Ice cream was good. Toppings were terrible. We probably got the equivalent of about half a teaspoon of hot fudge on our Sundaes- despite one of us asking for extra topping.. Cookies were good. The service here was terrible. Both employees that helped us were rude and didnt make any attempt to be nice. Will go to one of the other ice cream shops next time.

Best cookies in this mall, but that’s not saying much. But they were warm, moist, and chewy; as a cookie should be.

Incredibly friendly service. Cant go wrong with a classic chocolate chip cookie. I prefer iced mocha but in this cold weather, got it hot. Consider me a happy customer.

I don’t know why they called it made by fresh fruits. Fruits taste like if they buy it from Aldi. I don’t know how to cook but still make it far better than this at home. Service was terrible and Waste of money $11.59 for two. Will never try it again!

I am so much a fan of their food, especially since they are so gooey and melt in your mouth. They are also not too badly priced.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! She was so rude just by me asking some general questions. I was real close to still putting in a order for their biggest cookie because I thought my wife and the kids in her classroom would love the surprise but ultimately didn’t cause I thought she was immature enough to spit in it or something. I will never go back.

Had a sugar cookie frosting sandwich, which the guy made to order. Tasted amazing. Have always had good treats from here.

Everything is overpriced, and it felt like it had been sitting out for a while. It all tasted pretty good. I also wished that the sales were posted more clearly.

With memories of Mrs. Fields at my hometown mall, I had to get a cookie. The cookie was just the same as ol Mrs. Fields, but the lady was smiling thankfully for my stopping by for only 1 cookie.

Date of Visit: 03/08/2019 - Will not be back. The female employee at approximately 7:30PM verbally insulted my husband to his face as he was trying to check out. Additionally, she seemed to hate her coworker; every time he would ask her to do something, shed roll her eyes and huff at him. She needs some serious customer service training.

Was told they “are not selling ice cream right now” for the ice cream sandwiches....glad I waked my kids across the mall for that answer.
