They have great service and great techs! Definitely my new go to shop! If you have a subaru, even better. They have rebuilt my transmission and threw in their custom clutch which I am loving so far! Almost 5k in and the trans feels amazing. No problems yet and I still keep coming for regular maintenance

So much can be said about my experience with Steve and the rest of the team at here at Nightmotorsport. Since late 2018 Ive been a returning customer. From building my motor to ordering and installing other various parts, the service has always been great. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking to get work done on their Subaru and other high performance sports cars.

This place goes through shop technicians faster then you change your underwear. Complete joke. Numerous jobs done by them where done terribly and had to be fixed by another shop. AVOID THIS SHOP they dont give 2 shots about your build I promise you. Goto Yimisport and deal with Paul.

DO NOT GO HERE! Long story short they had my car for almost 3 months for a motor rebuild. Once I got the car back I was so disappointed with the overall experience that I filed a formal complaint with the BAR. By just giving the car a quick once over, I found multiple mismatched bolts and even missing bolts. Owner will give you the run around and make BS excuses. Please consider all other shops before here.

Got a short shifter kit installed,guys were really friendly. Took about four hours since they hadnt installed that one before but they only charged for an hour and a half since they said thats how long it wouldve taken if they had experience with it. Ill be back for any part installments or tuning needs

Hated it, they are supposed to be #1 with subarus, granted no one really works on boxer engines. Took about 5 months for an engine rebuild, every time I called they said it would be done the next day, for almost a month, they would not give me a set date, when I got my car back right at their place it started leaking coolant, im a tech so I can distinguish the difference between burning water and burning coolant, they said it was not but 1 week later I saw massive coolant accumulation in the valley of the engine and also running down a cam cover, had to take it back on their terms, they also ripped my cv boot, it was not punctured until they touched it, would not recommend

Dudes a grifter. You can get the same level of service much faster at plenty of other local shops. He will quote you for one price and nickel and dime / make excuses to drive up the price until your stuck with a massive bill just to get your car back. Do yourself a a favor and keep searching for someone who actually runs a respectable business. This guy shouldnt be allowed to keep stealing peoples money.

Owning a subaru either ej or fa engines, you always want to keep up to date with the maintenance on these little 2 liter turbo charge platforms. I wouldnt go anywhere else, and I have gone to subaru dealerships under warranty but the hassle the inexperience is not worth it. Nightmotorsport is a tuner, engine building shop that cares for your vehicle just as much as you do. 👌

Absolutely do not consider this place! My car went in for a diagnostic reading because it had a missfire last November. I was told he would be able to get money for the tear down and part of the repair from my warranty company. Once the car was apart he tells me they wont give him any money because the car should of been taken apart by subaru! So he has me in a bad situation right off the bat. Well i agree on a built engine price being around 8k After they up sell me every few days and keep calling me to get more and more money to complete the job with excuses why they needed more money i gave them 16k towards the build. Then my car was not completed for over 10 months! I kept getting the run around saying your car will be done by friday but that never happened. They charged me 24 grand i have 5 different recipts everyone stating different prices for the work to be performed when it was time to pick up the car istavn tacked on another 2k. So i was told i would have to pay for my oil changes at 750 miles then again at 1500 then again at 5k miles i was never told i wound have to pay for 2 spereate tunes one at 1500 and one at 5k miles costing an extra 575 or more a piece! They charge double the price compared to any other shop. Save yourself time and hassle take your car somewhere else This place is a complete joke! Total rip off!

I have taken my car here on two occasions now. Both times I was very impressed with the quality of work. Last time I had quite a bit of work done, and the timeline ran a little bit long, but I appreciate the owner wanting to make sure the work was done right. He clearly cares about the service he is providing. Will be coming back soon for an engine build!

Brought my 2016 370z in for for upgrade on clutch dropped off at 12 noon got her back around 4pm, fast service and left my clutch is just what I wanted without explaining to them just dropped her off you guys are the best 👍🏻👍🏻

Honestly this place is a complete and total joke. When in the process of finding a shop that specializes in Subaru, for a fresh built motor. I stumbled upon Nightmotorsport. Came in for a visit to check everything out. Girl at front desk did not even welcome we as I walked in. I had to stand there and wait (only customer inside) until she was ready. Owner and mechanics put off a very shady vibe. I just walked out and left. I was looking for a connection to make with the shop/person building my motor. This place is a risk, the employees only worry about their check it seems like. Definitely reconsider this shop. ZERO STARS!

