He updated us through each step of the repair. I would like to say that they did a bang up job but that sounds too corny, meh Ill roll with it. Anyway the repair was professional and unnoticeable, the color match is perfect and they even matched the clear coat texture of the surrounding area. Their painter is VERY good. Marie and Mitch were so helpful with our needs during a stressful time when my daughter had an accident. As a parent, living 5 hours away from the Minneapolis metro area, trusting a tow company and a collision center Im not familiar with was a challenge. Caliber Collision is a preferred collision center of my insurance company and I now I know why. My Fusion was rear-ended, and they determined my bumper needed to be replaced.The new bumper is non-OEM, and I feel good about that choice, because it looks just like OEM. When I dropped of the car, the initial paperwork included an option to accept non-OEM parts, and I decided that was fine. Even with insurance paying the bill, I like the idea of not wasting money.The Bronze Fire Metallic paint job is a perfect match to the rest of the car. If someone didnt know the bumper had been replaced, their only clue would be that the bumper looks better than the rest of the car panels.The other drivers insurance paid the bill, and I didnt want to spend my limited free time getting quotes first, so I cant give quote comparisons. I just went for Caliber because it was on the insurance carriers list of preferred body shops. That said, I believe the overall cost was comparable to other shops that offer the same quality work. I did get a quote on another ding on my car, and it was almost exactly what I expected it to be. So I feel like they treated me honestly. If I decide to fix the other ding, I will likely bring it back to Caliber.There is one small imperfection with the new bumper, but it has been a week and it doesnt bug me. My Fusion has four rear sensors, like most newer cars. Three look good, sitting nicely in the bumpers sensor holes. One sits maybe 2mm too low, so the bottom edge of the sensor hides slightly behind the bottom edge of the hole. There is no functional impact, and as I mentioned, it doesnt bug me.Overall, I am very happy with my repair from this Caliber location. They vacuumed the interior, which was a welcome surprise at pick-up. I will recommend to friends and family. If you need auto body work, its definitely worth getting a quote here.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of everyone at Caliber Collision. Everyone made me feel the they were there to help their customers. All questions were answered straight forward and when the work was done it was excellent and timely.

I brought by 2018 Chevrolet Traverse to Caliber after I rear ended another car and crunched up my front-end. From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the time I picked up my car, I could not have been happier. The entire staff was polite, professional, and customer service was their focus. I got daily updates on progress. The work was top notch and my vehicle looked better than new when I picked it up. If you need body work done, I highly recommend Caliber.

I was hit in a parking lot and my beloved Subaru outback was scratched pretty bad. I went to Caliber per Geicos suggestion. The office staff was very helpful and accommodating. I took it in on Monday and had it back Thursday which was about a week faster than Geico estimated. They worked with me and my insurance really well and my car looks great. The folks I worked with-(Mitch and Mary I think?) were so great and kept me updated. Excellent work, very pleased, if I ever need collision assistance again, I will return.

Someone rear ended me in rush hour traffic. With 3 kids I didn’t have time for an accident. Caliber got the job done quickly and Jill kept me in the loop. The process was so easy and painless! When I picked my car up it looked as good as new! The paint blended matching the existing paint, the body lines matched up perfectly. So the body work and communication is excellent. The front desk receptionist, however is not. Dont let the abrasiveness of the front desk help color your view of the place. It is totally worth going here. Sort of like the crumugen working at the corner store in a small town. Surprising, but you dont want it to change. Go here

These guys are the absolute best. I’ve taken my cars there for repairs twice and both times the service and quality of work was absolutely excellent. Recently I had some minor damage on the side mirror of my SUV, I called and they asked me to bring it in. They fixed it within 20 minutes and I was on my way. The technicians seem to be very knowledgeable and the customer service guys are very polite, friendly and excellent.

I went to ABRA Auto Body to get my rocker panel fixed for my Ram 1500 hemi truck and I was kept in the loop from the beginning till the end I got updates every day and Gannon was an awesome representative. I would recommend Abra Auto Body to anybody in the future because they treat you with respect and know-how to handle and fix your car because they know its your extension of the family which mine very much is. In 2011 I had Abra replace my trucks rusty front bumper. It looked great and held up well until recently, when the corners of the bumper started rusting again. I took my truck back to Abra to see if they could repair or repaint the bumper, expecting, of course, to pay for the repair. But to my surprise, Mike at Abra said they would try to find a replacement bumper and cover the cost of replacement. I would never have expected this after eight years had passed, but Mike said Abra stands behind their work. Despite being a rare bumper that was only made for the 2000 model year, Abra located one, but it was chrome. No worry... the helpful people at Abra primed and painted the bumper to match the truck and it looks like new. Mike and his team at Abra went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate their excellent service!

