Called to just get a price of cigarette carton. Lady told Said it was illegal to do so. Unfortunately that is only gas prices. And it’s not illegal just depends on policy.The education of laws by gas station attendants in Illinois is absurd Please educate your employees! There cigarettes not drugs or gas🤦🏾‍♂️

Its the same price it is every place else and like every other convenience store its overpriced food

Workers have terrible attitudes, was given the wrong product and when I said something the clerk, Paula, said she didnt have to serve me!! The manager said Paula isnt rude, thats just her personality, wow!! Someone with such a crappy attitude and personality shouldnt be working customer service and a manager that condones that behavior also needs to be in a different field of work, I saw her raise her voice and be extremely rude to several customers the entire 15 minutes I was in line. I will go to gas stations that employ customer oriented people from now on!!

BAD ATTITUDE FROM THE WORKERS ALL THE TIME. They have told me 2Xs, my $50 bills are not accepted by THERE MACHINE. CAN I PAY WITH SOMETHING ELSE? I told her they came from my bank, its good money. she left it lying on the counter. I repeatedly told her its good. She would not accept it. Other visits I got negative flack from the workers. I told her I wontt be back! She just looked at me. ILL BUY GAS FROM OTHER STATIONS THAT WANT MY BUSINESS.

Based on all the reviews Thornton’s could care less about customer service. Stood in line behind 11 customers and after 10 minutes had to leave after 2 people were taken care of. One cashier was incompetent and had to go ask for help multiple times from the cashier who was not even trying to act busy to avoid helping customers. They thought it was funny when customers left after waiting too long, including me. I can assure you my company’s vehicles will not go to Thornton’s for anything. Would lose money on the waiting.

One of the cashiers is a crazy blonde lady that will yell at you. Just be careful

The customers who go into this store are sketchy at best. I would keep driving to avoid getting mugged.

Thortons is a busy store and can be understaffed on somedays, but the cashiers are wonderful people who try their hardest to keep up with the chaos.
