I utilized the new Skip the Shop service yesterday for my Oil change and Alignment. I received AWESOME service. The associate who came to my home was friendly and picked up my car at noon, and returned it at 4:45 as promised.....for no extra charge!!! I would recommend this service to EVERYONE!

Excellent service, all the way from the sales center manager Sergio who always helps set up my appointments to the gentlemen that work in the shop and the manager Eric for getting everything taken care of for me. Lastly a huge appreciation for the valet team for picking up and dropping my Jeep back off, wonderful program!

I have a busy schedule, and what I liked about this concept is that I didnt have to go to the store and wait for my car to be serviced. They took my car to the shop, changed my oil and rotated the tires, then returned my car to me. I didnt have to worry about it, or take time from my workday or even after work to get my car worked on. The process was easy, and I highly recommend it to others. I will definitely be using this service again.

Clay helped me out a ton! I work in Blue Ash, and live 30 minutes away so I have a hard time getting regular maintenance done on my car since I will typically need my car back the same day, and also to get to and from the shop. Their customer service was awesome! Just needed the address to pick up my car, they called when they were on their way and took it back to get the oil changed. They called me within 4 hours to update me and get the payment. And I had my car back shortly after that. Their service was extremely helpful and Ill definitely continue to use their services!
