I highly recommend!!!!! I had an issue with Bloomington Ford making a battery change causing the sunroof not to work. Their service department should have re-caliberated the system and they did not know enough to do this. They refused to help and was going to charge me the day after ($100) to look at it. I knew what it was but finding somebody to fix it was the issue during the pandemic. Since it was my sunroof I called Perfection - they came and got it and within an hour the owner called me. They had even called Bloomington Ford (which they did not know and did not accept responsibility). Anyway he brought the vehicle back to me and recommended somebody that could check it out. That place was Wrays and it was what I told everyone it was. Low and behold I was right - Bloomington Ford wrong again - Perfection did not charge me and I would recommend them 100%. Side note after I complained to the District Manager at Bloomington Ford the cost for me to have their job repaired was refunded to me via check $100. Just wonderful customer service and beyond helpful. Giving credit where credit is due - wonderful!!!!!!!!!!

Overall fantastic on price first install didnt go all that well technician was great left the truck clean but unfortunately the windshield was not seated properly and got a lot of wind coming out of it so I had to have them come back out again they confirm the problem and fixed it what can you say things happen at least they made it right.

Tl;dr: Use this company. You wont regret it.Heres a very familiar story for many: a rock hit the edge of our windshield and caused a crack. I ignored it for 2 years, because why not right? The crack finally crossed my line of view and the stimulus fairy visited so I figured now was as good a time as any to go ahead and fix that bad boy.Thing is, I work M-F business hours and couldnt find anywhere that had Saturday hours. I had already called 4 or 5 other places but no one did weekend hours. I had never heard of Perfection Auto Glass, but Google told me they had great reviews so I figured that I might as well try. Called them yesterday during my break asking if they were open Saturday - they werent usually but occasionally might be if needed. I explained how I needed the windshield replaced but work gets in the way of doing things. GREAT NEWS! They have a mobile unit that will come to you at no extra charge! So we go through the whole quote thing (turns out to be much more reasons than the 3 other quotes received) and then was like...how does tomorrow work? Wow thats fast! Sure!A wonderful window wizard showed up at my workplace as I was going to lunch so I went out to make sure he didnt need anything from me (he didnt). Eat my lunch, go back to work, and before I even get comfortable and working again, I get a voicemail that its done. Wow that was fast. Left the entire area clean, didnt take my debit card I forgot in the car, and he even put my sloth back where he was! Now thats what I call good service!Would I recommend? Absofreakinglutely! Im just disappointed that I hadnt heard of them before because theyre amazing.

Perfection was recommended by a family member. They did a good job with installation and seemed reasonable on price. A lot less than what I thought I was going to have to pay before I set up the appointment. It took about an hour and forty-five minutes on my 17 Pacifica, which was longer than I expected but we got a good walk in while we waited. They do have a waiting area and wifi too for your wait.

So there I was, driving with a cracked windshield, when I heard it crack even more. I decided it was time to get it replaced and gave these folks a call. I came in next day and they replaced it in 30 minutes. Best windshield replacement business in Bloomington!

Very happy with the work performed replacing my windshield and the pricing. Not so happy that a 2 hour quote turned into 4 hours and my rear view mirror was laying on the floor. For $250 you would think they would at least glue the mount to the new window. Service performed 7/1/2020.Overall satisfied and would return.

Amazing fast professional affordable work. A large tree limb fell on my car while I was out out town while I was out of town smashing right through the windshield. Perfection Auto Glass was able to get to my house and fix it within 24 hours. They even cleaned out all of the glass and tree debris so there was nothing to worry about when I came home. Chris and Stephanie were both so nice, informative, and helpful over the phone AND their quote came in $100 cheaper than others for a windshield replacement service call.

I had a pretty complicated job (rear convertible quarter-panel window) that needed to be fixed and they did it perfectly. The car is a Porsche 911 tts, not the easiest vehicle to work on, and they knocked it out of the park for a great price. I did find the regulator and motor assembly part for less than their price that they found direct from OEM and saved some money by supplying the part myself and paying a flat service fee. Thank you!

They replaced the windshield in out sienna van. They did a great job at a fair price. I was even able to come in on Saturday and get the job done without taking off work!

Replaced a windshield in about 1.75 hours. Price seemed very fair. Its a shame they dont take the health and safety of the customers seriously, as no one was wearing a mask.

Great service from great people. I originally called for a price quote on a cracked windshield, and they really took the time to understand the nature of my issue. My wife drives a Toyota Highlander with Lane assist. The other company we spoke with was going to change out the windshield for $350, but they never asked about the Lane Assist feature. It turns out, if you dont recalibrate the system when you get a new windshield, the camera which enables the function wont work properly. Fawn was very helpful with her explanation of the required service, and was able to get a price for the windshield and the calibration which was much better than the other guys. Service was fast and the people were very friendly. I would recommend to anyone.

Im so grateful for these people. I had an appointment with safelite and after waiting a week with no wheels they told me they wouldnt put my windshield in because there was too much rust on the car. Really what did they expect on 27 year old car. After calling Perfection auto glass they came right out and picked my car up in less than an hour and said the rust wouldnt and shouldnt have made it unable to get a windshield. This is without question the best glass shop in town. They are SO easy to work with. Once they installed a windshield on an older truck I was restoring with a windshield that had a modern sunscreen with the black dots that wasnt like the original windshield. They replaced the new one with the correct one no problem.Ive also found them to be FAR less expensive than the national companies. Support local businesss!! Especially when they give great service!

The service was quick. One star. The job done was terrible. The molding around the window was broken... that which wasnt broken wasnt even cleaned. The glass product was not what was advertised. It wasnt a PPG product as requested. Made in Mexico instead. They poured a tube of gook over the parts that were broken and said nothing at all to me. After inspecting the car... I asked for an explanation and was told... well its an old car and didnt offer to do anything but add more gook to an area that was left bare. Very unhappy with the job. Never recommend anyone to go there again.
