The 5 stars isn’t for the store itself, that I would give 3/5 stars for. The 5 stars are specifically for Dallas. Every single time I contact the store or go In he is always ALWAYS willing to help me until every last problem or service is done. For example, last week I called and asked about the WiFi and I had a gentleman answer the phone, tell me they don’t have them, and hung up on me. Today, I called, Dallas answered the phone and ACTUALLY HELPED ME! Thanks to him I will have it in 3 days! Dallas, if you see this, thank you so much for all your help and your generosity! Thank you!!

Ive been coming to this location since they opened and customer service is always excellent! I got all of my questions answered and purchased the exact phone I went in there for.
Just like 3 people in the store counting me and the first person being helped took over an hour and so I ended up leaving and even while leaving the guy was still on the first person. The slowest service ever. Didnt even get a chance to be greeted.
They ran out of Tumbler Cups the 1sr day of the promo and never got anymore in, Very unprofessional

Just so every one knows you dont have to pay a servicing fee when you get your sim. They will charge you 20 dollars per sim. Call t mobile customer care and they should be able to waive it

Wow, Verizon just flat out sucks compared to T-Mobile. Ive havent had a single issue since I switched, and this store has been a real hub of relief for me. I even worked for Verizon, so I can tell you that customers are just wallets that talk too much in Verizons opinion. Verizon taught me to squeeze every penny out of customers, make them need things, even think they were obligated to have things, that were overpriced and unnecessary.Word to the Wise: T-Mobile is the right choice.

Absolutely wonderful and friendly service very helpful my first bill was totally fine and than the second bill came in it was 242 dollars no way I’m paying that much I was being charged for services that I never authorized and yes they did fix the issue and gave me a 20 dollar discount which I appreciate. My next issue was they said Netflix would be covered by them but my credit card was still being charged so I stopped in at this store explained my issue and they fixed whatever was wrong great lovely but while I was there a young man named trystin tells me he has a pair of AirPods available for under 10 dollars says it’s his last pair tells my 14 year old daughter that she will be able to use them and charge her phone at the same time great wonderful I knew nothing about these AirPods not knowing how expensive they are I bought them found out they are 159.00 dollars and they are adding 6.67 dollars more a month on my bill he never told me this was going to happen I found out after I got my second bill I told him I knew nothing about AirPods and he took full advantage of that fact by not telling me how much they are I contacted t-mobile and they said there is nothing they can do about it and all I can do is return them which puts me in a bad position bc my daughter loves them and I don’t want to take them away from her and I think he knew that of course I feel totally upset and totally taken advantage of I trusted him I know it sounds stupid but like I said I knew nothing about AirPods so didn’t know they cost that much he said all I had to pay was under 10 dollars not only that I am still getting a run around with my bill they are always changing the amount and it’s usually very high they are very friendly but deceitful they lie to you be very careful about what they tell you and do some research first I wish now I would have done some before purchasing those AirPods but I am a trustworthy person.
I went in there as a Verizon customer to get help with my phones problems because Verizon was extremely busy and they didnt want to acknowledge me; the T-mobile rep Tristin helped me right away and didnt even mind that I wasnt a t-mobile store, and the store was even busy and HE STILL HELPED ME! I ended up switching the same day. T-Mobile corporate; if you are reading this; NEVER LET GO of this wonderful man you have in your store!

Last month I convinced my husband that we should switch our cell phone company to T-Mobile from AT&T. BIG MISTAKE!!! We spent 14 ours in the store in a total of 4 days. 6 hours one day the next was 4 hours, 2 hours the next and 2 the last. Each day was an hour drive up and an hour back. I had to pay an extra $100 down due to a computer problem and to make a return the computer wouldnt allow it I had to come back the following day. When I was there on day 3 which was the computer problem day I was told by the manager Steve to call T-Mobile and ask for a courtesy credit. Yeah ok!!?? I called and they only offered $50 for over 14 hours of inconvenience time to save $30 a month. The store is blaming the company and the company is blaming the Store. I can tell you that the problems we had switching to T-Mobile wasnt the stores (if it was the computer system). They did what I think they could. Nothing about switching was easy. According to the store every problem we had was computer related. So to all the people I told to try T-Mobile, DONT, stay where you are!!!
Ive never had any issues with the service at the T-Mobile store. Staff were very friendly and issues that I had, were solved within a few minutes.

Visited at about 1:30pm on a Saturday and was the only customer. Staff helped me with a complex issue at no charge and eventually completely fixed the problem at no cost.
