I feel this store deserves a full 5 stars. One of the reasons for that would be because of Katie. She has been a tremendous help and making it such an easy process to sign up with AT&T. She has been going above and beyond to make sure I am getting the best services offered. She has been taken the time to go the extra mile in helping me with any questions or roadblocks that have come up. I did not once feel pressured to make any purchases. Everything was explained so well and I didn’t feel like there was any hidden information. I appreciate this store and Katie for making it a great experience.

My mother had the most difficult time discontinuing her service at this location. A month ago, she sought help in replacing her iPhone. At that time they would not accept a personal check, so no new iPhone was purchased. She proceeded to get a prepaid phone and tried to discontinue her account at this store. During the time she was being “assisted”, an associate changed her passcode and did not share the passcode with her. Now, almost two months later she is still being charged for services, which she cannot discontinue without the passcode-the one she is unaware of. She went to this store to request help and was told they couldn’t assist her, she needed to call the help line. When she called the help line, she was told she had to go in person to a store to reset the passcode.Communication, expertise, and professionalism at this store are all lacking in this situation and I do hope other clients have not had this same issues.My mother, yet again, has to visit a store to reset the password before someone from the helpline can assist her in discontinuation of services. She will be visiting another location due to the previous experiences at this store.

Went to the store about a couple weeks ago to change my phone plan around and move lines from one account to another. Brian helped us both times we were there. Brian was absolutely helpful and knowledgeable! Brian deserves the 5 stars for this review. Sad to hear that the store will be closing. The helpfulness and graciousness we received from Brian will never compare to the service we are soon about to receive over the phone. We are definitely going to miss the store!

Just bought a new phone at the AT&T store in Buckhorn. The entire staff was wonderful especially Brian Smith, John the manager and Brandon. Extremely helpful and patient and would highly recommend them for any of your phone needs

I felt it was no different than Verizon, it is a cellphone company. Service was good and polite. I feel they are both like cable companies I get good deal for now but they after so many years. I have to watch the bill this time

Shout out to Brandon for all the help the last couple days while we transition services. He was awesome and so helpful. John and Ryan were a huge help too! Definitely reccomend this store. You guys rock! 🎸

Needed Direct Tv customer service. Service was excellent.

Went inside and got zero help from every worker, so then I called back hoping to get a better employee to answer my question about exchanging phones, they laughed and tried selling me a charger. Just wanted to thank those guys for being my determining factor to switch back to Verizon! :))

Store Rep, claimed issue was an Apple problem and gave a malicious support number of a friend, where the person on the other end attempted to steal credit, bank information, and take control of my PC. DO NOT trust anyone at this store.

Had trouble with connecting. They fixed it in about 10 minutes. Didnt try to talk me into buying something else. Great

Absolutely the WORSE store. Do not call them for help. They hang up on you and offer ZERO assistance to help solve your problem. They could care less if you are upset and do not eleven try to offer any support.

Went to this location with my son today who is an existing At&t customer. Unfortunately, he had dropped his phone and still owes a substantial amount on it. He decided to get a very basic phone to get him through until he pays off the broken one. We started out mistaken as the one he picked said 65$ish and the smaller print upscalled it to 120$ish. We accepted that and while my son and the associate carried on I decided to Amazon search the same phone...59$ 1 day delivery! Same exact model! I asked if they price matched...the associate responded, No. I said, well you didnt open the new phone yet so no problem...to that he responded, I already rang the phone out. I said, no problem just refund the transaction. To this he responded, there is a 55$ restocking fee!!! (To what scan a bar code and carry the phone back to the shelf). So naturally at this point my son bit the bullet and carried on...what a joke. I realize 55$ might not seem like a lot of money, but to a young person just starting out it is. Way to treat your customers. Do this math at&t now he is going to straight talk and you can kiss his 120$/mo goodbye.

Very poor service. Went in to get a new sim card and activate a new device. Since I can not wear a mask due to a medical condition they told me I have to do my business outside in 90 degree heat.

Nice looking store, clean. Staff was a little cocky in the beginning. In the end they could not do what needed to be done on my account. Overall a decent store.

They were great!! My phone went nuts and was talking in several voices at once and I could not switch from one screen to the other. It took them about ten minutes, and the phone was back to normal.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Easy to make appointment and always on time although appointment is not needed.

Customer service was horrible. Employees seemed too preoccupied with their own phones to assist customers. They didnt seem very knowledgeable about their products and services. Definitely go elsewhere.

Horrible! Went on a waiting list for service. Staff kept playing around joking with each other. Waited 40 minutes and left and went to MetroPCS, much better and cheaper.
