Of course everyone loves a new kitchen, but the process to get to that point is very important. I am probably not an easy homeowner to work with. I ask a lot of questions, and like to be involved in the details. Gordon was very patient and answered all my questions. He drew diagrams, adjusted drawer heights, gave me options, and arranged for a couple custom pieces, and in the end, it has been exactly what I wanted! But Gordon was just the first part of the process. John was an excellent craftsman and installed the cabinets with precision. He was very careful as he worked around the new wood floors and always left the house clean at the end of the day. There were a couple of things that didn’t go as planned, which is to be expected, but it was handled in a professional and very satisfactory way. I also need to mention that Jeremy and Milo had great customer service and communication so we always knew what was happening. As far as the cabinets go, we are very happy with their quality and the new organization that they provide! We had a combination of new cabinets on top and refaced on the bottom. We bought 3 extra stationary shelves and one extra roll out shelf for the pantry which we are very happy that we did. I thought the front face of the drawer being higher than my original drawer would be a problem, and I don’t even notice it (which Gordon told me would be the case). We have had our new kitchen cabinets now for 3 months now and I still love them! I am extremely satisfied with Cabinetpak Kitchens and would recommend them to anyone considering a new kitchen.

I cannot recommend Cabinetpak highly enough. They are fabulous. They refaced my Edina kitchen and it looks fabulous! They were friendly and easy to work with and were clean and neat and completed the job on time and on budget. Now I am looking at buying a condo and I will ask them to do it again on this kitchen.

I’ve never had to pursue a company as much as Cabinetpak, just to get a return email or phone call.My husband and I are remodeling our kitchen, and we’ve visited Home Depot, Ikea, Lowes and other “Big Box” stores for help. We prefer to partner with smaller family-owned businesses to support the community, however, so I emailed Cabinetpak through their difficult-to-use website. I did receive a phone call from Milo, but when I tried to return it multiple times no one returned my voicemails. I should have known then .... what was to come.A few days later, my husband and I decided to drive to their showroom. Although it was small, and only Milo was available to help us in between helping another customer, we had a very good experience. We spent about an hour with him and felt confident we would partner with this company to build our kitchen. This was a Wednesday, and Milo said he’d have a preliminary design by Friday or at the latest Monday. My husband and I were confident Milo and Cabinetpak were going to deliver the design for the kitchen we wanted and within our budget of $10,000 or less for cabinets.Monday went by, and I didn’t hear anything. I waited to check in until Wednesday; I emailed to ask if he’d still have our design ready. No answer. On Friday, I called the store and the secretary said that Milo was out sick due to the flu. I can empathize because I had the flu as well, so I said I’d check in the following week.At this point, we had invested 2 weeks in CabinetPak, and I was still hopeful that I would hear from Milo once he felt better.The following week I did not get a return email or voicemail so I emailed…again. No response. I emailed again on Wednesday to say that we needed an answer so we could get started on our kitchen. No answer. My husband called that day, and Milo answered; he said he’d have a design to us by that Friday afternoon. On Friday, we called at 4:30 p.m., and the secretary said Milo had left for the weekend.In total, we invested more than 3 weeks in hoping that we’d partner with Cabinetpak (or just get a design to work with). I’ve never put this much effort into trying to partner with a Big Box or family-owned company, and I’m truly disappointed that I’ve still never received a phone call or email.I can’t imagine why Cabinetpak would throw our business away unless our budget does not meet their expectations. It makes no sense.
