Cat made a beautiful Birthday cake and was so nice and helpful. She readily accommodated my choices for the design of the cake. The cake was delicious too.

This is my favorite meeting place. Staff are friendly, the space is welcoming and neat, both inside and outside. I love their selections of coffee and tea drinks. I hand favorite tea, but everything I order from there is really good!

Coffee does not matter.Whenever I come to this coffee house, the clerk does ask my name. But She always ask me how much I pay a tip. Do you consider English speaking and listening ability? If so, you should not ask me about the tip either. My name is not USA. Before you ask me for tip, you should ask my name.

I would give them 5 stars if they would pay attention to mobile orders and have them ready on time. Otherwise, great place.

I love Crumble! Ive gotten so many of the lattes off their menu, and theyve all been delicious. Right now they have a Blueberry Pie Latte as one of their spring drinks, and its really good! The blueberry was noticeable but not overpowering. The atmosphere of the store is relaxing, and its a great place both to work on homework and to chat with friends!

Was introduced to the Black Rose Gold 🥇🥇Almost always get a galette, sooo good.The espresso is very good. Not bitter, like some major chains that wont be mentioned.

Parking stich was not lovely, but I really liked the location. Employees were pretty friendly. Bathroom location is terrible, tightly situated in front of cash register, but that is not a major factor. Coffee was great. Naturally lighting made it feel energetic, and they also have outdoor seating

Coffee was good, but the service not so much. There were three employees when I went there, and they seemed too busy just talking amongst themselves. Any time I had to ask a question, I felt like I was constantly interrupting.

Everyone working at Crumble Coffee seemed very nice and helpful. It was a little busy when we went, but they were moving through people fairly quickly. We tried the vanilla latte and an oat milk chai latte. The vanilla latte was good, but the chai latte was just ok. I didn’t love that they gave you your cup and you had to go to a separate table to put the lid on. The lids were spread out on the table and weren’t clearly labeled. While we were waiting I noticed a few people pick up the wrong lid and put it back down for someone else to use.

Coffee was smooth and delicious. We also had 2 kinds of quiche - servings were a bit small, but both were really yummy! We also tried the crumble - tasty! Everything was ready when promised and the service was perfect. We will definitely be back.

Crumble was fantastic. Great atmosphere, great choices of coffees, non coffee drinks, and food to eat. Mssks are currently required by both customers and staff and they also have a touch free service area for lids and straws. I got the HoneyNut coffee while my son got the strawberry smoothie. All were very tasty.

Just had the best latte in Bloomington, thank you crumble Baristas, you rock! The espresso had zero notes of sour, was smooth, and full bodied. You all know what your doing with that machine, keep up the delicious work.

Just visited Crumble for the first time (on College Ave). Wow this Zebra Mocha is amazing and a great price! Loved the atmosphere, I will be spending a majority of my semester there now. Also the staff there are so friendly and welcoming! I love it!

A very nice coffee and bakery shop.The interior has a nice feel to it and the baked goods were quite delicious (particularly their macaroons). The customer service was quite good as well. I cant comment on the coffee but if youre a fan of baked goods then Id recommend a visit to try the food here.

Frequent this spot often, as we live nearby. Have never had a negative experience. 3 dairy free milk options for your latte(if vegan or lactose free).. and the gluten free baked goods are amazing. Seriously, so much flavor! I cannot speak for the non gf options but my family always raves about their eats too. My favorite drink is the honey bear latte, and has been since they first opened❤

Took my daughter because her teacher owns it. She had iced coffee which was really nice. I had the Americano, wasnt quite what I expected, but we will visit again. Its a nice establishment and the baristas are very friendly.

I’ve been to a lot of coffee shops all around the Midwest and beyond since leaving Bloomington, and Crumble is still the best coffee shop I have ever been to!!! Their pastries are delicious and unique and so well-made. And the coffee is great! I follow the shop on Instagram now and even the pictures posted make me want to hop in my car and drive back! A must stop for when you’re in town!

One of the best bakeries in town in my experience. Their brownies are amazing as well as their wraps. There coffee and tea is more than reasonably priced and all of the baked goods Ive had were absolutely phenomenal. 5/5 would go back again.

Easily the best coffeeshop and bakery in town. Im always curious to see what kinds of delicious confections theyve whipped up each morning. Their coffee is great too, and theyve got a huge chalkboard listing a bunch of tasty drinks that they make. And just such a nice relaxing quiet place to come and spend some time.

I would not recommend this place unless you’re close by and that’s your only option. The service was terrible. They forgot about our pastry( do not recommend the raisin muffin-super bland and dry) and our tea. My husband’s late was not worth the price at all. We went there when it was not busy and I don’t know how they messed up so bad.We were hiking nearby and wanted a cup of coffee before going back to Kentucky. We will not be coming back here again and will drive a little bit farther into the city to get good quality food AND service.

I recently got a chicken salad wrap and a peanut butter layered brownie from Crumble. The wrap was around $5.50 and the brownie $3.Prices were way too high for the quality received.The chicken salad wrap was only seasoned with mayo, grapes, and celery with a basic flour tortilla. Serving size was meager. I was disappointed.Brownie was decent but there are definitely better bakeries in town that will give you better product for the price.Didnt try the coffee or tea here but the list looked fairly extensive. Would not recommend over places in the downtown area.

One of my B-Town favorites! I absolutely love the quiches and the ham sandwich, but the peanut butter brownies are to die for!! The staff are friendly, the atmosphere is light and cheery, and the treats are amazing! Must try!

One of the nicest places in Bloomington. They make good coffee. Me and my colleagues prefer meeting there. I wish they would stay open after 6 pm. and work on Sundays.

The food and drinks here are really, really good. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because I hate where the bathroom is located, right across from where the food is. Also there is never room to sit, but thats because their stuff is so good.

Crumble is very possibly Bloomingtons best kept coffee shop secret. They have a wide selection of custom drinks as well as great coffee, plus some really amazing baked goods (particularly their crumble).

This is the kind of place where you arent merely a customer receiving a drink, so much as you are a valued person worthy of quality, kindness and time.

Old astronomical prints on wall (reproductions). Overall atmosphere is nice, if perhaps feels a bit manufactured. Small selection of good quality looseleaf teas. No chai. Small selection of good quality desserts.

I agree with Joe Vito. Best place in town.In Bloomington, youve got Starbucks for predictability and Pourhouse for the downtown location, but for actual coffee and baked goods, Crumble is whats up. The head baker, Laura, makes these peanut butter chocolate chip cookies that are maybe *too* good. Im not kidding. Theyre so good it kind of ruins you for other cookies/food.Shes also super cheery, and her smile sets Crumbles mood. Its vibe is very much as a part of the neighborhood, as opposed to a part of a franchise, which it is not. 100% locally owned.Again, best coffee house in town.