Rip Off, Charge 270$ for a Diagnostic that Subaru will do for 150$ and they charged me 250$ for a Tow 3 Streets away, He didn’t want to show me the receipt of the Tow Company. Owner also stated the employee informed me of how much the Diagnostic was going to be, they Record everything any time you call in, He supposedly went to go check the Recording and didn’t want to let me Hear it, I got it towed back to my house for 90$, Got Ripped Off 440$ Total for a Diagnostic, Never Coming back, Over Priced for no Reason ZERO STARS

My 2012 Forester XT check engine light came on and it started misfiring. I was worried it was going to be something big and expensive. Dropped it of at Nightmotorsport turned out it was just a loose cable. The staff is very profession, friendly and honest.

I have taken my Subaru to Nightmotorsport for all of my routine maintenance and also for installing my performance parts. They are pretty much the only Subaru specialized shop in the Inland Empire. Their prices are relatively reasonable if you ask for a discount. This can be usually given if you are doing repeat business.They pretty much install everything here from performance to cosmetic.They installed my aftermarket headlights, intake, exhaust, coilovers, and several other reliability mods.Although there were some tweaks that had to be made as far as adjusting coilovers after install, and also adjusting my exhaust tip fitment, they gladly made the adjustments free of charge in a timely manner.On top of all this, I had my car protuned by Istvan, and the car runs amazing!

I called Nightmotorsports on their day off and on a holiday at that and they not only answered the call but had a tow truck there within the hour and delivered it to their shop and fixed with 2 hours. If thats not dedication or great service...then I dont know what that is.Thank you for taking care of my baby and getting her back to me ASAP which wasnt even asked for. I was expecting a call back on Monday regarding the issue. Nope today 4th of July...so if I could give a higher rating I would.

I took my 2015 wrx in for a clutch replacement. No hassle, no b.s. in and out the same day. Service staff was friendly and Steve was very knowledgeable. I came back a couple months later to talk about power mods. Before he would would even touch the car he wanted to check the health of the vehicle. That was when I knew this place actually cares. Instead of slapping on what ever I wanted he wanted to make sure the car was healthy enough to be reliable.We started ordering parts just as Covid hit. Every time I called he either answered or got back to me same day, even after shop hours. We worked through shipping problem and my impatience for postal delivery in this pandemic, thanks for your patience Steve! I am very happy with the mods and the tune. You can tell this place lives their motto, “driven by passion”. This is where I will take my car from now on. Thanks guys!

Ive been going to all the big Subaru shops for the pat 5 years and havent found the right place for my car until now!Ive been coming to Nightmotorsport for the past year and Steve has been incredible in fixing other shops issues, general work (like oil changes, tires, etc), and installing all my race parts! He even goes out of his way and did lots of custom work to make it look better and cleaner than what I had asked for, without any extra charges!I truly appreciate being able to trust a shop that takes care of my Buttercup! I dont even mind the 2 hour drive it takes me to get there!

These guys really take care of you and make sure what gets done, gets done right the first time. I came here to put on my killer b pan and power steering lines and it took longer than I had hoped but I fully understood that it was really the fault of the vendor I bought the lines from (which was supposedly a complete plug n play kit) but they noticed the included adapters were the wrong ones. So they got me the right ones and I can rest assured my power steering wont leak and cause a fire.

Went to Night Motorsports for my engine build. I got the whole nine yards block and I could not be any happier. Solid build has been running with no problems. We took it a step up and did long block build. Also tuned my car after break in. It’s nice having all service done by them. Excellent and affordable service, they quickly fixed the problem with the rear differential leaking on my Forester 2014, and they fixed a problem with the clutch that 2 other garages were not even able to identify.

I had my motor rebuilt here as well as some routine maintenance. This place is a quality shop and really know their stuff. Definitely the place you want to go if you want attention to detail, not just a quick fix.

