Homemade ice cream, soft serve, quick garbage food choices. Delicious ice cream flavors. Decent outdoor seating. Always busy drive thru and often window order too, so prepare for a short wait. Excellent waffle cones as well.

The grilled chicken sandwich was mediocre. The chicken itself was very tender, almost melts in your mouth. But it had very little taste. It needs a little salt and pepper Thank goodness for the mayonnaise on it. That was plentiful which made the sandwich messy. Not a problem as it added to the experience. The sesame seed bun was fresh. The employees were friendly and efficient.

I’m from out of town but if I ever get to visit here again I will definitely want to come back! They have great homemade ice cream!!! We tried the pumpkin and cake batter and it was so good!

Stopped by after hiking at Mccormicks Creek and it was the perfect ending to an already incredible afternoon.Slushies, sherbet and fries made to order. Its definitely worth the stop anytime youre close by.

My favorite flavor is butter pecan, or maybe hot fudge, and.... well you know. The great thing is Jiffy Treet is the best place to find all those favorites! Fresh great tasting treats. Ive loved it since I was a child. Yay !

I realize they are short staffed and busy so Im giving them 3 stars for that. The girl in the drive up window opened the door and said. I dont know what you ordered. So I told her and she handed me what I ordered. But my chocolate covered strawberry was made with chocolate syrup not hard chocolate so I handed it back and told her it was made wrong. She said no its not. I reminded her its made with hard chocolate not syrup. She told me to move up and they would remake it. So I moved forward. She then came out and rudly asked me to move to a parking space. So I did. She then brought it out correctly and shoved it at me like I was a problem. I love Jiffy treat! Over the years Ive rarely had problems or mistakes made by them. Lately Ive had the chocolate covered cherry or strawberry made wrong a lot! Very frustrating. Today the girl made me feel like I was a bother to her.

Where do I start? Excellent little home made ice cream and burger and fries place.. the catcher? They also have vegan ice cream. My wife who is dairy allergic got to enjoy ice cream without coconut in it... which shes also allergic to. My strawberry cheesecake ice cream was super delicious too!!

When we are in the mood for a small-town, local treat, Jiffy Treat is perfect. We love the selection and the personal, neighborly vibe. The outdoor seating is fantastic to enjoy a cool treat after a dip in the pool, while the drive-through is great to stay warm in my car during the colder months. I’d selfishly tell you not to order the fried pickles because I want them all for myself...

This is a family owned young people working facility with the best customer service ever. They give the young people a chance to shine. And they do. I have never been disappointed in their service. Thank you for all you do for the community and especially the young people working there.

They only serve one flavor of non-dairy ice cream at a time. Todays was Oreo. Im allergic to wheat/gluten, too. So even though ice cream is not essential, I was a little disappointed and not positively impressed. If ones going to serve something hypoallegenic, why not just keep one flavor all the time thats safe for more? Just a thought.The salad seemed fairly fair, though.

Drive thru is a little dangerous and the speaker is hard to hear. Other than that everythings good.

Kenzie who was working the drive through window went the extra mile to make several single serve ice cream cups with lics for my daughters slumber party. They were very busy and appeared to be short staffed but she made sure everything was just right. I really appreciated it. I love jiffy Treet West and will continue to support it.

An Ellettsville Institution!! Great homemade Butter Pecan icecream. I scoop seemed more like 1 1/2 scoops because it filled my cup. The young high school kids who work at JIFFY Treat were friendly and efficient.

This place is a joke. I ordered food for my boyfriend and myself. He was nice enough to let me eat before I took care of his. He orders the shrimp basket and fries. The fries were cold and shrimp over cooked. All I asked for was my money back and I would bring back food. The girl got rude with me and and said well its been an hour. Yes the drive home and time for me to eat my food. Should hire people with customer service skills. I have worked in fast food for years and never treated a customer like this.

This is the original Jiffy Treet location that has been here for decades. The customer service is always great. The food is good. The ice cream is great! It is so nice to have an ice cream place that offers sugar-free options! My personal favorite is the Oreo Dream Delight. Whenever they have that, I order pints of it to take home and store for the times they dont have it. You can tell what a popular place this is by the constant lines in the drive-thru. They even added a second drive-thru lane to help with the volume. People dont care how long the lines are. Its worth the wait!

What a gem, located in the heart of Monroe County. They make all their ice cream from scratch. Ive eaten about a third of the flavors on the menu and havent had any that I dont like. They also have an extensive menu of food items on the menu, a lot of which I have tried. The fried pickles are excellent as is their homemade chili. The staff is very polite and friendly. There is seldom a wait to put in your order and everything is hot when it comes to you. The shakes are thicker than a blizzard from you know where. They have very neat and clean tables outside for convenience. They also have a drive through so you dont even have to get out of your car. K would recommend it to anyone passing through Ellettsville.

Great food but the deserts our the best

The wait was a bit excessive, but everything was ok.We had a soft taco each. The shell was over cooked so the outside edge was hard. The flavor was good .My wife had the carmel milk shake and was very happy.I had an Oreo/ Brownie Hot Fudge Sundae. It had a waffle cone cup with hard scoop ice cream a delicious brownie, oreo crumbles, and hot fudge. Overall it was delicious, minus the waffle cup.Hopefully with the next visit everything will be perfect.

Excellent place to carry-out or dine outside at one of the picnic tables. Clean and well sanitized. Very busy, but in saying so, our large order was perfect, the food was excellent, and the wait for our order was short. Highly recommend stopping in for a breaded tenderloin, and turtle sundae. Speaking of, the menu is vast. So many options for hot food, and ice cream. Definitely children friendly. The kids meals are definitely a lot food. Our granddaughters were very full. Thanks again Jiffy Treat! Cant wait to come back .

Great soft serve ice cream and loads of choices. Their food is pretty awesome as well. Their tenderloin is one of the best I have had in a state known for tenderloins.

They do more than just ice cream. I order a pork tenderloin sandwich and the tenderloin was hanging a good inch outside of the bun. Perfectly crunchy and hot. I also ordered some deep fried mushrooms. The batter on the mushrooms reminds me of hush puppies. It had a nice corn meal texture and good spices.

Food and ice cream was great. And serves was polite and friendly. They have cherry dipped cones.

The wait time is about 30 min in the drive through and when I got home my order was a wrong. At the speaker I had to repeat my order 4 times before they could get it. The new drive through lanes allow people to pull in way after you and cut in line.

The food is always prepared well, but the service was somewhat slow. Employees are wearing masks, but more than a few were wearing the wrong types, the ones with exhalation valves. Those let exhaled breath to bypass the filter which protects nobody from Covid.

It was very delicious. The footlong conny dog was as good as I remembered it was when I was teen and went there with my church friends back in the late 60s.

This place is always awesome until tonight...I ordered 2 cyclones and all the nerds and cookie dough was on the top and there was enought for 6 cyclones in them. I hate complaining but tonight it wasnt good!

Of course the ice cream and shakes are great! But, the food is delicious too. Their french fries are some of the best around. Every employee Ive seen has been very friendly. The only complaint I could ever give this place, their water has an odd taste 😞
