Had a great experience and high recommend Caliber Collision in Boca. I took my Toyota Avalon for bumper damage and starting from the my initial phone they couldnt be more friendly.They accessed my State Farm Claim and scheduled an appointment. Marco the manager was very helpful. They did the work quickly and kept me updated on work. Cant say enough good things about my experience. They exceeded my expectations. So much so we are thinking of taking our Chevy Tahoe to repaint factory defect on hood.

Can was damaged from road debris, being taken care of by my insurance. I usually insist only the manufacturer makes repairs to my car. MInis bodyshop quoted $3500+ for the dent and paint repair on the hood and roof.I took to Caliber based on StateFarms preferred vendor network. Their quote was under $1500. I let Caliber do the work, mainly based on StateFarms policy of 100% satisfaction. Caliber handled all the paperwork with StateFarm. I paid my deductible directly to Caliber. Basically I dropped off my dented up car and picked up my all-fixed-up car about 5-6 days later. They called me a couple of times to let me know how things were going along the way. I have a lifetime guarantee from StateFarm and Caliber if anything goes wrong with the repair.Super easy and professional. They even drove me home when I dropped off my car. Insurance or not, I would use Caliber again if the need arises.

The managers here have no idea what they are doing. Had to bring truck back to fix gapping mess ups and had truck for 3 weeks and messes up my camera that was replaced. Camera is clear now but of course they didnt calibrate it to truck to have guidelines on truck. Plus I ask manager if inside of my tailgate, where tailgate step is, was supposed to be painted but said he didnt know. It was from factory and Ill post picture of it also. Plus another person who worked here said it was painted black from factory to prevent rust. Truck tailgate is made of aluminum... shouldnt rust regardless. How do you trust people who have no idea what they talk about. They suppose to be the experts and know about your vehicle but dont.

Wow! This place is amazing. Liberty Mutual sent me here for repairs after a car accident and I’m so glad they did! First impression as I walk in was a clean, nice place and the woman at the front desk was extremely friendly and inviting! Then went over the repairs with the gentleman that works there (I can’t recall his name unfortunately) but he did a thorough job explaining what needed to be done! From there on out it was easier than I can imagine. I received texts throughout the entire process which was extremely convenient because I didn’t have to call once for an update! Now for the reveal...it was better than I can imagine. My car looked brand spanking new! Not just the repairs! The paint job was beautifully done and my car was cleaned from the inside out. It was actually impressive how clean they got my car because i had dog hair everywhere. I hadn’t seen my car that clean since I bought it! So I highly recommend Caliber Collision on 2nd Ave. I give it a 10 out of 10!!

You should never do business with this business. Let me tell you why.I took my car to Caliber Collision in Boca Raton, FL for body work after someone hit my car. They took almost one month to finish a dent and paint job that they told me would take 1 week to 1.5 weeks max. Meanwhile I had a rental car from the insurance agency for this duration.Once I picked up my car, there was a new nail in the tire. They admitted to the nail and plugged the tire.The bill for the car was suppose to be paid for by the other person’s insurance agency. So I did not owe any money because it was their fault. HOWEVER, a couple weeks after the incident I get a call from Caliber Collision demanding I pay them. They did not work out the final bill with the insurance agency because they took a long time to complete the car and were demanding more money than originally quoted. They treated me as a middleman/bank and demanded I pay them in 10 days. The center manager of the shop is name Carlo Villarosa. He accused me over the phone of stealing from the company as “YOU DONT GO TO WALMART AND RUN OUT WITH A GALLON OF MILK”.I told them that they need to handle this with the insurance agency, as I have no part in the payment process and should not be a middle man because you are in disagreement with the insurance agency. AND because they took almost a month for the car completion, the insurance agency would not reimburse me for the rental car. They paid for 17 of 27 days. Therefore I was left with a huge bill to pay out of my pocket! Never go here unless you want a HUGE HEADACHE!!!!After a couple months I can see the “quality work” they did on the car. The paint is chipping off and looks terrible on the edges from the incorrect paint.NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

5 stars for the professional and nice staff, but the price is extremely high. Honestly, the type of work they wanted to do and charge for dents and scratch is outrageously priced and how much will be charged by the time its done. There are better businesses out there that will not charge for unnecessary things. Hope this helps.

We had a great experience at this center. they are very professional and understanding. They even helped me with renting a car in that same office for me to move around in the mean time. When you have an accident its hard and having the person fixing your car communicate and assist you make it so much better

State Farm listed this shop to bring my vehicle in, after explaining to the woman answering the phone that State Farm referred them to me for body work she put me on hold. After several minutes she came back on the line, seemed irritated and confused and thought I was the dealership. I politely explained the story again and the reason for my call again, only to be put on hold for several more minutes, the next time she picked up she then hung up. Looks like I will bring my business elsewhere.