First off I want to thank Istvan, the owner of the place for helping me through this tough process they call an engine build. I initially went by to there shop just to see if my newly purchased 2013 WRX I bought was in healthy standing form.I explained the issues the car had arose during the short 2 months of me owning it and he recommended a compression test on the cylinders, that was included with the $240 for the overall inspection. Came out that I had cylinder #3 was at 119psi not good.I wasn’t happy to learn the news but I was happy I wasn’t sold parts knowing my engine would fail at any point. So he recommended an engine build and it took me about a week of thinking and I pulled the trigger. And let me tell you I’m glad I did. Istvan and his crew took my engine and gave me a fully new forged internal build within 3 months. Believe me I wasn’t patient I wanted my car ASAP but they did there job because they had at least 8 Subaru’s there when I took mine and there all back on the road and so is mine.Can’t skip people just gotta have patience. After about 2 weeks with the car back I’m on a break in tune and today was my first 750 mile oil change. Oil was as clean as it can be with barely any metal in the oil system. Cars been feeling super smooth and solid. Got a thumbs up and I’ll be back at another 750 miles for my intermediate tune. Then at 5k miles I’ll be back to say more good things once my car gets her pro tune by the man himself 🤘

Istvan and the crew at Nightmotorsport were great. I took my car there knowing there was a major problem. Gave them the car for a day with a deposit to pull the engine and open her up to later find out I blew a hole in my block. We sat down to talk about my options and not having an answer right away he gave me a few days to think about it. I pulled the trigger and within a week and a half maybe less my car was up and running with a built motor and a few miscellaneous parts. Im less than 800 miles in and Ive had zero issues whatsoever. Already went in for my first oil change and no metal in the oil or filter. They know exactly what their doing. Even gave me a scheduled maintenance plan so I know exactly what to expect in the future. 1,500 mile mark Ill be going in for another oil change and intermediate tune. Spent around 13k for all the work and couldnt complain. Thanks again!

Istvan is a awesome tuner and engine builder! I got my engine built recently and the night I picked it up, me and my friend immediately noticed my car was running smoother and just overall better. Istvan is straight forward and recommends the best for YOUR car. He’s been in the Subaru game for a long time so he definitely knows what he’s doing. I would definitely recommend nightmotorsport, plus they also do other cars, not just Subaru’s! They also offer no credit financing too!

Took my 2013 subaru wrx in to get a new clutch and my flywheel resurfaced. They are extremely thorough and very hospitable while you wait. When I went here for the 1st time, just to check out the place, nightmotor sport Steve was very welcome and friendly and answered all my questions and concerns. I ended up getting a flex fuel set up and protune at the shop the next day. They did an amazing job. I recommend everyone to come to this shop!

Ive recently had my engine built here at nightmotorsport and I have to say that in any case a motor build especially performance is not an easy task. Everytime I was concerned about the build Steve and Ivan made sure to keep me happy through the process. Steve and the shop were a great help while I worked on my turbo frs. They got me parts cheap and fast. I am fortunate that theyre local to me so I was there often and despite the work load, Steve took some time to help me with advice, instructions, and information. While there focused platforms are mostly subarus, I strongly urge you to call them no matter what car you have. Steve will help you one way or another.

What a great experience at Nightmotorsports! I had an issue with a popping noise on my clutch. He was quick to access the problem and came up with a permanent solution. The car runs better than ever.

Scheduled an appointment with my vehicle by calling in for an alignment, showed up the date and time of, no one scheduled me for that appointment. I was then told to reschedule for another day next week, arrived on time and was told that the system was down, however they would see if they could get me in. they were able to get my car on the alignment rack but then stated that the rear lower lateral links were bent on the drivers rear, i went ahead and had them order new ones after being told that this will allow for a proper alignment. Another week after that, this being the third time going to the shop; i arrived at 9am as scheduled; they said they would get right to work on the vehicle. at this time i asked if i could have (1.) an oil change, (2.) E-Brake linkage tightened and of course (3.) an alignment. the vehicle was at the shop from 9 am until 6:30pm. when i arrived to pick up the vehicle my headlights (that can rotate colors) were on leaving me with a dead battery; as well as my carbon fiber hood was being propped up by left over tools in the engine bay. then when leaving i walked around the vehicle to inspect the alignment, the rear wheels were still out of camber alignment due to needing a new rear cross member sub frame as well as my steering wheel is also not centered when driving straight. since the vehicle was jump started from losing battery, one of my custom made led tail lights is now no longer operable and will have to be sent back to the manufacture for repairs (1-2 week process)(1.) the vehicle is still out of allingment(2.) oil was properly changed(3.) e-brake is tighterHowever....- im also leaving with a vehicle that needs to be hooked up to a battery tinder.- a broken custom tail light that will allow me to not drive the vehicle for half a month- a steering wheel that doesnt aim straight- both rear wheels are not cambered properly and will need to be redone

I get all of my work done here for my 06 WRX. Never dissatisfied nor over charged. Its hard to find a decent shop that you can depend on but this is the one for me.

