This was the best service Ive ever had the young girl Katelyn and a young man who just started only was there two days both of them were just amazing they went above and beyond to make it a great place to buy a phone and answer questions and they are still trying to help us with a payment that got charged, even though I got charged from the card holder extra that were disputing Katelyn has called to see how things are going and as offered all copies that show what happened just great if all employees were like them two it would make buying stuff a pleasure!!!!!! Thank u Katelyn at cricket and the young man!!!!!

Briar,Katie and I believe his name was Bryson were all so helpful! They made the entire visit memorable! Katie ran around like a 7year old so we could test the camera quality (I have a hyper 7 year old and camera speed is EVERYTHING) they were all soo friendly and helpful! Easiest trip to a phone store ever!they were very knowledgeable about all the phones and helped us pick the right phone for us and our kids! They have lifetime customers!
