First time using Professional Auto Care and couldn’t be more impressed! Had a difficult coolant leak and they continued to work on it until it was 100% fixed. They are trustworthy/honest and do not overcharge, which is a rarity in the auto maintenance industry. Mark, the owner, is great to work with and provides “world class” service. July 2020. Dropped off vehicle for a radiator coolant flush. Service completed promptly within 2 hours.July 2021 update. Had an issue where I could not get the oil filter off on my vehicle. Had the car towed and they had it corrected within 2 hours.

Best mechanics Ive ever encountered. Theyre honest and look out for their customers. I stopped going there for a short while because of job changes and moving and Ill never make that mistake again. Ive never had any issues there and if anything, theyre fixing problems other mechanics make. Its hard to find a good mechanic, so if youre nearby, go to this one.

I got on the highway this morning to hear my car making noises, my plastic engine undercover was loose. Searched and found this shop with good reviews, stopped in and they fixed it first thing. Back on the road and on to work. Very nice.

The employees are friendly and straightforward. Their price for labor on the work I had done was excellent compared to quotes I gathered from other places. They let me stash my childrens carseats in their waiting area while I walked down to the library to wait on my ride home after dropping my vehicle off for repair. They came recommended to me by the place where I purchased the parts for my vehicle. They ended up having to charge me a little more than the over the phone amount I was given, but not by too much and I was still saving a lot of money compared to other shops I called.
