My 2013 Dyson upright model DC41 lost its suction and the company referred me to VAC MD as an authorized repair provider. I cant say enough good things about Kim and Bart. They both had great customer focused manners. I dropped off the vac and an hour later received a text notice for my estimate. Very reasonable price!!! and repair done by the end of the day. I just picked it up and Bart was nicely straightforward, answering all my vac questions. Overall great experience and I will definitely visit this location again when I need a new vac or repairs. Highly recommend!

Very quick at repairing vacuums. Have a lot of options of looking to buy vacuums. Also have these really cool scent oils and lamp and have one on display which was pretty cool and we may consider going back to buy more. Also have the sweetest and cutest dog in the store too which made the experience so much more enjoyable.

VAC MD is absolutely the greatest! When the steam nozzle on my Oreck steamer mop broke they found me a used replacement nozzle. This was miraculous because the mop and spares are no longer available. When you located the nozzle in within their network they sent it to us for free! Customer service above and beyond! Ill definitely be back to your store. Thank you!

I needed a part for a Miele sweeper that was almost impossible to find.. Called Vac MD and they called the manufacturer to insure the part they had in stock was correct for my Miele sweeper. I went out to the store when they confirmed it was the correct part, and they installed it when I arrived. Wonderful friendly staff and great service. Recommend them unconditionally!!!

Easy to breathe and very effective for COVID-19.There is a nice welcoming smell as you walk into the store...they also sell fragrances for homes. I was getting ready to placed my order for a name brand hand-held cordless vacuum with Kim at Vac MD! She recommended another well recognized brand of a hand-held vacuum that had more suction power and sure enough it absolutely did! The vacuum is the ReadiVac Storm Rh2000! First use of cleaning cat hair off our sofa and comforter on our bed was very impressive! Kim is super knowledgeable,professional and extremely focused on providing a customer with the vacuum that successfully meets your needs and delivers great performance! I needed a battery for a Dyson DC 44 AnimalThe aftermarket battery was 1/4 the price but the genuine part is a patent protected item. They pointed out that customers who purchased the aftermarket item have had problems with their unit. I immediately understood and purchased the genuine item. Explained and understood !

Hi I was happy problem with my oreck steamer and I call and leave a message because the store did not open at the time when I place the call and I did got a call from kim shes amazing and very helpful in helping me fixed my steamer on the phone so thanks again kim for all your help.

I took my Oreck vacuum in for a tune-up and a cord replacement. I expected to wait several days for completion, but to my surprise I got a text the next day advising it was ready to go. The pick up was a smooth and pleasant transaction. I’ve used this merchant before and I will use them again, you should too.

I first visited Vac MD with my Oreck vacuum which was not working. Vac Md fixed it while I waited!! While there I noticed a rebuilt vacuum for sale like the one I have. They gave me a very good price and I bought it and took it home. That was over a year ago and they are both working fine! One on one end of the house and one on the other end. When later, my Hoover rug cleaner was broken I contacted them and they said they were a repair station for Hoover products. They took it in, ordered the parts and within a few days called me that it was ready. When I got it home it was leaking water. I called and they were cheerful about it, and I took it back. They called later and said they had overlooked something and they had fixed the problem. The owner of the store DELIVERED THE SCRUBBER TO MY HOME !!!! It is working just fine and I am very pleased with this company.
