Says it’s open and when you show up of course it’s closed. Time wasted I’ll never get back. And they wonder why people just ordering online.
Don’t waste your time with this location as customer service is non existent. Tried to return some items we ordered online and they had no clue what to do. Told me they could do anything with the order number or the prefer confirmation I received via email they need a specific number. The first lady to help me said sorry after about 20 min and told me I would need to wait for someone else. I suggested she should call the online number for the information she needed. I was told “you can call them it’s not my job” wow maybe you should not be in customer service.... when the manager finally came over I wasted another 45 min as she could help either finally I called customer service and they gave me the info and said they found it hard to believe the store couldn’t find the info by the order number. Do not buy a wedding ring from this Bloomington store. Management needs people skills class. Call customer service if you need any help by far pleasant to work with! Never again will I step foot in that store...
Husband and I get jewelry from here. If you need a link removed from a watch you bought here they charge $25 per link. Very nice Jewelry. Always always had good service except for one time the girl was rude.
Had a great experience working with Ryston and Ryland. They were very acknowledgable and informative. They made the shopping process a breeze . I look forward to working with them again in the future for my jewelry and watch needs.

The employees at Kays are among the most dishonest and incompetent I ever had the displeasure of interacting with. I have a horrible experience every time I visit the store; be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for service and the employees always seem to wait until youre checking out (after spending so much time in the store and getting details straight) before telling you that a discount or offer doesnt apply to your purchase. In particular, their rewards program is deceptive and not worth it in the end. Kays website says: Receive $100 in Instant Rewards for every $300 you spend online and in stores. I bought a ring for about $3500, so, according to their websites, that comes to about $1100 in rewards. Though, apparently you have to spend another $300 per your $100 in rewards. I definitely will not be going back. Overpriced and deceptive practices!
I was creating a custom piece with this Kays and they were far under my expectations. They made me wait 15+ minutes after my appointment and were not prepared at all. Their custom drawing was something I could have drawn up myself. I was very unpressed with what they offered me. I gave them me and my boyfriends budget and they over exceeded it by $1000 and lied to my boyfriend about what I wamted when they called him to set up financing, saying that I wanted things that I did not even mention with the consultation. Extremely dissapointed! We ended up doing business with Kays in Peoria. Peoria exceeded my expectations and I am very satisfied with the them. My advice to you is to take the time to go to Peoria and work with Ryan and Nate! The customer service alone with them will exceed your expectations!

So disappointed in the service I have received recently when my ring has needed to be repaired. When I have voiced my concerns and how bothered I am that I have been without my ring, I get absolutely nothing from all the associates working there.
Bought their lifetime battery replacement a couple of years ago and when I went to get the battery replaced they said they dont service those brands of watches and never have. I requested to get my money back (I had the receipt showing I had purchased the program) and they flat out told me no. Staff was rude and not helpful in trying to remedy the situation in any way.
