Everyone here was a pleasure to deal with! Especially Justin, he kept in touch with me over a week and listened to my struggles of trying to get a new phone. These folks are a prime example of why we need to stop mindlessly ordering products online, and get into the store and buy from trained professionals! THE STAFF ARE ON POINT!!!!!! I showed up at 4:55 on a Sunday in desperate need of a phone. The staff were helping 2 customers and I was 1 of 4 customers waiting. These guys stayed open until 6:30 when the last customer left and they close at 5. They kept there doors open the whole time so if anybody walked in they would have helped them too. ABOVE AND BEYOND STAFF, WILL DO AS MUCH AS THEY CAN FOR YOU!!!! THANK YOU!!! Appreciate you Jordan!!!!

The experience that I witnessed at this location was by far the most rewarding thing ever. Justin was so down to earth, personable, and intelligent on everything there is to know. Not only did he greet me when I walked in he proceeded to ask how my day was. To be honest it wasn’t that greatest till I met Justin and his amazing team. This is a store that makes Verizon worth every penny nickel and dime. I fully recommend it and hope this gets back to every current and future custumers.God bless.

Went to the Verizon store located in the Walmart plaza in Buckhorn to trade in my phone for a new one using the current 5g promo. Was told my trade would only be 200 without much of an explanation and no effort to find me something else in my price range.Called the Verizon Authorized Retailer on Columbia Blvd in Bloomsburg. Justin returned my call. Explained the promo, plans, what phones were in stock and my options. Great service that made me decide to travel the 45 minutes back up. To top it off they were closing at 6 and it was 525. I explained I wouldnt be able to get in till next week because of my work hours. JUSTIN SAID DONT WORRY ABOUT THE TIME AND JUST COME RIGHT IN AND HE WOULD STAY LATE TO HELP ME. Justin reviewed everything with me and then got the new phone set up. It was an hour past closing time when we finished. Who does that now adays? Exceptional and highly competent customer service! THANK YOU JUSTIN

I highly recommend this location for all things Verizon! They are always extremely helpful, professional, and friendly! They always have the newest phones in stock and a wide variety of cases. Also, the store is very well maintained and organized, so you can tell they take pride in what they do! Will be back, for sure!

This is the only Verizon retailer Ill ever go to. Frank was helpful beyond all expectations. I went in to the store to add two lines to my plan and after Frank optimized my plan I left with the two new lines, new iPhones AND PAID LESS PER MONTH THAN I DID BEFORE!! Cant recommend them enough, they will take great care of you. ALSO, in regards to one of the negative reviews on here- my grandfather (disabled vet) went in to the store right at opening to pick up a phone case hed preordered. Sunnee was awesome and offered to ring his simple transaction up before doing a more complicated transaction for another customer. That other customer became very agitated and was rude to my grandfather and when that happened she threw the rude guy out of the store. THEY TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS HERE!!!!

Sunnee was phenomenal. I was having phone issues and she was able to work some magic and get a great promotion for me to get into a new phone. I will never go anywhere else.

Owner is very disrepectful. Takes care of only the customers she wants to take care of and if you talk to her about it she throws you out of her store. I drove an extra 30 min to come to this store. I would give her a no star rating if i could have.

Helped fix my phone.

Mike Noll was extremely helpful. He was very hands on in explaining the process of transferring my phone over. He was very patient, answered all of my questions. He helped us find a great deal on my new iPhone 8 Plus which I LOVE . I will be coming back here as long as he’s there, for all of my phones !!

I drove 40 minutes to get here. The owner took care of another customer first who came in after I did. When I confronted her about it she started to be rude to me so I just left. I will never go to this store again. I was planning on buying a high dollar phone.

Went here to find a screen cover for my Google Pixel 2 XL. The minute I stepped out of the car, one of the workers opened the door for me to greet me which was very pleasant and welcoming. The workers were very friendly and helped out a bunch. They got my screen cover from then back and rang me up with no problem. Also had good conversation with a couple of the workers, even stayed for a while after my purchase to continue talking. When I left, they had someone hold the door for me again and wish me a good day. Definitely recommend this Verizon.

The new management is awesome! I won’t shop anywhere else for a phone! Sunnee is hands down the most knowledgeable and customer oriented manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.

Great customer service and very professional! Kristin was very helpful in setting up the new phone and transferring the data over. We never felt rushed and she took time to tailor the transaction to our need. Highly commended and definitely would come back as necessary.

My mom, who lives in Sunbury, needed a new phone. With the pandemic, I had to check and see what stores were open & what those hours were. When I called here, Sunnee answered and was very pleasant, assuring me she could help my mom out. Fast forward a few hours and were in the store, where Sunnee is thoroughly explaining everything to my mom. She picked a phone for her that was very similar to the one shes replacing to save confusion. She also provided a few cases for Mom to pick from and helped set up a new tablet, too. This was in between answering the door to explain that there could only be one customer in the store at a time and answering the phone (one call was a customer who was a borderline jerk - I wanted to take the phone from her and tell him off). Sunnee was amazing and super helpful. I normally do my business at the Buckhorn store, but I think todays interaction was enough for me to start doing business here instead. Thank you for a great stop, Sunnee!!

Ive always avoided going to Verizon in Buckhorn because of the long wait for tech help. The Rt 11 location is SO much better! The staff is knowledgeable, patient, and is there for their consumers. Kristin was amazing! She guided us through the whole process and answered all of our questions. This is my new location for Verizon! Thanks Kristin!

I have just upgraded my cell phone and had a great experience at the Route 11 - Verizon store. I worked with Alex. He was quite efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this store and will use it for my future needs. Oh yes and by the way, there were no lines!

My wife and i were in a few months about ago and had the pleasure of working with Kristen. Must say she made the experience very pleasant and easy! Kristen is very knowledgeable, very eager to help, and has a great personality that’s very upbeat and welcoming. Besides Kristen the location is great, there was NO waiting (unlike Buckhorn Verizon) and was very clean and organized. Will most definitely return!

Dont go to Buckhorn! This Route 11 location offers a much better overall experience! The modern, clean store was much less crowded and we were greeted by Jesse and Alex as soon as we entered. They both continued to provide wonderful, personal service even though my Fiance and I spent over an hour in the store being indecisive on a Friday night. We did leave with new phones, but not before the guys helped install screen protectors and put on cases. A huge step up for Verizon in Bloomsburg and surrounding areas.

These people were great. all the service without the long lines. this is where ill be purchasing all my future phones and accessories.

Well the IPhone X just came out and as always I needed to have it. And when that happens I always go to see Kristin Naugle at Verizon TCC on route 11 she always makes thinks so painless and easy!

The lady working here was very unfriendly and unhelpful. She wouldnt even sit her personal cell phone down long enough to see what was going on with mine. Do yourself a favor and go to the Buckhorn location. While speaking with a few other customers, I found out that theyd had the same issues. The Buckhorn location is busy, but at least theyre willing to help.

Manager, Courtney was so incredibly helpful in assisting my family with trading in our phones. Actually made the process enjoyable.
