After having rear ended another car my front end of my Infinity needed body work. I called for an estimate and got in the next day. They were very professional with the estimate and very reasonable. I felt so comfortable with them that I scheduled the work to be done. Within 2 weeks the parts were in and the work was completed on time! They did a beautiful job, and even cleaned the inside of the car! Great service and awesome work!! Definitely will be my go to body shop from now on. Although I hope never to have another accident! I highly suggest Carstar. At first I was hesitant about taking my car there because I had never heard of this company. I chose them because I didnt like the other options I had to choose from and it was the closest to where I live. Andrea, Josh and staff were pleasant to work with. They kept me informed the whole time my car was in the shop. They let me know what work was being done, what parts were being ordered etc. When I picked my car up, I was so impressed! This is the second time I’ve used this shop for car repairs due to an accident that wasn’t my fault. They are very professional, friendly and go above and beyond to make sure the repairs are done correctly and quickly. They even made arrangements for a rental car (a fun Dodge Charger) that met me there and let me return it there too. As an added surprise they washed and vacuumed my car so the inside is as pretty as the outside. This is the only place I use for car repairs!

These folks are PROS! Had my truck back in less than a week which included a couple of days waiting on parts. Customer service is top notch! Joel communicated with me throughout the whole process. I felt like I was their only customer—which certainly was not the case. Flawless paint job!

What was initially thought to be a scratch on my rear bumper turned out to be only transfer paint. 3 days & $1,078 became 2 hours & $178. Other companies may have seen an opportunity to make a quick buck, but not these guys. My truck was returned to me like it was showroom new inside and out. Recommed this place. took suv for qoute, just took the money. had them work on something else was very helpfull and fast. tried to get them my motorhome that was rearended. that should say how great they are. btw did this with a pi. keyboard on my cell. just didnt have time for longer one. recommed the keyboard to perfect for 1 handed typing. this would have taken almost two hours to do before had 3 minutes.

Fantastic service!! Joel is wonderful to work with. Everyone is so nice & helpful. After calling other shops to get an idea of costs, they not only had the best pricing ($400 less than other places) but they also had better service. My car was finished within 1.5 business days, interior was detailed, car wash, AND and filled up my car with gas. I was so incredibly impressed and have already started recommending them to my friends & family.

They were extremely helpful getting my appointment setup and thoroughly explaining what they were going to be doing to get my vehicles cosmetic damages repaired. I will post a photo of the repairs once they are finished, but I am confident that it will be perfect because of how personable the staff was.I added a before photo and an after photo. I had a minor to moderate accident that was not my fault. The other persons insurance had to pay. I talked to a number of places, and they were all rude, and one gal even yelled at me! I was ready to buy and put in a new tail light myself and call it quits. I called one more place. That place was Twin Cities Auto Body. My car was in a bad accident. I went to other repair facilities, but eventually landed on Twin City. I am glad that I did, they did a great job on my car. The staff were friendly and the repaired area looks brand new. Ive already recommended my friends. Twin City is a local business who understands your concerns and works with your life schedule. So I wish I could leave a review, but I never got passed the estimate. I stopped in on a Tuesday, and I will admit I was a little frazzled. I had a time crunch and needed the work done by friday.Their form you have to fill out is barely a page long and I had someone there to take pictures and notes for the estimate in 5 minutes.She seemed a little off about having multiple issues to resolve but made extra notes to clarify and set the expectation that an email the next day would have all the details and pricing, but when I got home from work there wasnt a message. I called and not only did they not know what was going on, I found out my car sat outside in the rain over night with the sunroof open. I didnt have time to stop by that day but I went in the next day and my car was still out front, and there hadnt been any progress so I took my keys and left. Hope this isnt the regular experience of their customers
