Nice technician, but it almost makes more sense to just replace it than to fix it or call a technician. I had them come out for 5 min to tell me it’s broken and need a new one and it’s a $75 service call charge. I understand the service call job on a business side of things, but at least have the $75 be put towards purchasing a new dishwasher or applicable from you guys. Overall, I got a better deal for a better dishwasher at Best Buy, as their showroom wasn’t just ok.

When I called for service, I stated that I was able to retrieve the error code and gave the information on what the fix should be. I thought a technician was coming to install new parts. A technician came and performed the same process I already performed to get the error code and said he would order the parts and come back and install them. I was trying to avoid a visit and a charge for information I could readily provide. When I called OK Appliance to express my dissatisfaction, the representative yelled at me and wanted to know why I wanted the appliance fixed. This was not a good experience.

We have tried most of the appliance places in Bloomington-Normal and these folks are the best. You may pay a little more (not much), but their sales and service people are very honest and trustworthy. You may save $50 with another appliance store in town, but it probably wont be worth the possible headaches later on. What they tell you is the truth and they back it up without you having to jump thru hoops.

I cant say enough about how happy I am with this store. I went in with fingers crossed hoping that they might have a range somewhere that wasnt on backorder, and found out that they could have the one I wanted delivered the next morning! I still cant believe we got our new stove about 12 hours after we purchased it- in the middle of a supply chain nightmare! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Over time we’ve spent a great amount of money here, several family members have purchased appliances from them as have I. Stove, washer, dryer for me. I had problems in the past with another repair but I let it go and did not leave a review, however recently the transmission went out on my 7 year old washer. They put a new one in under the 10 year warranty and I had to pay the labor which was fine. Picked it up and took it home. Started using it. And makes this awful noise when agitating the clothes mind you it has never made this noise before it’s always been a very quiet running washer. Washer is located in my basement and it’s so loud I can hear in on the second floor of my home. I recorded it and emailed them the clip and they just made an excuse saying the noise it was making is normal for my type of washer and it did not sound like the older styles....mind blown. I’m sure something was not put back together correctly and they won’t own up to their mistake and make it right so I’m done with them only reason I purchased from them was in hopes to keep money in our local community. I won’t ever again. I’m completely fine with letting my money go to the big box store named Lowe’s tomorrow to replace the washer and dryer. That is how disappointed and dissatisfied with this place. I hope this helps people understand what they are getting into when they purchase here.

OK is not ok they were great! When you do the math of what the box stores offer and what you get with OK, OKs price was equal or better than the box stores. And they are local so you have the convenience of servicing if something is not right. The guys were great to work with. Appliances installed next day. Great experience!

OK Appliance is the best store in the state! They provide great products with old school customers service, very hard to find today. Kevin and his brother care greatly about their customers. The professionalism you just dont find today. I never shop anywhere else period.

Kevin came out to look at our broken dryer. He told us it would be better to put the money toward a new one, which I appreciate. However, he left the back off the dryer, screws on a chair, and had pulled the duct out of the dryer and vent to the outside and just left it. I called to voice my complaints and he acted like he gave me a bunch of excuses. Leaving a mess is not professional.
