We dropped off a package with an incorrect address on the label and then realized it after getting back to the office. Called and spoke to Chad who explained how to fix this & then corrected the issue for us immediately. He returned an email to us telling us the situation had been fixed before we received the automated email from FedEx corporate. Excellent work!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!Ive never experienced such poor customer service in my life! Service worker Alyssa started off by quoting me for my print out a 7$ and I said perfect Ill be back to pick it up. She later ended up letting me know that she mis quoted me and the price actually is $50 (which was way out of my budget). I tried to use different promo codes but she wouldnt except them at all. She offered me 20% off and I said Okay, let me go get more money from my car and I left. When I came back she said that the 20% is off the table since I left and that I would need to pay full price. Even though she gave me a wrong price to begin with. She should have righted this wrong but instead she was rude and refused to sell me my already printed picture at a discounted price. I am a frequent customer at fed ex and I have never experience such poor customer service. I will not be returning to this location and I advise you not to either.
Never had a bad experience here. Actually, have always had good experiences here. Matt and Alicia are great, but their whole staff has always been good to me. Highly recommended.
Wants to open my package that already has label and is fully paid for. Wants to casually commit a felony opening peoples packages that they dont have permission to break down and re package them to size.

Been here a couple times. They pay very good attention to detail, are organized and take time getting it done right. Sometimes you have to wait a bit but Ill be patient when I know they are going to do a good job!
Im not sure if it was brevity or lack of customer service skills. Calling to ask if they offer notary services... dont have this, and clerk blunt, unhelpful when I asked for nearby suggestions, and sounded like she needed to be thawed out. Or the emotion chip wasnt installed. Good grief.

Your competitor right down the street mail box express is only 1.25 a page out to fax still high but a lot cheaper then you. They are scamming people FedEx is charging $2.00 a page to fax out not even to receive just fax out. This is well over 1000% mark up and disgraceful. I can get scammed like this at a truck stop if I wanted to. It costs them five cents a page to fax out that is unbelievable.
These guys seriously try to do the least amount of effort possible. Twice Ive tried to drop off packages and theyve had weird excuses as to why they cant ship them.
Not really people friendly. I was unhappy with my service so was looking for a manager. Imagine my surprise that he was the one whose service I was going complain about. Plenty of other shippers around.
