The best experience by far. Gerber is the third body repair shop with which I have worked, they were the most professional, most friendly, most helpful, and most timely of the three. I highly recommend Gerber, I will use them exclusively in the future and recommend them to anyone who requires auto body repairs. Seamless scheduling, excellent coordination with Enterprise for a rental car, completed the work exactly when promised, the repairs were beautiful, and they detailed the inside of the car so thoroughly that it looks as good as new.

Ive spent many thousands of dollars at Gerber, over many years. They have some good people working for them sometimes, but they charge the absolute maximum, for absolutely everything, and the quality has not met that same standard (in my personal experience).

I recommend AGAINST using this body shop. There is a reason they are a preferred shop of multiple major insurance companies - they are not primarily interested in restoring your car to pre-accident condition! After I was rear-ended, I noticed rattling/vibration and reported to this shop. They told me to take it to a mechanic. I later found up from Allstate that policy was that the body shop sublet to a mechanic if they couldnt figure it out. Because I had to handle, mechanics had difficulty assessing the mechanical damage as they never saw the body damage nor interfaced with the body shop. One, in fact, didnt understand why I wasnt working the issue through a body shop! The only good thing about this multiple month debacle was the mechanic found additional body damage to the muffler. My muffler is only visible when one bends down and looks underneath the car or when someone has the entire bumper and plastic underneath off the car for replacement. So, this body shop either didnt address the damage to the muffler out of incompetence or lack of ethical compass. To make matters worse, while I was dissecting the mechanical problems I had conversations with Allstate who said noise or vibration could be indicative of a suspension problem but they were certain and assumed that Gerber looked at that. When I called Gerber to ask if they did, they said absolute not - Allstate prohibits them! Net, if you want a quick job or one to minimize the financial impact when only visible damage is addressed, go here; however, if you want your car restored to pre-accident condition without a major hassle, avoid at all costs.

Was very happy with the service and work done by Gerber. Received work from Gerber for a fender bender we got into. Gerber was very quick on doing the estimate. Gerber has a relationship with Enterprise which allows for Enterprise to have cars left at Gerber so the consumer doesnt have to drive back and forth swapping cars at multiple locations.In addition, they got the work done very fast and cleaned the inside and outside of the car!!!I will be back. This place is a hidden gem.Thank you so much!

I had to get some auto body work done and unfortunately, it was worse than I thought it was. But Ryan was thorough on the estimate, how long the repairs would take, the extent of the repairs and what surprises might come up in the repair and bill. I felt reassured about the process, especially when they emailed and called me every now and then during repairs to keep me updated. My car looks great now and runs just like it did before. My family used them years ago when they were carstar and thats what convinced me to go here when insurance suggested it. Ill gladly go there again after another positive experience!

Good body shop for a chain store. Very good at blending/matching paint. However the appraiser is very opinionated and decided mirror damage wasnt apart of the fender damage. I thought it was, rt front fender, passages door mirror. I got stuck with that damage.

They did an OK job after taking it back. They dont seem to check their work. After 3 or 4 weeks in the shop I picked it up. Screws were missing, the mirror lights werent hooked up, the window washer fluid bottle leaked empty, and the electronics in the passenger door were not reconnected. After taking it back, at great inconvenience, a week later those things were fixed. I had to continuously follow up with them, they are terrible at communicating. After getting it back I noticed the alignment was still off. I didnt want to go back a third time right then. Now, following up, they never did an alignment in the first place. Which was something I was very clear on and documented. So, Im paying to have it done elsewhere. They could be great if they communicated and checked their own work. No excuse for this kind of service. I wont go back. I would have gone to Orrs, but they told me 2 weeks before they could start, then a week to get it back. Gerber said they could do it right away. They BSed me into getting my money.

Gerber (and Amber as my focal) was great to work with! The estimate was very quick and aligned to what my insurance provider put together. Scheduling was easy and they allowed me the flexibility of leaving my car there over the Thanksgiving holiday while I was out of town. They personally drove my car back to my house the day I was arriving from the airport so I didnt need to make an extra trip to their office location. The work itself was flawless from what I could tell. And we even had a bit of a problem with how my bumper was re-connected...during the process the connections to the sensors were accidentally not connected properly. When I took my car in for annual service through the dealer, Gerber quickly reimbursed me for the out of pocket costs due to their mistake. Overall, a really great experience and Amber was there to help me every step of the way.

Great service! They send you text updates to let you know how the process is going. I had a rental car that my insurance made reservations for, and all I had to do was leave it at Gerber and they contacted the rental company to come get the car. Best part, my car was finished and ready for me to pick up a week earlier than estimated.

Was told to come pick up my car because it was ready, I come back and there’s scratches on the brand new bumper that was supposed to be freshly painted. Then I noticed a ding on my door with touch up paint on it, the worker stated they don’t even use touch up paint but it definitely wasn’t there when I brought it in. So they kept it and I waited over the weekend until Monday when they said it would be ready. Didn’t get a call until Wednesday, go to pick up my car for a second time. This time my bumper is not at all paint matched with the rest of my car, my grill is not paint matched either. My interior now has been scratched up with a deep white scratch on black plastic. Place is a joke. Supposed to be a professional shop and each time it’s been a very poor job and obviously rushed.

I came to this shop via insurance for a cracked bumper. The place was clean, the folks here were quite polite - but the repair was some shabby filler job that didnt match the original shape of the bumper - also took one day longer than estimated, which happens.Anyway, I get the call, go pick up the car, and I pointed out the unsatisfactory work. They politely and professionally said, yep youre right its not what it should be, please leave the car, well make it right. So a week goes by, no call.Finally, I call them and - oh yes, what do you know, the car is ready... I arrive and see the same or a similarly filler job that again/still does not match original shape of the bumper.Again, they say so sorry, its not what it should be, well make it right... well folks, why dont you look at your own work, and when you cant repair something with cheap method - step up and replace a part you cant fix.Ive had it. Now, I have to go deal with insurance again, the joy, and find another shop. Needless to say, this experience did not go well for me.

Gerber Collision (specifically Len) provided excellent service and was very easy to work with. Gerber provided timely communication throughout the entire process and answered all questions I had.

They did auto body repair after someone ran into our car. Looked as good as new after they were done.

My car is here for repairs right now. My door has minor damage and window stopped working. Got a call from Rick updating me on my window - Rick says wiring is corroded and will cost me to fix. I ask why its not covered with door repair? He tells me because wiring is corroded and it could have stopped working anytime. I say it only stopped working after the damage to the door, so it is related to door damage.I feel like Im getting the business - they want to tell me the window is not covered and charge me extra (above my deductible). Evidence: they havent even submitted the window as part of my claim yet! And they are already asking for additional $$.

Took my 2014 Ram to them in March of 18. Got it back in May of 18. Since then nothing but problems with the vehicle.

I have done business before with them in the past and I felt like they did a good job on my car this time around I was in a collision different vehicle I took my car there and have been waiting for almost a week to hear back from them regarding my estimate I have called and still have not been able to talk to the rep who was supposed to be helping me I will go else where and will not recommend this place to anyone very disappointed

Wouldnt take a aluminum can in too get fixed ..real pos management ..slow and they dont do nothing but take insurance money .pray your vehicle gets totaled out..
