The back window fell out recently and our receipt we hope is in NY, but due to Covid we could not get too. Eddy claims he can not find it and wants to charge us another $2600 when in fact the warranty from the company would cover it IF EDDY could find the receipt. Evidently he has no computer system to track the receipt by name and I do not believe took the time to locate it. I am disgusted with him and since this happened so many people have said he is not a reputable business man. I am going to write to Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General to look into this. I am also going to look into small claims court because I am sick and tired of being treated like this.

Eddie is a very fair man that treats people right and does great work.He has worked on my 2000 Mercedes SL500 roof several times, for anyone that knows about these cars they are notorious for the hydraulics going bad that control the convertible roof and can get extremely expensive.I would say to the customer that gave Eddie a negative review over trying to get a quote from Eddie is that it was probably because Eddie is in demand because of his workmanship and fair pricing..

Zero stars! Said it would take 3 days. Took over 3 weeks and wouldnt answer my calls so I had to have others call to get him to answer. Part fell off the first week I had the car back becaus he broke it and then glued it on. Top leaks but no way am I taking it back to him. Horrible service. A slew of rabid looking cats in back so you can not get back where your car is being worked on to see whats going on. Would not recommend.

Dont go anywhere else! I have a 7 year old GM and the headliner came down in 1 day. ARG. I asked around and was referred to Eddie. I called him and he gave me a no hassle estimate on the phone. I dropped off my car at his shop in the morning and picked it up a few hours later. He and his team did a great job. It looks better than new!

This place does lousy work and does not back up its so called lifetime warranty. If you make the mistake of using stitchers make sure you get the warranty in writing and save the paperwork and be prepared to take Eddie to court.
