A HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCEIn June I went into Best Buy to buy a new oven because mine was broken. I indicated to the salesman that I needed 2 double wall oven s that would be convection .I place the order and when the installers came they removed my old ovens and said they could not install the new ones because there were live wires. They left the new ovens in my foyer. I was frantic and called my electrician and begged him to come up. When he arrived he said there were no live wires,-I paid him almost $1100 to install these ovens and when they were installed I noticed that only one of them was convection. I called the store and spoke with the salesman and he admitted he had made a mistake and told me he could order another oven for me.I am very disappointed. Unfortunately I have tried repeatedly to reach people at the store and at their corporate level through numerous phone calls and emails which are not returned. I have proposed that they let me keep this oven but not charge me $1200 additional which would be the price to keep it because I don’t want their installers in my home again and I am waiting and waiting and no one gets back to me. Under no circumstances would I recommend anyone to deal with Best Buy.Unfortunately that oven has not been available and is on back order since July. Every month I get an email from a woman name Catherine advising me of another delay.I would never deal with this store again and I strongly urge you not to deal with them as well. I have been a good customer I have ordered many televisions a printer a dryer a washer a dishwasher etc.

I had the best experience buying my new iPhone 13 on Oct 8th. I normally dont do reviews but they were amazing, Veronika was very helpful and kind, she answered all my questions, transferred all my data from my old phone safely, she was so patient with me. I must recognize customer service is their priority; they were very busy that day and even the manager Terence assisted other customers who were waiting in line. Good job!

Last time I buy anything from Best Buy!!!! We purchased a washer and dryer and surprisingly we were able to get them fairly quickly. When the delivery showed up the wash machine had a huge dent in the top and I refused it. The delivery team suggested we take it so at least we could use it and when the exchange came in they would bring it out. I received a phone call the same day from customer service and a delivery date was set. The day of the exchange nobody showed up, nobody called and now they are telling me sorry there is nothing we can do. I am done buying from Best Buy.

From Phx, living in hotel until closed on new condo-2 wks. Ordered by phone Saturday to nail down tvs, computer cause of Covid supply chain shortages. Great (Texas) CS but card denied for putting in new (mailing) address here. On Chase. OK.Went to this store to buy in person with address adjustment & to inform of delay in delivery (2 weeks). Had dropped $7000 in HD day before-same delivery notes.Cluster of blue shirts at front, hanging out. Raised my hand, asked for help.Marcos asked what do u want? Gave him short version...he looked around, called new girl. He went back to socializing.She tried to understand, didnt, looked for Marcos... after 5 minutes of explanation.He strolled over to register, What do u want to buy? With finger over register.(My list was long-$4000 worth-it was going to take a minute)Do u even know what u want to buy? (Wow)Apparently I was annoying him.I told him he should have paid attention the FIRST TIME I explained this...& explained it AGAIN to her...& now to him again. He casually moved away from register, completly unbothered by the failed efforts to buy stuff.The Laissez-Faire School of Customer Service & Leadership.Tell me about how its all Covids fault again, Best Buy.

I found an open stock refrigerator I wanted for $1311 at this store. Three days later I brought my husband back so we could purchase it. They changed the price to $1788. I had a picture of the $1311 price tag on my phone. They would not honor the price. Talk about bait and switch! They would have lost my business and my loyalty. We planned to buy three other appliances that day as well. But with persistence, store management finally agreed to honor the price and made us happy customers.

Love this location, ordering through the app for curbside or pick-up inside is super easy, for curbside they’re very quick in getting the order ready and bringing it out upon check-in. Returns are easy, although they did move customer service to a single lane near the check out area. They expanded the area for Geek Squad. Store is typically clean, workers are friendly, sometimes it can be hard to find someone for a specific area to help, but most people are friendly and help when available. My only suggestion is to do research on products prior to going into the store, there isn’t always someone whose knowledgeable about products from certain areas. Appliance section personnel is fabulous.

I cant believe the level of horrible customer service weve experienced. Missed an 8 hour delivery window and cant anyone to answer the phone. Been hung up in 3 times thru the automated system. Waited for a call back for 2 hours. Worst customer service ever. Shame on you best buy.

This store has to have the worst staff and customer experience Ive seen in any best buy in the country. The staff is rude and they accept that the service and other staff members are very ignorant. Theyve miss tagged many appliances and raise the price to higher then refuse to match the same price.

