This place is great!

My first Omaha Steaks experience and the young lady there her name tag said Alex O. I went in with the worse attitude I must admit but she was so sweet and incredibly knowledgeable. I didn’t think this kind of customer service still existed. I didn’t realize Omaha Steaks had such a wide selection it doesn’t look like that in the mailers I get. I was a bit overwhelmed. I just wanted to buy a gift for my friend. Alex, she was so helpful! Great store, worth the long drive for Me.

We came here first time to buy Ribeyes steak because we havent found in our regular place. Well, its somehow expensive relatively for all the big chains supermarkets. But it is worth that if you can afford the extra price. We got fillet mignon and rib steaks which came in a fancy box and each steak sealed separately, so you can freeze what ever you dont want to use the same day. The steaks was really goods and taste great. Customer service was good and they was patient to answer all my questions. Generally i will recommend that place if you want something good and willing to pay the price for it.

There used to be a great deal of customer service where the store manager ir representative would suggest packages and even condiments to make you a great supper, but now, the doors are closed and one must wait outside and look at literature without interaction. The regular flu is worse than this new virus and we are all falling for the media unbalanced report . I didnt make my purchase this time.

Had a great experience today being helped by Michael. I came in to redeem a coupon for a barbecue combo and ended up buying a few more things thanks to the knowledgeable, friendly salesman and some of the amazing deals that were in store. Highly recommend.
