The people that were working were really cool and my shopping was fun!! It was my daughters first time at the beauty store and it was perfect!!

I come here all the time and the employees are great (selection is always low so I normally have to go to another store)But please if you’re not going to be open during the time posted both on google, Facebook, and the website then AT LEAST make a Facebook post stating that.Here at 1037 on a Monday and the doors are locked.

I stopped at the shop at 6:04 today and it was closed. The times on Google says that its opened till 7. This isnt the first time that this location has been closed despite posted hours.

Victoria and Lauren are amazing!!! I was on a mission to do my step daughters hair neon green for her bday and I had no idea where to start, and when I walked into Sallys I received so much help from these two! I wouldnt have been able to do it without them! They walked me through everything I needed and answered all my questions! And than they also introduced me to the Sally rewards to save money! They even entered in old receipts to get my points for those. So I recommend if you are a hair dummy like me go see them because they are so nice and helpful! Thanks to them my daughter got her hair done right for her bday!!!

I had such a hard time finding what I was looking for for a trimmer and she was so prompt in answering my questions and getting me set up with what I was looking for which was my baret trimmer ! Thank you for the great customer service it’s tough to come by these days !

Kandy, manager at your Southtown store helped me today, 6/5/2018. She was extremely helpful, patient, and professional, and helped me with a wide variety of products. She is a real asset to your company and the reason I would return to this store for future beauty needs.

The staff is a mixed bag, but they arent too negatively impactful on the experience. The stock is really well rounded for all beauty needs, especially ethnic. I would only ask that they have more skin products.

Seriously, the most rudest lady I have ever encountered. I dont know her name but she had blonde curly hair pinned up with eyeliner in her early 40s. First, I walk into the store and nobody is around. Im waiting there holding my one year old who is sleeping in my arms for about 5 minutes looking at hair dye. Then I go back to the employee room and say Hello, nobody answers and I say Hello again. Then I hear clicking of heels and she walks up not even giving me eye contact and looking at her ipad. She comes out to the aisles still looking at it and I ask her I was wondering if you could give me some advice about what color I should dye my hair, I want to stay with red or go a little lighter. Shes still looking at her iPad until halfway through just staring at me and snaps her eyes and says Youre gonna have to speak up because I cant hear a word your saying!. So rude, she was so busy with her iPad she didnt even comprehend what I was asking. I didnt say anything more and I walked out of the store. I promise I wont be back again.
