I love these makeup brushes. They’re almost all I use now. I have multiple sets as well as a few of the cleaning devices and brush cleaners. My fave brush is the F84. I love the foaming brush cleaner and the cleaning mat you place in the sink. I also have the glove and the tower—I do not care for the tower at all tbh. The staff here are always helpful and courteous. I suggest.

I absolutely love this place!!!I had previously purchased the Jackie Aina Sigma Brush set on-line and was extremely pleased with the brushes. I wanted to purchase more brushes; however, I did not because it extremely hard to make selections on-line without being able to see and touch the brushes.Fast forward to June 2017.I was up in Minnesota for business purposes and went to the Mall of America on my day off. I didnt even know Sigma Brushes had a flagship store (Second floor close to the Macys end by the Aveda store) but I saw a gentleman with a sigma shopping bag and literately grabbed him like a crazy person and was like Where did you get those Sigma brushes!?! He told me and I was on my way!!!***FYI - This is the only brick and mortar Sigma store in the world.I went to Sigma Brushes at least five times during my two month stay in Minnesota.I was always greeted with a smile by Annie, Jen and Ebony. Even better, Annie always remembered my name! What!?! They know their stuff and really helped me narrow down my brush selection by asking relevant questions to help me select brushes that could serve multiple purposes.My absolute favorite must have brushes in no particular order are as follows:E20 Short Shader - excellent for smudging your lower lashE55 Eye Shading - applying shimmer and mattes to the eye lidF75 Concealer - applying concealer, cutting out your eyebrows, cut creasesE68 Line Profector - I use to fill in my eyebrows but I also use to cut my eyebrows with concealer if the other brush is dirtyE56 Shader - Applying glitter or shimmer to my inner cornerE44 Firm Blender - Blending difficult shadows (the brush is firm butt still extremely soft)E38 & E40 - Extremely soft blenders (the E40 is just slightly larger)E30 - Pencil - Precision applicationAs you can probably tell, I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the Sigma store and was a repeat customer.The brush quality is comparable to MAC; however, the price-point is about 1/3 cheaper. I highly recommend this store!!!

I was on the website looking for brushes and wanted to get some assistance from a human, so I remember that I had walked into the Flagship store on my business travels and called the number. The young woman who helped me was named Ebony. She was pleasant, knowledgeable about the products and helped me navigate my way through all the brushes I was looking to buy for my daughters first professional starter kit. I myself have been using Sigma for years but wanted a fresh approach on the right ones for a young woman. As I said, Ebony was terrific. I told her I wanted to put together a list of brushes and I would call her back. I was very sick the next day and was not able to call back. Ebony called to follow up with me since I missed our call date. She went out of her way to assist me via the phone and my purchase was made. My daughters Christmas will be amazing when she opens her new brush case filled with Sigma brushes. Thank you so much Ebony. You made my shopping experience great.

I like this store. Sigma brushes are nice and the sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable.She helped me pick out a good powder brush and I use it everyday. It is a great brush!

So I walk in yes without any makeup or my hair done.. and I get greeted with the sales and I think, that’s cool I walk around really just feeling the brushes because I’ve heard good reviews about it, but was shocked that the person in the store hits me with “we have another more affordable line on this side” couldnt help to feel a little discriminated. Really shephora, Ulta, and MAC are right next to it. And even if I spend 20 dollars I’ll rather spend them In a place were they don’t make me feel like I don’t belong there.

I am so beyond pleased with the Sigma store in Mall Of America. I have never gotten so much help from somebody in a makeup store let alone over the phone. I had the most lovely chat with the sweetest lady, Annie. The whole time she was answering my silly questions and also giving me other helpful tips with my foundation struggle. Such a sweetheart! I definitely recommend going to her or talking to her if you have any questions or need anything. She is very good at her job and knows her stuff for sure! She made my day and put a smile on my face! I cannot wait to come in tonight and finally get my hands on that F80 brush.Love,A Happy Customer. (:

I was walking by the store at MOA and the girl inside working with rainbow hair caught my daughters eye and she wanted to go inside to let her know how much she loved it, we walked in and we were instantly greeted with a smile from Ariana!:) My daughter noticed the brow bar sign and asked Ariana how much it would be to get her brows done and she immediately pulled the stool out and did them for her at no charge. She was so professional, sweet and took the time to explain step by step what she was doing so my daughter could learn the process. She did so good on my daughters eyebrows I asked her to do mine too and she did it to problem! My daughter ended up buying every product Ariana used on her. I just wanted to say thank you to Ariana for making our first experience so great and that we will be back to see her and buy more soon!!! :)

Definitely my favorite brand for eye and face brushes - for myself and clients. Great quality and REALLY good prices, especially brush sets or when there are sales. They do sell some lip and eye shadow products, but the only thing Ive used and really love is the brow powder - perfect dupe for ABH. Employees are always friendly and great about providing samples with every purchase.

Shout out to the girl with pink hair for being so nice and helpful! Will be back to buy some brushes when I get paid. I would recommend going into the store to feel the brushes and at least get an idea. I wish they were cheaper, but Every time I come in here, they have a sale going on, plus the brushes are sooo soft.

Insane how my fav place could go so down hill so fast. It was just a few weeks ago, I came in here with my friends, and there were super friendly girls who knew what the hell they were doing and what they were talking about. Ask a question. Boom, they had the answer. Now it’s attitude, and you don’t know anything ABOUT YOUR OWN PRODUCT!! Don’t get me started on how DIRTY that store is! Such a shame. Hopefully a morphe will open up soon at moa 🙏🏻

The lighting in this store is very dim and unflattering. I went there on Monday. The employee working there was nice, but her makeup wasnt applied very well and she looked a bit disheveled. I want makeup advice from employees who really know their stuff.

Getting my prom makeup done here was a total nightmare! Where to begin: It was suppose to be a full face application, but the only thing done for 2.5 HOURS were the eyes, which were done so poorly you could see the horrific blending in the eyeshadow and messy eyeliner...even I can do better! Service and workers in one word were unfriendly. Appointment was longer than expected that I had already missed my prom hair appointment, even when I was promised to have it done in 45 minutes! I even had to call the hair salon to give me 10 more minutes to arrive! Ended up removing all that eye makeup when I got home and luckily got it redone by Sephora. Overall very frustrating experience and would not come back/recommend.
