Great ice cream! The staff is very helpful and do a great job of moving the line along. Their attitudes are unmatched and it is always a good experience with them. The ice cream is tasty and there is a good variety. I recommend having a scoop (or two!) anytime you are in the area.

Crazy busy, but the girls behind the counter still happily greeted everyone with a smile. They went above and beyond to make sure our ice cream (and cone!) Were gluten free. Great flavors too!

Scoops is one of the best ice cream shops around! They have amazing flavors (my favorite are the daily grind and peppermint bonbon). The inside of Scoops is so creative and everyone who works there is really nice. The portions are very generous and the ice cream is amazing!

They are closed during the winter months but this is by far one of the best ice cream shops around. The selection is amazing and the ice cream itself is even better. It is definitely worth a stop if you are in the area. There is a great mini-golf course right across the street and it makes for a great summer afternoon

Great ice cream! They have fruit smoothies made with yogurt (if you prefer something other than the ice cream). They also have non-dairy choices and plenty of options for how your ice cream is served (cone, malt, shake, bins to take home to your own freezer, etc).

The icecream here is very good. The prices arent too bad. And the staff is always friendly. But the store can be a bit crowded at times. Also, I have come in before when they werent carrying my favorite flavor (Cookies & Cream) which I normally can find everywhere. That was rather disappointing, but other than that. Very nice icecream shop.

Only open mid-April to mid-October. They added some Sebastian Joes flavors a few years ago. Prices are reasonable. Also offer hand packed for take home. Public restroom is across the hall.

Important note: Scoops is a seasonal ice cream shop that closes for the late fall and winter. (Mid-October through mid-March this year). Its a small shop and this doesnt seem to show up on their maps page or website.Its a great ice cream shop with the standard array of good ice cream treats that you would expect. Prices are pretty fair for the quality you get and the staff has always been polite.

Nice city shop with a fun interior. Tons of delicious flavors and even root beer floats with 1919 (the best kind). Prices are very hard to beat. Only downside is lack of seating inside the shop itself. Tables and benches located outside. Totally worth a trip!

Date of Visit: 09/21/2018 approx. 6:30PM - The ice cream was seriously awesome (delicious - tons of flavors - something for everyone), however, the store clerk needed a serious attitude adjustment and some proper customer service training. Might try this store again sometime and hope for a different clerk! Definitely not an ice cream place to frequent often - almost $10 for two single-scoop waffle cones.

Adorable place with DELICIOUS ice cream! A very friendly vibe and helpful employees. Honestly, one of the best ice cream sundaes Ive ever eaten. Usually when you order a sundae, most places put ice cream then toppings on top. Not SCOOPS! Layer of ice cream, then hot fudge and toppings, and repeat that 2 more times. A delightful eating experience for my taste buds, I didnt run out of fudge or toppings by the time I made it to the bottom! Every bite was equally delicious to the last drop. Im so in love with this place.

Weve been going for awhile. Just left today and the girl working went above and beyond by grabbing a flavor for my son from the back. Made his day! Such a cute little spot that we love to visit often. Wish they were open year round.

Tasty ice cream after a long jog. The dark chocolate and cherry ice cream was delicious and my son wanted to finish his sisters smooth vanilla ice cream. Well be going back. Very busy on school nights i.e. after games and such. But worth it.

An ice cream store run almost entirely by local students, its a unique and well-worth it stop on any drive. The interior decor ranges from vintage and retro jukeboxes and chairs to a giant Alvin and the chipmunk standee. Always stocked with over twenty delicious flavors that rotate quite often, yet stay affordable for everyone. Overall a staple of Bloomingtons student culture, as well as a must-stop by for any visitors to the city.

When I visited scoops there was no line or wait time. There was an employee ready to serve me when I walked in the door and waited patiently for me to choose my flavor. Great prices for the amount of ice cream you will receive.

So many awesome flavors. Not the place to go if youre looking for something plain like vanilla or chocolate but a cool ice cream shop with more than just ice cream. I cant help but get a slushie everytime I go. Everyone here has always been very friendly and patient. The only downside is if you do have a favorite (blue moon), they dont always have it as they cycle what they have on hand for variety. So you cant automatically expect them to have the sme flavor you ha last time, but this is also isnt really a bad thing as it forces you to try different flavors.

I dont know how this place stays in business. The service is very slow and very disorganized. I thought the portions were very small compared to other scream places in Minneapolis and Saint Paul. I also saw them take an ice cream cone back from a customer, scrape off top of half of it and put it back into the bucket. I dont think we need to go here again.
