Disappointed in the service here. Bought a model 3- the man we worked with didn’t apply our referral code and though we have followed up approximately 7 times he just continues to say he will get it figured out and nothing has happened and we’ve now had our car for months. He also promised additional supercharge miles to make up for mistakes made the day of purchase and never followed through on any of that. Love my car, however, this dealership was quite disappointing.

Test drove and purchased a Model Y in September 2020. Contactless delivery process was quick and easy. Josh was very helpful during the whole purchase process. We recently visited the new showroom and they gave my son a toy M3. Great location with great staff. Highly recommend.

Tesla in Bloomington, IL is a fairly new dealership. Although, its an eco-friendly company with no-contact delivery, you could also have an exclusive, one-on-one buying experience at that location. Nick, the Sales Manager, is very professional, knowledgeable and highly attentive to the customers and owners alike.I plan to own either the Tesla Model 3 or Model X soon, based upon my experience yesterday.

This is one of the friendliest Tesla dealerships in the country. Their sales and service people are very knowledgeable and friendly. Trusted them last year to take care of my Model 3 for a tow cap replacement and they did fantastic! Collin K is my favorite and he helped with my Model Y order and delivery! He was great at communication and answering all of my questions!

They were very accommodating. The only tesla supercharger in Bloomington was down and they charged me up for a return trip to Minnesota. This is a warning though, if you visit, you will get the Tesla fever and there is no vaccine for that.

My test drive appointment got re-scheduled by this Tesla agent several times and eventually got canceled for no reason. Many emails, text messages, and phone calls over the past couple of days, it has been a great waste of time for me. They are nice on the phone but just cant get the job done - my guess is that this team is either short staffed or poorly coordinated. Be aware of this risk when doing business with them.

There is a helpful team working here. Alyssa does a great job keeping up communication when youre going through service work.

The people working here are so knowledgeable! I wouldnt call them sales people, the cars really sell themselves. But its like being somewhere with friends picking out a car. We love coming here for everything Tesla we need!

Had a great experience here. Staff is knowledgable about product, but there is a high turnover rate with employees it seems!
