like he was just covering up for his co-workers mistake.All-in-all, Ill return for future business but Ill never deal with Jacob again. Akim did a great job just being cordial and respectful and very empathic.

Dude tried to charge me 175 for an iphone -11 screen I get not many people know how to change screens making it easy to charge high premiums but 175 is ridiculous cause I just got it fixed for 120 the other day I just went in to see what they would say and said 175 like come on ripping people off is not cool

Special thanks to Zachary! My phones charging port was giving me so much trouble!!! It would take me 5-10 minutes fiddling around with the cord for my phone to actually register that it was plugged in and begin charging and even more frustration to make sure it STAYED CHARGING! He replaced my charging port and now my phone is working perfectly! The charger snaps into place and my phone charges without hassle. Its like I have a brand new phone!!! Im so happy!! I cracked my iPhone 7 screen and they were able to fix it on the spot! Not only did they have the best price of anyone around, they were able to do it the fastest. I walked around the mall for 30 minutes and then it was done! I had an issue and brought it back and they handled it extremely professionally. Great service, and the phone is back to normal!

I feel bad writing this review, because the staff here is really nice. However if you need to get an Apple product screen repaired, you need to be aware that they do not sell actual Apple screens. They sell aftermarket screens. I had them repair a cracked iPhone screen for me, and had the unfortunate discovery that when you do a software update on your phone, the aftermarket screens are not always compatible with the new software updates. After getting my screen replaced by them, I updated my software and my screen did not function whatsoever.Long story short, after spending $150 to have my screen fixed by iFixandRepair, I had to spend an additional $150 to take my phone to an Apple store to have an actual Apple screen put on.I went to iFixandRepair afterward to explain the situation. They explained that this is apparently common. However, they conveniently did not mention this when they repaired my phone. I asked if the service agreement I signed mentioned that I would be receiving an aftermarket screen. They agreed their paperwork does not state this. They did not offer any sort of partial refund when I asked, and I was left pretty disappointed. As much as I like helping small businesses (which is why I went to them instead of Apple), you need to be careful with this store/company when it comes to repairs
