Want to give a big shout out to the guys here. Took my car in for new tires and an alignment today. The price was very reasonable. Had to wait a bit longer because I think they had to get my tires from their warehouse, but thats OK. These guys are doing their best being under staffed and I wanted to let them know I noticed how hard they were working and to keep up the great work! Ill be back soon for an alignment on my SUV. :)

This is the only garage I will take my car to. These guys are friendly, courteous, honest, knowledgeable, and fast at getting my car repaired. Cant believe they wanted to charge my wife over 700 to replace front rotors and pads I looked at AutoZone parts were only 190. Im sure there price was much cheaper but they still wanted to take us over the coals.

My go to place when somethings wrong with my car or I need tires or an oil change. The needs of the customer always comes first. If they are uncomfortable or unable to fix whats wrong they refer me to the best place to get it done. I trust them and that makes all the difference.

Neal Tire really got me out of a potential jam. I discovered a near flat tire and had about a 6 hour window before work followed by a drive to the airport for a flight out. I called at 8am and said they would do their best to get me done before 2pm. I walked out at 9:45am with a new tire, with a discount! Couldn’t be happier with their service. They went above and beyond to help me out. I will continue to go to Neal Tire!

These guys and this place is amazing. I had been told I needed brakes, so I took it to them. They not only looked at the car but drove it and then told me I still had like 20,000 mikes before I needed brakes. Appreciated the honesty. I WILL go back there.

Wow! What service. If you need tractor tire work completed and have no way to get the wheel off the tractor, these people come to you. They have ALL the equipment needed to do practically any repair on YOUR site. Highly professional and friendly staff. There is one draw back, but it did not stop me from doing business. They don’t offer military discounts.

Do not go here! My husband took our truck here a few years ago to have an alignment it was not done properly but we just let it go since we knew the truck had steering issues. Just took another one of our trucks there to have an alignment and its now pulling harder to the right than it was when it was dropped off. He asked about it. One of the staff was very rude and took off in our truck like a crazy person. Revving it up the whole time. They say its because the idler arm but that doesnt make sense because it wasnt that bad when we dropped it off. Then when we asked for our money back they refused. Will definitely not be going back ther .

When you first called me the only thing stated was that the battery was bad. i had to tell you no it was the starter and that it started to smoke. You did not find the problem, I had to tell you. If I had taken your word that it was just the battery I would have paid you, gotten a new battery and then still had the problem. I ;understand that it can be a job when working on vehicles but as mechanics you should have checked the starter as I told you.

Love Neil Tire Center. I have taken my ZT tires there for repairs as well as my camper tire for repair. They are quick with the fixes and have not charged me every time. Great customer service. Is my go to for tire related stuff. They also service any tire you can find.

We use to live right behind Neal Tire. I even applied for a job there a long time ago. All the guys that work there are super nice n they always answered all my questions n they helped my husbands 83 year old grandma with a flat tire a few times. They also have a truck that they will drive to you if your stuck out on the side of the road with a flat.

Hard to believe they checked everything during a simple oil change when they couldn’t even make sure the washer fluid was filled and tire pressure correct. 3 tires had less than 20 pounds of air. It’s a simple concept that now makes me not trust that they properly checked over the vehicle. I shouldn’t have to double check their work. Btw this is on my 63 year old moms car.

Best price around fast and good service scheduled ahead and was right on time almost 75.00 cheaper than the 3 other places I checked and that was for TWO tires. Happy customer :)

The local Neal tire in Ellettsville IN is great and really tries to take care of the local community. I stopped by on a busy Saturday (5/19/2018) as I was worried about a tire. I did not have an appointment or anything to go on, other than it was leaking air. They not only fit me within the hour but they also found the problem and fixed it right away. I highly, highly recommend them!

Came here after having a terrible experience at the Toyota dealership. They treated me so well that I decided to come back the next time I needed a repair to my car. Long story short, when they were looking at my car the second time, there was a mishap with my drivers side door. They were honest about the mistake, had a solution before calling me, and honestly made right everything that was wrong. They made no excuses and didnt take shortcuts when fixing the problem. Even after the incident, Ill still come back here and even recommend it to people!

Ive been going to Neal Tire (Hoosier Tire) for well over a decade. The staff are professional, never condescending, and never once have I felt like Ive received the run around because I was a female. Excellent repairs, reasonable prices.

I have lived in Ellettsville going on twenty years and have done a lot of business with Hoosier, now Neal Tire. When Gerry Burton owned the business there was a greater focus on providing a genuine service for the community. I have to say that it is no longer that way. I am local business owner also, and have had the unpleasant experience of speaking in person with the district manager of Neal Tire. Long story, short, sh** rolls down hill; the same attitude and experience has repeated itself the last few times I have visited the local store. I am willing to drive the extra miles to patronize other local businesses who have a greater focus on providing a genuine service.

My experience is that 4 months ago I won a certificate for a free alignment. I was told by the manager, Scott Richardson that it could not be aligned, because I needed tie rods. I took my car to 2 mechanics yesterday, 4 months later, and they both said YOU do NOT need tie rods, and there is no reason that your car was not aligned. I went back in today, and told them what I thought of them~ then I posted it on facebook to let people know how they do people! then a Master Mechanic, David Lee, started writing to me, and was very unprofessional, he called my car a POS, and said terrible things, told me to act my age not my shoe size, yeah that is real professional, when he was not there listening when I went in today. I will give the certificate to a friend or someone, I will not let you people TOUCH my POS car, and I am reporting to BBB. and Reporting David Lee as well. that is my experience, and I will tell everyone that I know, they just didnt want to honor my certificate :)
