I love The Body Shop. Every item is not animal tested. I like shopping there for all kinds of bath products and such. Its one of my favorite stores at Mall of America.

I bought a bamboo hair brush and really love it. The girl that was working there was very accommodating.

My wife and I LOVE the lotions in this place they smell amazing especially the marshmallow vanilla and cocoa butter nicely priced excellent products overall

I would give more starts for their usually great quality, but they have the most restrictions I have ever encountered on online returns. Ordered a sent I love, recieved some old merchandise that has gone off. Payed with paypal- the most trusted form of payment online, no where did it warn me that I couldnt get a refund if I paid with paypal, site said you can return in store to avoid shipping cost. I was told I couldnt get a refund, Id have to buy something for the amount, I looked around, nothing caught my eye. I asked her:can I get a gift certificate for later instead, I was told no, like really.. never have I seen so many restictions. I had to dig in the depth of the site where there was one measly sentence about paying with paypal, can you please put that next to that form of payment, like it has its own button at checkout, sure enough is has some space to inform your customers about the inconvenience. I didnt like what I got bc i had little time, though Id get a refund for the expiered merchandise.. disappointed.
