My Computer Fan needed to be replaced. I went to Best Buy Geek Squad and they could not do anything about it. They actually referred me to this place. I took it over and the technician Eric was very helpful and friendly. I turned it in and the next day called me to come pick it up. Best Buy told me they would take a week if they could do anything. These guys fixed in less than 24 hours. I wish I would have known about this store before buying the Geek Squad 2 year plan.

I recommend this place to anyone on the Boca area. They have competitive prices, great professionalism, and really do a quality job. I got my iPhone X fixed here and got it back in a timely manner. I’m happy with the experience.

Love that there are appoint slots. Not a full chaotic store and I was in and out in 10 minutes for a shattered screen. Super friendly and professional. Without a doubt the lowest price of anyone I called, but from past experiences, the best quality customer service and best results. Literally 10 minutes. Replaced more than was actually necessary. Discounted a screen protector by half and applied it perfectly within that 10 minutes. I will be sending anyone I know there and definitely be using them again. Maybe when I’m feeling better I’ll go work them 😂. So impressed with this company I just can’t say enough. They deserve every single star.

Couldnt be more delighted and pleased with the recent upgrade to my workstation. Del professionally installed and built 2 SSD RAIDs, including an M.2 NVMe RAID 1 drive for my System drive C:. Legit Scam Artist he doesnt know what hes doing and overcharges for everything. i brought him my custom gaming computer and he FRIED my harddrive and Destroyed my brand new Waterpump i bought, all because he used the wrong cables. he knows nothing about computers and i would never do business with Del he is a legit scammer

First off, these reviews are bought from online and hardly have any real customer reviews. Secondly, they installed a faulty screen on my iPhone 11 and exactly 1month and a few days later, the screen started to fail. You can Google that these replacement screens all have the same problem.When he installed it, I noticed some interior scratches and he said don’t worry about it. In the moment, I was rushing bc I had important things to take care of so I trusted him. Now with my screen failing exactly out of the warranty time frame, they screwed me. He also charged me $50 more than the next guy and he knew it but I did it for the convenience. They use cheap Chinese knockoffs and don’t have any responsibility for their products. Im going to report this place to the BBB in the coming days unless the owner calls me to make amends.

Brought in my laptop that had a failing hard drive. They were quick and thorough and was able to expedite the process with a speedy turn around time since the gentleman knew I was a student and need to work off my computer. He even stayed past close just for me to pick it up on the same day and they are very reasonable compared to other places! Will definitely go back again if I have computer or phone issues.

Im a little late to writing this review but I wanted to make sure I get one in to keep the good reviews coming. I run an AI marketing company, and barely have a minute to breathe with how busy it is. My Laptop hard drive gave out and these guys replaced it in less than a day with an even better one. I am writing this about a month later -- Laptop is running amazingly, havent had a single issue. Really good service would recommend

It was miscommunication mostly I think. I freaked out. They listened and I got a refund. I still had to repair the screen elsewhere however and I’m still out the original $300.Old review: It was $300 to replace my phone screen (Oled, except NOT OEM like they say. It’s a dull screen) so I replace it. A month later, JUST LIKE other reviewers mentioned, my phone display DIES for no reason. I go to ask if there’s something they did wrong and they were like “come back in 20 minutes” so I assumed he was gonna plug in a loose cable or something. They look at and without asking they switched out my display for an lcd and charged me another $200.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! - 5 STARS RATING - Heres the story - On an hectic Saturday morning, my sons gaming computer was shutting down due to excessive temperatures due to a liquid coolant issue. We brought the computer into CD&S and a really nice tech named Del not only diagnosed everything accurately and thoroughly, he offered us multiple solutions. We grabbed a quick lunch; and before we knew it, we got a call saying the computer was done! In fact, we had such a good experience that we even decided to double the RAM in his gaming computer, and both my son and I left the place more than happy with the results. Yes, I would recommend this place highly. Our tech clearly knew his business and his way around computers; and the place just looked like it had a really good inventory of state of the art hardware. Dont believe all the bad reviews. Went in with a shattered s7 edge and was told the part would be in at 2, and i would have my phone by 6. Well its 405 and my phone is good as new. Eric did amazing! Easy and the prices are right around what you would pay anywhere else! Thanks guys!

I spilled an entire glass of water on my Dell laptop. It was not powering on. I thought it was DONE. I took it to CDS for the $75 diagnostic. They told me what the issue was and a few days later it was fixed! Plus the $75 went towards the repair. Happy customer! They saved my laptop!!!!!!

Had a broken 6plus screen. Eric gave me an appreciated heads up that the thumb sensor/home button was at risk since the glass was shattered all around it. He told me 45 minutes and was done in under 30. Everything looked and worked great. Including the thumb sensor! Very pleased with the job they did and happy I did not need to run to the mall but was able to stay local. Will definitely go back for repairs in future if needed.

After calling in ahead of time and describing the fix I needed done (updating bios on a motherboard) I re-confirmed the quoted price ($60) 3 separate times, even having the worker confirm with the tech, before agreeing to bring my computer in. Once I was in, the price was now $100 because its a custom build (which was explained on the phone) and they would have to hold onto the computer over the weekend. Monday comes, and I receive a call explaining We double checked everything on the computer and its not posting, and the bios needs to be updated but we are unable to do that. (exactly what I said needed to be done in the first place, it was even on the original invoice) I was then offered motherboards and processors to buy off them, to which I declined. When I went to pick up my computer, they insisted on still charging me $100 for diagnostic, to which they eventually dropped to a still ridiculous $75.This place is kind of like that sketchy car shop that you bring your car in for new brakes, and they diagnose other problems on the car you didnt ask them to look at, then they return your car with still broken brakes and a higher bill.

I went to another computer store with a problem on my laptop, the price to fix it was too high. Came to this shop and found the perfect spot. I recommend this store. Service was great, prices were fair. Thank you.

These guys are my new go to Cell phone store! Clean store polite staff . They were very helpful . I have 2 teenagers who broke both their screens and had them both replaced today. They fixed my daughters iphone XR for $180. (replaced the LCD screen ...not just cracked glass but the whole screen needed to be replaced) when the Apple Store told her there was water damage and they couldnt repair it but would replace the entire phone for $400. (For a phone that cost me $750 and for which I hadnt even finished paying!) Thank you CDSBOCA for saving me $220! And they fixed it while we waited. Took all of about 15 mins. Great service!

I went in with JUST a cracked screen. Not even a week after getting my screen fixed i find that the sensor at the top does not work for when I’m on calls and they tried to charge me for the new part. It was not broken when i came in. Testing to see if all parts that were taken out and manipulated while fixing my screen should have been taking into account before i went home the first time. I am very unhappy because i will now have to visit the Apple store and most likely pay more to fix something that was never broken.