While Tim (actual service provider) was excellent, the office staff you primarily deal with were both extremely short and rude. Multiple miscommunications eventually resulting in one of the office personnel exclaiming “what do you want me to do? Call the delivery driver to find out what time your missing part is coming in exactly? I can’t do that!” All I was seeking was the day of the week my car would be ready now after the date had been pushed out 3 times already. Never in my life have I experienced such rude office staff and at such a stressful, traumatic time already after an accident. Find another place.

The ABRA Bloomington branch off of American Blvd is the best auto body shop that I’ve ever worked with! The customer service is superb and the repair work is stellar. My husband and I have needed several repairs to our cars since we moved to Minnesota 4 years ago and after our first visit we knew we had found our go-to autobody shop. I recently needed some auto body work after I got side-swiped in a parking lot, and in addition to making my car look like new the ABRA crew also washed my filthy floor mats and cleaned the interior! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I had my car in this place for dents caused by an accident... No complaints at all... A perfect job done to get the car back to how it was... Tony understood what was required thoroughly and was kind enough to keep me posted..

I do not recommend this place. They are more expensive than other places. I went there once just for customized head lamp change and they scratched a brand new painting job on my Mercedes Benz. Of course they did not mention it, I had to discover the surprise later on. Hopefully the staff and work expectation is better now but I still wouldnt go no 2nd chance when after you scratch my baby.

Due to minor accident, my car had a dent in the front bumper. I was recommended by GEICO to visit ABRA for getting the estimation. After inspection by the ABRA,i decided to go with ABRA for the repair.They did a great job with my car,replaced the entire front bumper(due to crack in the bumper). Before delivery of the car,it was washed and all interior cleaning was done. My car now looks new and fresh inside. Thanks ABRA...

Deer strike meant a shattered front corner so I needed a Geico approved body shop. Glad I chose this ABRA! Everyone was friendly and clear from the front desk through to the car rental. Inspection took minutes and the repairs were complete the next day, using ford parts and including respray. Awesome service, would definitely recommend!

Insurance work, thay are a preferred provider of insurance company of the other driver. (One who backed in to my car). Thay did an amazing job.

I have a new Dodge Cuda in the lime green metallic paint. Our son tipped over his scooter into the site of car and banged it up pretty good. The entire side needed to be redone because of the metallic paint. This ABRA did a really nice job of taking care of me. I need body work on the front of my truck and the bumper on the back of my truck and the front glass needed to be replaced. I was extremely happy with the body work and the extra care they give my truck however the glass part is a nightmare. the trimming is coming off and I found a gouge in the paint what looks like it might have happened when they installed the new window. Just not sure, but I am not happy. So I give a 10 + grade to the Abra body work and a 2 for the glass repairs.

This is the first review Ive ever written because thats how impressed I am with their service. The last time I needed body repair, I chose a different shop because it had better reviews. That was a mistake - the experience at Abra was far and away superior. Abra did the same work in 2 days that took the other shop said they could do in 4, but took 7, and the results look significantly better. Abra also went above and beyond and buffed out a few existing scratches for no charge. They delivered the car washed, including a thorough interior clean and vacuum.If youre a Geico customer, theyre an Auto Repair Xpress vendor, which means you make a single appointment through Geico to drop off the car, process the claim (including taking the car through the wash and reviewing damage with a Geico rep onsite), and pick up a rental from Enterprise thats delivered onsite. The onsite Geico rep coordinates the entire estimate, timeline, and claim payment. That entire drop off process took about 20 minutes. Geico called back in the afternoon to confirm the timeline, and Abra contacted me the next day to let me know the repairs were nearly complete. The day of pick up, Abra called to let me know they were done early. I never had to call for additional information, and there were no surprises. It took about 10 minutes to pick up - Abra showed me the work and accepted the rental. I paid the deductible to Abra at pick-up, and didnt have to worry about submitting claims for the repairs or rental car. Everything was handled by Geico in advance.My experience was stupidly easy and convenient. I put off the repair for a month anticipating it would be a huge headache. This shop and Geico just solidified my customer loyalty for life.

There were a few hiccups along the way but they took good care of my car as well as made me a happy and satisfied customer. Ill continue bringing my vehicle there!

I worked at this location for about a year they treat their people like shi* I busted my ass for the manger Dennis I was the detailer I was doing anywhere 5 cars a day to high as 25 plus while the other detailer Dan thats been there 5 years was getting away with murder smoking every 5 to 10 minutes not helping cleaning the cars dude was the laziest dude ever the rest of the guys there are good dudes whats left of them every body either quits are they transfer after a 12 hour day they bring me in the office wrote me up made up tons of lies I didnt sign that bs and walked out Dennis own nephew walked out on him after a week funny pretty bad when that happens Dennis strives on be the number one abra please abra dose good work but dont help support a monster go to a different abra
