Needed to order and install carpeting in a rental with a quick turnaround. Paul Hilborn was a joy to work with and very knowledgeable. The warm light brown of this carpet was perfect, Stainmaster petprotect, Knob Hill. We are very pleased and will use Paul again for future projects.

I was looking to match my existing hardwood floor during a remodeling project and was having a hard time finding a match. I called ProSource and they tracked down the original supplier and found a local distributor for me- even though it didnt come from them! Sometimes it’s the glitches in life that show you the real value of dealing with great professionals. I had some difficulty in both the carpet selection process – board sample did not match carpet sample - and with a flaw in the carpet color when it arrived. Jimmie Ramey stuck with me through it all until I was happy and satisfied. He and the staff at Pro-Source were a joy to work with. I love my new carpet and would highly recommend working with Jimmie and Pro-Source.

My experience was excellent. ProSource has many options for flooring. The most important factor in my experience was the expert designer, Julie Ann Weidner. She has years of experience, patience, and fabulous ideas.

Menards left me hanging because they didnt have the bottom roll of tile that I needed to finish my project. I did some research which took me about 2 hours and I found ProSource. They were very very accommodating they even sent me out tiles to make sure that it matched what I was looking for. I went into the Bloomington location worked with a guy by the name of Jimmy and he couldnt have been any better. I am going to go back to Menards and I am going to give him the name and the address to ProSource so the next person doesnt have to go through what I did I I would stake my reputation on this place to anybody. Ive been doing business with these guys for years! Always a great value, knowledgeable staff, and a great atmosphere!

If youre a regular old consumer like me looking for better prices and a 1 stop shop, and youre not a contractor, I highly recommend you go elsewhere to purchase flooring, tile, or cabinets. My advice? Hire a designer, get custom cabinets (not that much more money from what we paid for very mediocre cabinets), and go directly to a flooring/tile place that has their OWN installers. The cabinets we purchased showed up with significant color variations, and missing pieces which we had to re-order. And it was so pieced together that well end up paying a significant amount of money to install them. Communication was tough as well. They dont do an on-site visit for the cabinets, even if youre spending over 15k. The whole process sucked. We used Scherer Brothers before for semi-custom, and Im kicking myself I didnt do that again. Scherer Brothers comes out to measure on-site, and they have their own installers. Also, people on Prosources approved installers list did crap work. I dont write reviews and Im considered a reasonable person. But with that much spend and such a bad result, I have to warn others.