Friend had a TV delivered to his home and the screen was cracked when he opened it up.so we brought it back to the store. The staff there was very nice and courtesy in helping my friend get another TV that was not damaged. The staff was so helpful and efficient. I would shop there for any of my entertainment equipment, movies etc!!! Keep up the great work with customer service!!!

We bought 2 chrome books for our kids to take their classes on line. Within a week one died and the other malfunctioned. We had to go back and return them, only being given a week to exchange. We ended up having to buy 2 windows laptops, one being open box. They took a few dollars off the open box and refused any further compensation. This was after speaking to staff/management that could care less that the kids were behind in their work, and, despite a family situation, had to run back to best buy or be stuck with two useless laptops. I hadnt shopped there in years due to other issues with their technology. Time hasnt changed their business practices. Needless to say our family and friends wont be back.

The store in Boca Raton was great customer service and the guy in the technology area assistance was wonderful. I had to do a return and I also checked out the headphones to see if they had what I needed. They had the Beats by Dre that I wanted to purchase and the guy in technology was very nice and I asked questions and he was able to assist. I will shop at that location again.

Went in with an old school GoPro Hero4. I had lost the charging cable. Chuck literally spent a solid 20 minutes with me looking in the computer, cellphone and car adapters departments. She even stopped and asked the advice of another coworker. After realizing they did not carry such an old cable she patiently pulled out HER phone and looked up possible places that would have it in stock. I told her this was the BEST customer service experience I had had anywhere in years. Thank you Best Buy for hiring individuals that go above and beyond. This was such a pleasant experience. 💕✨

Horrible customer service forgot my personal item and i drove 20 miles to this location and also spent $1500 on friday LOL and theres no possible way to reach a employee over at this location, like how ridiculous is this. i just want to make sure my item is still there or if it was stolen by a random customer i just dont want to drive 20 miles to check and its not there. the number on this location doesnt even reach them its like a costumer support line and they have no help either no way to contact location

I walked into the store knowing which TV I wanted and had just a few simple questions. Now I want this to be a good review so I won’t go into detail about the first employee that seemed to ignore me even after making eye contact several times. However, I was approached by a gentleman named “Luiz” who was more then helpful and knowledgeable. He answered my questions with ease and made me confident with my decision on which TV to get. Luiz even went as far as going to grab me a cart and helping me load everything into my truck. I work in customer service so it’s always nice to come across an amazing employee that goes above and beyond! Thank you Luiz!

This Best Buy has the nicest staff and they are knowledgeable about their product. I’m grateful that they showed me the product I wanted to see and offered other recommendations because after doing research I found a better item then what I was originally looking for. Their geek squad service protection program is very reasonable and gives me peace of mind to know I have a warranty better than the standard manufacture. I highly recommend getting it for any major expense like TVs or computers. The managers there were very accommodating during the curb side pick up and things ran as smooth as I expected.

Not many registers open led to slow moving lines on a Thursday afternoon. Came here for a screen protector and a camera lens protector for a Samsung Galaxy S21+. They were out of the camera lens protectors and the screen protector was much more expensive than others, but they offered an installation service, and also provided a replacement program too.

My favorite Best Buy in Florida! They almost always have what I need. The employees are always close by to assist in finding what you need! One young man helped me retrieve information & photos from my old phone that was broken & installed them on my new phone! He spent an hour helping me. I was so grateful for this young man! I also love their point system. When you join Best Buy club you get points for your purchases. I always Buy my Samsung Galaxy Unlocked phones from them. With the points I earn I usually have enough to get a free case or phone charger. Its a great program. This particular Best Buy gets my Top Rating for Customer Service & availability of products! This store is also so clean! A Big 👍s up from me!

Poor selection and one staff member spent a half hour discussing the countries that made the printers. Once she decided on epson they were out of stock.I went looking for help elsewhere but in this empty store employees were busy on their cells. I have up, went home and now I’m going to use my cell to shop for a printer.Would I ever go back to Best Buy….only if I needed something that I knew they had in stock and would ask for curbside delivery.They make shopping online a much easier task..and not necessarily shop with them. So sad, I see more vacant retail space coming.

