We went to buy a faucet for our kitchen which is under renovation. Large selection, good prices. The one we ordered is being shipped to our home and we already received an email with tracking information. All has gone smoothly so far.

What a great experience !! I thought buying bathroom fixtures was going to be a long and tedious process. Our sales rep, Phillipe, couldnt have made it any better. Very knowledgeable and got us right to where we needed to be and pulled the whole order together, got everything we needed in one trip !!! Well be back for our next project....

We had a great experience at Ferguson with Ron. Ron is extremely knowledgeable and was able to guide us through the selection process of our master bathroom fixtures. We had fairly specific requirements to meet and Ron was able to help us narrow it all down to exactly what we needed. Highly recommend visiting in person and engaging with the their sales team to make your selections. We will be back for our kitchen needs for sure.

Horrible. Do not use Desmond!! Customer service horrible. Still waiting for a refund that he charged me express shipping for the wrong part. Part was wrong and took 5 days!! Doesn’t respond. Still waiting to hear from him for my refund for the overpriced part and shipping.Doesn’t help with pricing. You make an appointment and he doesn’t go over any choices or prices with you. How can you make a decision if you don’t know the cost!!

Awesome one stop shop for plumbing lighting and probably a lot more. Manager Joe is just who you want in a customer centric business. Kudos to Andre too. Great team.

I really appreciated the management at Ferguson helping me with an issue I had with an appliance I bought from them. While the manufacturer was so difficult,, they stepped in and my problems were solved! This kind of backup is really helpful!

Worthless customer service. My contractor sent us to Ferguson because he said his plumber got a contractor discount. I guess not a great discount because an orange colored big box store had the item for less. Furthermore, the receptionist and sales person were beyond rude when asking questions. I suggest going somewhere else to purchase your plumbing supplies. Very disappointing experience.