I’ve been bringing my car here for a few years now since my boyfriend used to sponsor this shop. Steve works primarily with Subaru and I own a C class Mercedes. Every single time I have an issue or need regular maintenance, my car and time are taken care of. Pricing is a little better than some German specialty shops. The staff is very friendly and the shop is really neat; lots of race car projects and memorabilia around. Whenever it comes to my car, I make the trip to night Motorsport and team. Definitely recommend them for your OEM and aftermarket needs on any car.

They offer great customer service and are very knowledgeable. Also got my 60,000 mile service done about 2 weeks ago and once again not disappointed with the service. 05 STI. was promised more horsepower then when it came in. debatable . promised 400hp. not even close . CHARGED $520 FOR A $200 KOYO RADIATOR..... overnight shipping cost. they had my car for 2 months they new i needed a radiator when they first took it off. slow rebuild, over priced, empty promises. Cars running still but not what i thought nearly $15,000.00 would get me .... to top it off when i picked up the car he wasnt there his flunky had the car parked outside. didnt inspect it didnt show me what they did.. pretty sketchy . i have some suspicions but nothing i can say for sure . just be careful and make sure everything they charged you for was actually done .

Steve has always been a huge help, I bought brembo big brake kit from him in the past and recently a stage 2 clutchmaster clutch from him. His prices are awesome and the shipping is fast! Id definitely be doing future business with him!

I’ve met Istvan in his shops grand opening and right away became good friends. When the day came that I blew my motor on my STI, right away I reached out to him and explained my situation. He gave me many options on what can be done and cost wise since I wasn’t working with much money. The day I was ready to take my car over to his shop he sent a tow truck free of charge witch was awesome.Going forward, the day came when I got the call that my car was ready. I was very excided. Once I got to the shop he explained to me on the break-in procedures and oil intervals in order to make sure my new engine breaks in properly. Months later my car was broken in and ready for pro-tune. He explained to me on a few issues that needed to be taken care of in order to have a proper tune. I went ahead and purchased the required changes that he requested. Once installed my car was in for pro-tune. After the engine being broken in properly and the necissairy components installed my car got inspected and tuned properly.It’s been over 2 years and my car still runs like a champ. I daily my car since it’s my only forum of transportation and check every now and then for any issues.I thank Istvan and the crew at Nightmotorsports for all the great work and awesome customer service. They work on many makes and model cars so don’t be afraid to call them and ask questions. They will get you going and going the right way.

I brought in my 2007 sti to nightmotorsports, I needed a RE-tune and a couple hoses replaced, they did a great job on finishing the work on time and I was really happy with the new tune, the power band is really smooth and it feels aggressive=). I will definitely come back again and I recommend this shop for all your tuning and repair needs.

Steve and the crews have been an amazing help when it comes to my Subaru WRX. I got my engine blown and they hooked me up with a new engine and everything that I need. I also got an access port for my WRX and got it tuned to stage 2 with all the aftermarket parts that I have in the car.Overall experience is great and customer service is also great. A good shop for subarus and other cars, brought my civic si here and it got what I needed done to it. The owner Steve is very helpful and knowledgable. He will work with you on how you want it done in a decent time frame. Hes also an easy going and good guy to talk to. I would recommend this shop.

The guys at NMS have always been pretty helpful. I have dealt with Istvan since day 1. I feel like these guys do make an effort to provide some customer service, something which has been completely lost apparently within Southern Californias performance and tuning shops.My car has been in Istvans hands now multiple times, and each time he has made an effort to stay in communication, work with me on payments, and on pricing.Once I can stop throwing money at the car fixing stupid issues and replacing parts, eventually I would like to come back for a Flex Fuel kit and tune.
