This place has a really bad customer service. Whoever Jason or Brandon that answered the phone needs to go to school to learn how to deal with customers. I will not suggest anyone to contact that place for services. They have no respect !!!

Dealt with the owner personally when having some work done on my car here recently. He was very honest and informative about how he diagnosed the problem and what exactly needed to be done. Pricing was fair and reasonable and the job was completed quickly. I highly recommend their services and I will be returning for any future work my car may need.

Holy cow - there is a reason these guys have so many positive reviews, they are that good! I needed a repair on my BMW that even the dealer couldnt seem to get right, so on a whim I tried this shop since they had such good reviews. Not only did they quickly pinpoint the problem, but they fixed it and did not charge me an arm and a leg (a dealer surely would have). Ill be taking my car back here regularly for service now, it is clear they are trustworthy and a quality shop. Danny was also super personable and awesome to deal with. Made my day!!!

I was going to bring my bmw here to be fixed, but whoever picked up the phone was rude, for no reason. I called to see if he was taking appointments or walk ins, especially with this whole COVID situation. He picked up the phone, told him I like to make a consultation and he told me To go ahead? Go ahead what?? Explain yourself when you talk to people. I explain myself and he says bring it in whenever basically and then hung up on me.

Fantastic service. Very honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommended. It is hard to find a trusted mechanic . I was from out of town and needed immediate help on my E Class and his mechanic dropped everything and got me back on the road. Will use again.

I highly recommend German Car Repair. Danny and Sloan were very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant, trustworthy and honest. They took the time to explain to me what my Mini Cooper needed, and more importantly, what it didnt need. They went above and beyond to make sure I was totally happy, and did not even charge me for analyzing my car. After years of suffering with a Mini dealership, I wish I had found this place sooner. I would never take my car anywhere else, but to German Car Repair. How great to find Danny and Sloan, who clearly put customer satisfaction above anything else.

Danny is great! Saved me on a weekend deadline after Irma when no one else would do the work. All original parts and way less $$ than Vista - top notch - bring your car to him and he will take care of you.

We have a beautiful BMW X3 that needed a repair. We only drive this car 4 months out of the year and we took it to Danny’s BMW repair shop. Not only did he stop what he was doing but he fixed our car, explained the issue and didn’t charge us nor would he take any money. We have a BMW and a MB and he is now our goto guy. Amazing experience.

Had a Problem with my ML350.. Called these guys up and they got me rite in. The owner put his chief mechanic to work on my car. Found I had transmission problems and referred me to one of his associates also got me a discount. These guys knew what they were talking about and refused to charge me for their time. Couldnt ask for a better experience! Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for great customer service knowledgeable and experienced mechanics. Their shop is spotless and they didnt look at me as their ATM machine. Only place I will take my car again! Thanks Guys!!

These guys are the real deal. I am an avid car enthusiast but i dont have the gift of wrenching. My modded 5 series BMW and I have been to many mechanics and I always feel like im being overcharged or even sold. I did not feel that way here. I felt like they really wanted to help. They even send me text pictures and updates on the repair! Ive never had service like this before. They definitely have a customer for life. I Highly recommend this shop.

Danny and staff at German Auto Repair in Boca are great! I recently brought my new vehicle in for its first scheduled maintenance (A) and they were nothing but accomodating. When I called I asked for their first available appointment. Danny offered a same-day one as someone had just cancelled due to the coming hurricane. When I arrived they took me right away and had me out in a reasonable amount of time as promised. They also made sure to acknowledge my Maintenance/Service Manual was documented. Couldnt ask for better service; and at a cost much less than what the dealers charge! Thanks again Danny & Staff -- I look forward to seeing you for my next scheduled maintenance appointment!

I couldnt be any happier that I came across this service shop. I have a 2010 BMW 528i and the owner Danny told me exactly what I did and didnt need done. Plus, he helped out with cost where he could. I found him very knowledgeable of bmws, honest and trustworthy. My repairs would have been at least 50% more at a BMW dealer service shop. Im only going to him moving forward even if only for an oil change.

Being tired of much of the run around and prices of dealers - I started the search for what I would hope to be a capable and honest Indie. After reviewing much of the longtime and positive reviews on German Auto Repair and Danny - i thought I would give him a try when I was having an issue on my 740Li. Danny was able to diagnose the same issue as the dealer and was able to facilitate the repair quickly and at a nice price advantage over that of what the dealer quoted. Since then he has done a full service and replaced the rear brakes of my wifes A6 at the cost of what the dealer was for the brakes alone and he has now taken over the service of my sons 335i. Where can u pop-by and have a error code checked and cleared in 5 mins at no charge? Not at a dealership - but with Danny u can. Nice to have someone that you feel comfort and trust - in todays automotive world.

Danny saved me a lot of time and trouble this morning with a radiator fluid issue that he diagnosed right away. Easy to reach, and was happy to help out. Definitely will be going back to him again!