BUYER BEWARE- Worst costumer service. Ordered and installed a brand new tv (even bought 5 year warranty) which turned out to be defective have been trying to get someone to come out to fix it through geek squad.. first time they called the wrong number so I missed the appointment second time they didn’t have the appointment even set up. Took off two days of work to have this issue resolved. Every time I call to talk to a supervisor they will ‘ call me back’ this has been going on for 10 days! BEWARE

I bought a 70 Samsung tv yesterday and had a really great experience. Alex really went above and beyond to deliver superior customer service. He addressed all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable about the products that I ask about. I was concerned about the tv box not fitting in my car so he actually grabbed a tape measure and walked with me to my car to make sure that the box would fit.

Near no service went in willing to spend 1000$ on a new lap top and i was in a hurry and the staff (who where not busy) just kept walking around or talking to other staff members. some where even on their phones while on the floor... waited for 30+ min and no one wanted to help. endid up just flat out leaving. terrible store i strongly advise against going there.

Purchase 2 TVs and a dishwasher they first charge the dishwasher on one chargeThen when I bought the tv 2 brackets and installation charged my card again for all 3 in other words I was charged twice for the same things. This store sells broken appliances and calls them open box items! We didnt even find out until they tried to deliver it and the delivery men told us that it was broken you have to potty and they couldnt even install it. If I could put zero Stars I would. I will never do anything through Best Buy again! I have a credit card through Best Buy that I will cancel ASAP we were also going to put in a home theater sound system and that will not happen anymore either! Do not buy anything from this store!

Sometimes they dont stock things youd expect. They will sell you an expensive tablet but they purposely dont have a case for it.They seem more interested in signing people up for specific things: Chromebooks, Surface or Apple....and they dont have nearly enough people manning the mobile setup.I understand money losers and profits, but Amazon is one stop shopping, never out of stock.So if Best Buy is going to stick only to what makes money, they should change their brand and be honest about it.Cause right now? Theyre just like that local store who always seemed to be out of everything.

This chain called Best Buy is the audlt toy store of the Holton kind... Very expensive products that dont seem like you got the best buy after all. Geek Squad was going to charge $300 to replace the keyboard on my laptop. Not sure if it was so expensive because I had my mom bring it in and you take advantage of women. Or you simply rob people. I went ahead and did it myself. The keyboard was $18, free shipping. It required zero disassembly. It was a 3 minute repair. Thanks for nothing.

They have staff at the front door greeting you to help with the shopping experience. Initially it feels like they dont want you shopping in person because they ask if you are buying or browsing but they are doing their part to diffuse large crowds and provide customer support while keeping their staff and customers safe.

I had dictation capabilities added to my laptop. Apparently there was some type of a problem. I was notified the laptop was ready, stuff had been added to the laptopBut not the dictation enhancement which I had asked for. 1 geek seriously suggested that I learn to type. Then his manager showed up and she talk things over with others behind the counter. I was assured . it would be corrected. I was Notified it was ready. Again it did not dictate once I got there. I would not sign off until I saw it works properly. A couple of ladies took my laptop into the back room for a long time. They brought the laptop and demonstrated how nicely it dictates . Im thinking the ladies made a special effort for me and the store.

Ordered an item online for a sale price and they delayed shipping and then cancelled order. Online the item shows “ in stock” and for a much higher price. I also called them and was told that item is in warehouse. How convenient to save items for higher price. I will never shop there again.

The Boca Raton store is great and so is the manager, he delivered and installed the 3rd TV, the problem is with Best Buy corporate customer service, they replaced the original damaged TV purchased from another store, when the Geek Squad brought the replacement TV it was broken also and the Geek Squad took both TVs back to the store, gave me paperwork he picked up both TVs, Best Buy refuses to refund my credit card because they said the TVs were never returned,I keep telling them I have a receipt from their Geek Squad driver that he picked up both TVs, Best Buy said they dont care and they not going to issue a refund because the TVs not returned, its note the managers fault at the Boca Raton store, the driver returned the TVs to the original store that sent the two damaged TVS (Margate Store), I will never buy from Best Buy again their corporate customer service is horrible, now I paid for 3 TVs at $1300 each and only have the good one from the Boca Store and the two from the Margate stores are with Best Buy somewhere and I going to have to sue Best Buy to get my $2600 back,again its Best buy corporate customer service thats the problem not the Boca Store they tried to fix it for me, Best Buy corporate lies to the store and gives the store the run around also. BEST BUY CORPORATE SUCKS

Online pick was very inefficient, why offer the service and send an email stating the order is ready when you need to sit and wait for the product to be pulled from inventory? After waiting they brought a box that was damaged. Gentleman said “sometimes boxes come in with small dents” I would shop elsewhere if possible.
