I needed some work done on my headlights and I received the quote, date and the length of time for the work and they fulfilled their promise. The work was excellent. My headlights look like new and the cost was extremely reasonable. My daughter then decided to take her car in for some body work and they have also kept their promises.

They were very informative and was professional about there products, knowledge and procedures. They were done a whole day early and very friendly service. And told me that the area that was painted will never rust again!

Every time they told us our vehicle would be done on a certain day, theyd call back a day or two before (this happened three times) and extend the pick up time.By the time we were actually able to pick up our vehicle, we were given 5:30 as pick up time, which just so happened to be the time they closed. How convenient.For as long as they had the vehicle, I expected the paint job to be exquisite. However, it was poorly painted and had very visible blemishes.

Maaco of Bloomington Illinois has giving two of three of our household cars TLC! Their professionalism, expertise, pricing, and quality work are number one in my book for auto body shop in this area!!We have gotten quotes and used other auto body shop but we will only return to Maaco if the need arises!A huge thank you to the Maaco team in Bloomington Illinois!!!

Don’t really know where to start trying to be nice and give benefit of the doubt but just can’t anymore, bad experience from moment I dropped car off to them until time I picked it up, took in to get bumper fixed and headlight mounted back in place originally quoted me 3 to 5 days to fix but every time I called just to check up on it they’d wait until day before I was supposed to pick it up to tell me they need this and that and it’d be a few more days they’d need my car, this happened a few times and they had my car for over a week and a half instead of being upfront or say it might take abit longer and price just kept going up way more then I believe the job should of ever cost to get done, also because of that and hearing from them last second instead of giving me more of a heads up cost me a lot more money for my rental car because I had to keep renewing it every few days instead of by the week money I didn’t expect to spend and keep having to pull money out of no where because I needed my car, know my car wasn’t the best like with wheel well covers but today driving to my job out of town hit a bump or something heard a terrible nose and my wheel well cover I thought they fixed as best as they could turns out they didn’t do to good of a job because it came off and part of it got shredded to pieces somehow, without rambling on much longer wouldn’t probably recommend them and definitely won’t use them again in future cost me way to much money and took way longer then it should have

Our driver door got caught by the wind and “sprung” the door to the point it wouldn’t open after it was closed. Todd and his people were able to get it open and fixed without doing any more damage than was already done. That kept repair costs down. They were able to get the parts, paint them, and get the repair done in less than a week and at an extremely reasonable price.

We worked a price on just painting a radiator support for my 1969 Firebird. I got a very fair price and the part looked great. I had great experience.

I had my classic scout painted by Maaco. They increase the price after the quote and after work started. They also charged me to remove paint to bare metal and did not do it! When it peeled, I paid again and now its peeling a third time. Take my advice...walk away. Youll end up paying twice with these clowns. I gave them multiple opportunities to correct the problem, I e paid all theyve requested until now. Other painters laughed at their work. Very dissatisfied and looking at my options.

Owner of the shop is fair and willing to help, even on custom projects! Pricing was great and beat others. i had a bad run in with MAACO elsewhere in the state many years ago, but this visit has refreshed my thinking!
