Needed a 40000 mile service on my 2017 Outback and they took care of everything for less than a third of the cost of going to a dealer. Honest honesty honest. Went in thinking I needed $600 for a new battery to starter Cable and assembly... He fixed just the end of the cable and replaced the assembly and I was out of there for $140. Highly recommend.

This TK store in sandleoot has been very good to me for the past couple years. They are much better than their competition tires plus across the street who I will never ever use againThey rotate tires for free and fixed my flat in my michelins at no charge because tires purchased come with free flat repairs. I guess Ill be going down there this weekend because I found another screw in one of my other tires. But my next michelins will be bought from this TK store

They are the closest tire dealer near my home and this past Saturday I was doing maintenance and changing the oil on my sportscar and noticed I had a nail in rear tire. While I had the car up on jacks for the oil change it was easy to remove the wheel and tire and throw it in my pickup and run it over to them. Although it was Saturday and they were very busy, they took in my wheel and called me about an hour later saying they had patched in from the inside and replaced the valve stem just to be sure. Great service and quick - who could ask for more? !

If you go in for a $24 oil change, thats what you get. Not a $525 bill like Tires Plus. Best to make your appt via their website online, its very fast.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Called the store today and Asked for cost of tire mount and balance. Given price that was slightly higher than paid 3 months prior for same vehicle. Was ok with this so took appointment they had available and rearranged my schedule to take it in at time given. When got there the manager wrote up a substantially higher bill.1). Added surcharge for run flat tires,2) said charge for changing rear tires were also higher than changing front3) and charged for replacement of valve stemsAll this was not stated in phone quote. When I asked him why stems had to be changed he said it was required by law. When I asked him to show me the law he then changed his story that it was the store rule. I then stated he should honor what was stated when I called. He was insistent that he would not and handed me the inflated invoice/work order to sign. He followed up by saying if I didn’t want to accept then go somewhere else.The person responsible for this experience Is Martin Germain store manager. I would suggest staying away from this store due to bait and switch as well as attitude problem of this person. Called corporate. They were pleasant. Will reserve review for corporate until they respond with final resolution.

Had to take the car to Toyota to fix the damage Tire Kingdom did (after 4 visits to fix it and resolve the problem). Then the store manager Martin passed on my request for a refund to the district manager Juanita and she apparently is too busy to ever answer her phone, make an outbound call, or in any way at all respond to a customer complaint. Youre better off not dealing with them unless you enjoy opening disputes with your credit card company to charge them back.

I went to this shop this morning for a engine check diagnostic and I was really impressed by the extremely nice and professional service. I strongly recommend this location.

This is my favorite Tire Kingdom, the staff is honest and respectful. Louis understood my concerns and help me get the right tires for my van. He was very pleasant and personable. This is my second time at this location. The first time they checked my flat tire after the other store turned me away. The other Tire Kingdoms I have been to (north and east Boca) wanted to overcharge me or not service my van.

I have been going this locations for over 12+ years and 7 cars later we have had many new tires installed and a lot of service work done. I have always dealt with Armand who has treated us very fairly. Armand, has been great to deal with, he is why we continue to go back when we need any work done or another new set of tires.

I replaced 4 new tires,,when I got my car back,,my tires valve stem cap 1 missing 3 other were different from original...11,24,17...and moreOn 05,04,19 I went there replaced my front, rear break and oil change ...the problem begin 01,13,20 I went there did a oil change and 1 of the new guy receptionist tell me my rear break pad, in needed to be replace ...the break pad is wear out 75 percent,,,receptionist said I need to pay $119. Dollars to redo the rear breaks,...the other 3 breaks are fine, except 1 break ...well I told him if the technician installed correctly there will be no problem,,He replied still need $119. Dollars to redo the rear break

I came in to the shop a little frustrated and not sure what I needed just that I had to keep putting air in a couple tires. A.J came out as soon as they opened and let the few of us know that his computers were down but he’d do his best to accommodate us. As people were coming in and A.J was on the phone trying to fix his system, he managed all that was going on. I surprisingly was in and out in about an hour and a half although there were people ahead of me. The staff was very nice and A.J went above and beyond to explain details despite how busy he was and even with computer system issues. I highly recommend this location. Thank you!

I used to bring my car here for all my tire and brake needs but no more! After cross threading a second stud they will not honor their mistake. Their excuse at first it was not them and a year has gone by and its been too long. BS. Theyre the only ones I take my car to. I used to recommend this place no more. Been on hold for 20 minutes with out even a hello. Ordered tires yesterday, they were supposed to call me back but they did not call me back. So I called and without even a hello they put me on hold. I am still on hold now 22 minutes. Thought I would try again and the same happened. No hello just thrown on hold. I guess they dont want the business. Will go elsewhere. I was a repeat customer but feel they dont want us back.I did end up going later in the day and all went well with the service. Outside of the customer service in the AM with putting customer on hold like that and not saying hello the service was much better after 5 when I arrived. So I am changing my rating from one star to 3 starts. I would have put higher if they had called when they said they would have and didnt put me on the blind hold for 22 minutes. The customer service was as said much better when I was on site.

