I had a great experience with my car. From the moment I stopped in to have them look at my car, I felt that I was given 5-star service. They explained what they would do to fix my car, the price was very reasonable and offered excellent customer service throughout. They even came by to meet me on their day off to hand over my car. The car looks amazing; like nothing had ever happened! I highly recommend them!!

I compared 7 different body shops, and chose Jeff and John. Their price was very affordable. Another body shop even said they do good work, and they did. The repair from the body damage to my Mazda turned out great, like nothing happened. I will have no problem when returning the vehicle as part of my lease.

Try being more professional, not call your potential customers liars (an employee advised me) or talk to them like children, and be on time. I’ve never experienced customer service as bad as received from Jeff. I know a lot of people in Boca and will tell everyone to never come here. Disgusted with the way I was treated.

Took my car here after a piece of debris hit it on the expressway. From the beginning John was extremely professional and courteous, explaining every step of the process in order to get my car fixed. Not only did they do a exceptional job with the car, they kept me informed during the whole process . Jeff and John did fantastic work on a terrible leak I had in my 2007 Honda Civic. Very reasonably priced and I could not have asked for better customer service. My father had a paint and body business for years so I know what to look for and these men cant be matched in South Florida. I highly recommend them over others I went to before I found them. My good friend just got her Civic back from Powerline Collision in Boca. Well she was delighted about the quality of service. On top of that she couldnt say enough about Jeff, the owner. His PERSONALIZED service was truly remarkable in this age of greed. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable.
