I am very happy with my recent visit to Jack Lewis Jewelers. Tami was very helpful and attentive to my questions, and evaluating a small repair on my ring. I am pleased to find there are some very reasonably priced items as well as high end selections in this business that has an impeccable reputation.

I’ve never had a bad experience at Jack Lewis. Even when I am just browsing for a future purchase there is no pressure to spend money before I leave. I got a wallet from them five years ago and needed to get a new elastic band. They were happy to help me out and told me they should have more options in a couple months. They have options for every situation and budget.

We had two rings that needed re-sizing. Tami was very helpful getting us sized. She gave us a quote that was in our budget up front. When we picked up our rings I was very surprised how good the rings looked. They both looked just like new. I am so proud to wear my diamond nugget ring again. They even had a discount for veterans so the final cost came out even lower than our initial quote. I would highly recommend Jack Lewis Jewelers.

I have never been to this jeweler and had some sterling silver jewelry I got while on vacation. The bracelet was alittle big but I happened to live right by them so I stopped. Everyone was super friendly and not fit sure the lady that helped but she was amazing. Fast forward 5 days and picked up the bracelet and wad amazed at how it shined. I did a dumb thing and put my wedding set on my RIGHT hand 🙄😮 Needless to say I couldnt get them off. I opted to have them cut off by a farmer friend after soaking my hand in ice water for about 40 minutes total (twice @ 20 min). It wasnt the nicest job but they were off !! My 27 year old set was in bad shape. I took them into Jack Lewis shortly before closing time on a Saturday afternoon. I was pleasantly greeted. Tami looked my rings over and gave me a thorough estimate. I picked them up a week later and was so pleased with the outcome. Work was done right in the store so I had peace of mind knowing my rings wouldnt be lost in transit.

Great staff and very helpful. We had them resize a 24k ring a few sizes up. They were honest that they usually dont work with 24k gold but said theyd have the goldsmith take a look. Came back beautifully done and at a really reasonable price.

Had watched resized (gold woven band) requiring gold smith to perform work. They measured my wrist and performed the work. When I picked it up the watch was way to tight (I was barely able to fit it) they suggested that I try to see how it feels for a week or two. I returned and was helped by a different individual who agreed that it was not fitting right. They did add half of the band back but I was charged for the correcting work (at a discount). Received the watch back and the work was very well done. Quality is excellent however, not a great experience in terms of having to pay for correction. Still waiting for the appraisal that I paid for.

I took in 6 rings to get cleaned and checked. Four of the rings I purchased at Jack Lewis and 2 I didn’t. They were happy to look even examine the one I didn’t purchase there. As it turned out, 3 of my rings needed prong repair. I picked them up a week later and they are beautiful. One ring is 30 yrs, 28 yrs, 18yrs, 10yr, and 2 yr. They sparkle like I just bought them yesterday. Thank you Jack Lewis.