Really cool genesis thats parked off to the side... aside from that service is good, quick, and accurately promising. I got a full synthetic blend for about $100 and its doing my car justice for sure. Also, my only complaint with this location is that its hit or miss with whether they call you or not. My car was finished within the same day and didnt receive a call and they had two numbers on record which is far fetched... but aside from that or if you can get passed that, they treat you pretty good and theyre Spanish capable too. Even for the dudes that dont look like they dabble in Spanish, youd be just as surprised as I was.

I took my Toyota Corolla to the Sandalfoot Plaza Drive location on a Friday morning. Shop manager Martin Germaine helped me. Mr. Germaine listened to my description of the symptoms of the problem with my car. He put what I had told him into the computer system so the mechanics would know exactly what the car’s symptoms were. He told me they would get a diagnosis of any problems after they looked over the car and ran some tests. Not long later, I received a call from Mr. Germaine. He advised me of the results of the tests and what corrective actions would be needed to get the car working properly again. The price was more than fair and he advised me he would call me when the work was finished. I was very glad they could do the work today so I had use of the car over the weekend. When I arrived back at the shop, my car was ready to go. It sounded great. I highly recommend Tire Kingdom.

I was directed to this establishment because of a warranty problem, so this report does not cover any purchase or repair experience on my part. What can be said is that the facility was very clean compared to others that I have visited and the staff was courteous and attentive to my problem. If it turns out that you have to have work done, there is a comfortable waiting room plus shops and many restaurants to explore in the adjacent Sandalfoot Plaza Shopping Center.

Arrived at 5:30pm to check when I could change both rear tires. Was promptly serviced and they not only did it fast, they found me a better and cheaper tire. This is not the first time I have been there. I have been going there for the past 5 years. Steve is the service manager and he has always been nice. The other guys are very professional too. Cant complain with their service really.

Shady up sell business practices during a pandemic. Tries to up sell me to synthetic oil “because that’s what it says”, even though the dealerships and the owners manual states conventional is ok. Once I pushed for conventional, my price goes up by 15 for a standard oil filter because “that’s how it is”. Shady af. Pandemic or not, beware from scams like this in any business. I will from now on, stick to my dealership.

Prompt attention and delivery of service. I walked in for a tire repair very short on time and walked out with plenty to drive my daughter to airport on time for her flight. Happy to recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Went in for a simple oil change and got a call 10 minutes later saying that the oil change was almost done but that my brake pads and rotors were completely shot and that I needed to get them replaced. Gave me an estimate for 570 dollars and THANKFULLY I decided to get a second opinion at Firestone just in case. The gentleman at Firestone in the regency lakes plaza (my go to shop whenever I need an oil change or an alignment but they were fully booked that day), walked right out, took a look at my brake pads and rotors and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong. HIGHLY recommend going to the Firestone on 441 and regency lakes for anything car related.

I set appointment. I arrived early and was greeted at the door. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. In and out with suggestions for future preventative maintenance. Awesome service !!!! The only place to go for repairs or Tires !

Had very bad experience with one of the service representatives in the front sales office. It was around 4:45 pm. Never going to this location ever again.

Bought 4 new tires there, walked in and was out in about an hour. Vernon was very good.

Went in and bought two tires everything was done under an hour which was great. My issue was once I received my car back the mechanics took my nice metal tire caps from my Audi and put on basic plastic black ones. I called 10 min after and went back to the location to get my original caps, instead I receive and unhappy mechanic who’s half ass effort puts on some older used caps instead of giving mine back. Simple dishonesty and lack of effort will lose you customers gentlemen, you just lost another future customer because of tire caps. Paying attention to minor details is what makes or breaks a business.

Jon always does his best to help you with products which can be unsettling when youre ready for 4 new tires and looking at a big bill. I used them because they are close by but keep returning because of the customer service experience.

Brought my car in with a nail in my tire first thing in the morning today. My car isnt even 2 weeks old and Armand was so nice and did the best he could to get it done quickly and fixed correctly so I wouldnt be late to work. He even took the initiative to make sure Tire Kingdom would accept my tire road hazard policy. Night and day experience from the Tire Kingdom closer to my house.

I’ve been coming to this tire kingdom for years and they always take care of me. They have been accommodating, friendly, and honest. The guys that have been there for a while are all great and their manager Armand is awesome.

