After having one salesman come out to measure for windows 4 times and never actually getting the windows ordered (even though I was given a quote after the first measuring), they gave me a new salesman. This salesman said he would be able to get the correct measurements the first time, get me a quote, and get the windows ordered right away. Well, its been two weeks and Im still waiting on a revised quote. Not only that, but my texts to the salesman are being ignored. Makes me wonder what the communication would be like if I placed the order and there were issues. I think Ill just go somewhere else...you may want to consider doing the same.
