Awesome. Nice restroom. Good customer service. I like here .
I had a problem with pump 13 which has been giving people issues and lost my 60 cents off per gallon. I told Carol at the desk that my pump was stating “replace Mosel” and she blamed me and was condescending asking if I pressed the button to select the gas grade and told me there was nothing she could do. I told her I pressed cancel and nothing happened and she said that she couldn’t do anything her register read busy. And I told her that there was nothing for me to do at the pump. She then called the manager Lori who was nice but never apologized for the inconvenience. I went to buy a Diet Coke inside and they said I couldn’t even use my card until the pump reset. Nobody apologized that I had to wait to buy a Diet Coke and that I was unable to pump gas.
Great people and great service!
My son has been getting gas here for years. Two weeks ago he was driving my car and it got a flat so he pulled in and asked if they could fix it. A guy asked him “How much you got?” and my son replied he only had $20. The guy asked for it but then the other worker there said “He’s just joking with you.” So they “fixed” my tire, disposing of my tire sensor and putting a new stem in. Today my son was getting gas and the guy came out and bear hugged him and grabbed the cash out of my son’s hand- cash that was going to be for gas because we still thought the “fix” was a favor. My son ended up calling the police and witnesses stayed to attest what happened. Since when is it EVER okay to put your hands on someone, much less take their money out of their hands, ESPECIALLY when they are a customer that has been coming to you for years?!? NOT OKAY. Then they told police that my son took off and didn’t pay when they “fixed” the tire. If he really thought the guy was serious and that he owed and “took off”, why would he come back to buy gas again two weeks later? And for all that guy knew, maybe my son was bringing the cash in to pay if he really thought we owed. Not okay to BULLY anyone, much less your customers. Incidentally, the “fixed” tire was flat the next day and since they threw my sensor away I had to pay $65 for a new sensor plus buy a new tire. Do not go here.
Picked up a screw at a gas station. He was able to patch it up quickly and inexpensive. Also didn’t take advantage of a woman and her 3 kids! I highly reccomend them!
They aren’t taking the COVID-19 reactions very seriously. They also didn’t greet me and continued to have their conversations on their cell phone.
They did not do a very good job of fixing my car when I had it brought in after it broke down. I asked them to fix the ignition on the car/fix whatever was causing the car to not start, but did a poor job at repairing it. They did fix the lights on my car, and while I appreciated it, it was not the main issue with the vehicle. After receiving the vehicle after service, it broke down again a couple days later, with the same exact issue as when I had it brought in. I feel like I had paid nearly $150 for services I didnt ask for, and left me without the main problem fixed. Not the best place for a repair unfortunately.
I am a first time customer, and had my car towed to Blue Ash Shell on 9/19. I thought the transmission went out. Rob called me the same day, telling me it was just a driver side axle, that the car was fixed, and ready for pickup. The service and honesty at Blue Ash Shell is outstanding and I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here. They even fixed my broken taillight without me asking, and took the car through the car wash.
Our company has had our vehicles serviced here for many years, and this is also where we fill our tanks. This full service station and convenience store is well-run, and their vehicle service work is consistently effective. We have found them to be honest and reliable.
Ive been taking my cars to Robs shop for years, ever since my boss Scott recommended them. The prices are always fair and the job is done right in a timely manner. Today Ryan rescued my husband and I when we were trying to get my flat tire off at the air pump. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of, though the shop was closed, just because he saw we needed the help! This is the reason why I recommend your shop to everyone I know. Thanks guys!
Two employees, no masks. Unsafe store to patronage.
Ultra clean well kept station and store. Very fair prices on convenience items plus a hugh selection in the self serve frozen yogurt section. This is a full service station with repairs and a car wash. Family run for many years with owner on site. Nothing but a great experience each time I am there.
Employees don’t wear masks. They don’t require patrons to wear masks. Shame on you!
Rob and his team have been taking care of my Father’s cars for a long time and mine since ‘09. They do great work and have treated me very well. Rob retains highly skilled mechanics and I trust his judgement/work.
Very friendly staff, I work not too far away and frequent them on break, always get greated with a smile and conversation
Amazing service with fair prices. Not many honest mechanics left. Thanks for the last 20 years of maintenance!
Ive been taking my car here for at least 10 years. Honest work, fair pricing and always at my convenience. The store is always kept very clean too.
That little old lady at the register is very rude and lacking pretty much the basic skills to function in a customer servicing field. I pre-paid $45 to fill my tank up and didnt get my receipt. So when I went back to get it she insisted that I only pre-paid for $20 of gas and was forcing me to take the pre-paid reciept for that amount, which I refused. She never acknowledged me paying $45. Her 1st excuse was the I didnt pump the gas at all. So, I went back outside in the rain to take a picture of the pump showing that I pumped $45 of gas. Her 2nd excuse was the $45 was pumped by the person prior to me. I then had to go into my checking account app on my phone to prove that I paid for $45 in gas! And she was still combative! She then made a phone call to someone and went about her business as if I wasnt standing there. A short while later two ppl show up show up asking questions. Thank you Josh for being able to provide me with my receipt of payment. However, I will NEVER EVER patron this store again.
Rob, Wolfie, and Chuck are like a breath of fresh air....gentlemen with integrity....who get the job done with a smile. They dont come any better!
I went to fill up my gas tank one night. I went inside to pay and noticed the large selection of frozen yogurt for sale. I went over and tried many samples since there were small sample cups for doing so. I was then yelled at in a very rude tone by a man named TOM who must work the night shift and looked like he has been living under a rock for 20 years. He kicked me out cussing out me and told me to never come back because I was messing up the yogurt, then threatened to call the police.Beware he told me he works 80 hours a week so you will most likely see him on your next visit.
Best mechanic shop in the area
For over 25 years Rob and Chuck have taken care of my cars and with concern for my time and finances.
No overnight parking