It was not my first visit; it will not be my last visit !!Amidst the overwhelming customer inquiries, each attendant was patient and attentive to getting my issue recorded and resolved.Want to recognize Armand, who is the initial contact person. (Usually the one who enters info in the computer). Each time I went to this service center, he made suggestions on how I could use an alternative to save a few dollars and also took time to review what was completed on my vehicle. For the work overload he handles, he still has time to be a feet-on-the-ground type person. He works for the company but he also has the customers best interest in focus.Would recommend this service center to a friend.

I walked in on a monday at 2pm with a flat tire, took 12 minutes for someone to just say Ill be right with you. No Hello, not even a smile, just sideways stares as one more customer walked in.Sam was the only one to immediately walk in and give attention to another customer instead of ignoring me and completing whatever they were doing in the computer.

I reserved online for an oil change, inputting my vehicle. A quote was generated from the web site reservation.The manager of the Tire Kingdom would not honor the Tire Kingdom quote, as he said even though the extra quart of oil was listed on the quote, it still was not sufficient. He told me there was no way I would take my vehicle out of the store for lthe amount on the quote.He would he give me his District Managers name or number. I did obtain the corporate/parent company phone #, spoke to a customer service agent who then phone the store manager. The online quote was finally honored; however, a very bad taste was left from the surly lack of people and customer service skills by the Tire Kingdom store manager.I do not recommend this particular store in West Boca Raton with the current manager in place, although their corporate office was affable and helpful.

I have gone to Tire Kingdom on previous occasions and have always been treated fairly. But on the last recent visit turned out not to be. I have been having trouble with a severe rumble or shaking sound and after taking it to Tire Kingdom they ruled out the rear end and the drive shaft including the universal joints. After replacing the rest tires they said it was the transmission. They explained it was the torque converter and the valve body. The quote for repair would be $2500. I needlessly to say was taken back on the cost. After talking to friend he recommended to take it Number One Transmission located in Oakland Park. It was a drive from where I live but it worth it. After taking my vehicle there they took it for ride and it was NOT the transmission but the universal joints. They showed me problem and sure enough it solved the problem at much lower fee. Koudos to Number One Transmission. I highly recommend them. They were very fair!!!! I was surprised by Tire Kingdom. Maybe it was mechanic they have working there. I dont know. Get two estimates

I went in this morning to get a slow leak in my tire repaired and knew I was in for a two hour wait. I had already been waiting over an hour when a woman came in with a problem with her car but did not want to wait, so was going to come back later. Not five minutes later she was back saying she was too afraid to drive anywhere and would have to wait. The man helping her (whom I assume was the manager) told her not to worry, he would bump her to the top of the line. Her car was then being worked on while mine still sat in the parking lot. I went up to another employee informed him of this and asked for my keys back. I am patient, but not for rude service lacking integrity.Went to Discount Tire in Pompano, paid less than half the price I would have at Tire Kingdom ($10) and had incredibly friendly service (and zero wait) close to 5 PM. I will never go back to any Tire Kingdom, and will be suggesting to all my friends and family that they avoid it as well. Discount Tire for the win!

They do not honor the warantees you pay for. Went in to have a tire patched, alignment and rotation - all covered do to previous payment/coverage. They refused to do the alignment and rotation. Do not waste your money buying their extras. Do not waste your time going to Tire Kingdom.

Tire Kingdom did not replace my oil plug correctly and I had to drive to Texas the next day. Now I have a big repair bill.

Somehow you go in for a simple oil change, and manage to get persuaded that your vehicle has numerous problems that need to be fixed immediately. If you do choose to go here, please be warned that you will either spend more money than you originally planned, or waste your time going to another place for a second opinion.

This place sucks. Whenever they dont want you businesses theyll tell you to go across the street and that its going to be 4 hours.Door says ooen at 7am. 1 mechanic so if youre not there at 1st, you might have to wait 1 hour for a tire plug.

Dont take your vehicle to this place. They are dishonest and unprofessional. They claimed to rotate my tires and did not. I always place a mark on my tires so I can verify that the service was completed. They swore to me that they did the rotation. Nope!! They also tried to sale me rear struts. The struts are okay. The manager did not speak with me or apologize.

I pulled up very early in the morning, to avoid the rush, but it didn’t help. The mechanics were standing around gabbing and ignored me. I sat there for a good 15 minutes before anybody bothered to help me!

SCAM! This place practices false advertising. They had a so called sale on tires, buy 2 get 2 free, the tires were a $122 ea. After mounting and balance with alignment the total they can up with was $655. Even if the alignment cost $100, where does the other $300 come from? Its a rip-off, this was the second time Ive tried to go there and they tried to overcharge me. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AND NEITHER SHOULD ANYONE ELSE.
