Best buy was great and helpful BUT pacific kitchen and home delivery and installation are non efficient and not helpful..they canceled the first fridge installation and we rescheduled, they canceled the second installation and were even ruder the second call ..its like they could not give a dam..NO customer service period. With this virus and people loosing their jobs, they should show some pride which they lack...disappointing service.

This company delivers and installs appliances for Best Buy. They do not speak English and they have no idea what they are doing. We will be buying our next appliance at Home Depot. On top of that they had a four hour delivery window from 12 noon until 4 PM and they did not arrive until 5 PM with an attitude. Best Buy is clearly doing themselves a disservice using this company.
