Brought my vehicle in for body repairs due to being rear-ended in a car accident. Made an appointment for a Thursday at 8am. When I arrived my rent a car agent was already there. Dropped off my vehicle and got my rental car and it was all very convenient. Jose and Michelle at Classic Collision were AWESOME!!! Michelle called me 3 times over the 8 days the vehicle was in the shop to keep me updated on the status of my repairs. The repairs were done with great workmanship and everyone there were very professional and very customer friendly. When I picked up my car, I dropped off the keys to the rental care and off I went. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asked me. I have been to several body shops over my lifetime and they are definitely way superior to anyone else I have dealt with!

I rarely leave reviews but this time, I really want to because I cannot pass on that one. I met with Sal who gave me a very descent price to repair the bumper and the side of my car. He was courteous, honest and very helpful..and even offer to give me a ride to the place where I rented a car!I came back 3 days later and wow, my Honda Accord 2012 looks NEW!!Please dont hesitate and dont waste your time researching a better place to fix your car, you just found it! I took my car to Carolina Auto Body after scraping up the passenger side front door at a job site. While it was there, I had them fix the front bumper with 100k miles of rock chips and a crack in the grill. They turned the car around in less than 1 week, took care of everything with my insurance company, had a rental there waiting for me, and did a fantastic job painting and blending. Body lines all match up with the other side of the car perfectly. They really do take care of all the logistics for you and make taking your vahicle there so easy. I dealt with Jake and he is top notch professional. Dont hesitate for a second to have them do work for you.

GEICO insurance set up an appointment for my car accident repair. I called the shop and met with Jose at 10AM. A Enterprise Car Rental was waiting for me and I was told that my Maxima maybe ready by the end of the day ($1,500 in damages). Jose found out that the only headlight new unit was located in Miami. They picked up the unit and repaired the front bumper and side fender. It looked brand new and all the paint matched. The car was washed and ready fir pickup at 5:45P the dame day! Jose, GEICO and enterprise worked as a great team! Thx

Truley A1. I came in w/ a busted bumper and other things. The owner was very professtional and worked with me because I was paying out of pocket. They called me every other day to update me on the progress of my car. My car looks brand new. Beyond happy.

My lock wasnt working, and the last place I took it to told me it would be really complicated and they would need to keep my car for the day... The manager here made it a priority and fixed it quickly. He even called the next day to follow up and make sure all was working fine. I really appreciated it and will definitely be using them again. I brought my brand new vehicle in last week to have a SIMPLE modification completed (remove the rear emblem and replace it with a new one). The manager advised it was an easy job, he could do it quickly, and would ensure no damage was done to the vehicle. Upon completion, I found that the shop caused multiple chips to the paint of my brand new vehicle while removing the emblem. They attempted to fix it, but you can clearly see the touch-up work that was done. Additionally, when I returned home, I found that there were little white specs of paint all over my vehicle... all over everything! It appears particles from paint in the air landed on my vehicle and got all over everything. Needless to say, this body shop destroyed my brand new vehicle. I would give them negative stars if that was possible.

Even when my Trailblazer was very well done, I had a really bad experience with Marco, Im still waiting for his phone call in order to resolve an inconvenience I had with the Insurance and Rental company, The manager of the shop told me that I dont needed to be worry on my rental because the insurance company was paying for the rental, but that didnt happened. After I called the shop three times, Mr. Marco assured me that he is going to take care of my case and return my call, that was more than a week. Nothing happened, he never called back.
